Again, we understood why he cancelled and kindly requested our money back, which we did not receive. He informed us the retainer was non-refundable by default and declined our request for our money back. Long story short, he helped us with a script. (That you can find on Google) and we edited 90% of it. He had below average communication skills. He won’t provide a contract. His deposits are non-refundable even if he cancels on you. So, just keep this information in mind when booking with Eric Tyler.
