Erica was such a joy to work with! She was incredibly detailed, organized, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. I booked her for coordination & design services, and she completely exceeded my expectations. She helped us bring our dream wedding to life aesthetically & logistically, from start to finish! She goes above and beyond to serve her clients, by advocating for what WE want as the bride and groom. She listens to your vision and prioritizes the projects you feel strongly about. We relied heavily on her industry knowledge and connections to make sound decisions when it came to booking vendors. She felt like family; we knew she had our best interests in mind in every aspect.
Her work ethic is unmatched! She’s proactive and always on top of things. She created checklists to track the status of our wedding-related tasks. She communicated with vendors on my behalf. She made sure everyone knew where they needed to be & at what time. She made a very detailed timeline for the wedding weekend that included everyone involved (vendors, bridal party, family, etc) and it was a lifesaver! She created floor plans, correspondence, design mock-ups, and more! This girl knows her stuff!
When the candles I paid EXPEDITED shipping fees for were NOT delivered in time for the wedding, guess who worked magic, found the candles we needed AND made sure they were delivered to her house the day before the wedding!? ERICA.
And all of this is only scratching the surface of how much support she provides!
Weddings can be stressful because it always feels like there’s so much to be done and so little time. But whenever I felt anxiety, Erica’s calm and confident spirit had a way of making me feel at ease. I knew she was working diligently to execute my vision so I could relax and enjoy each moment. She was always reassuring me everything would be perfect and she was 100% right! Our wedding weekend was magical, thanks to her!

lmost like I was talking to a friend. She was extremely professional and detailed. Any hiccups that occurred on the day of I was, blissfully, uaware. She helped me with finding my photographer and makeup artist (who were outstanding btw). She made sure all vendors were present and paid. She just made my pre wedding life so much easier! oordinator, she met with us four times in advance. She helped us work out the logistics and schedule of the wedding day and then helped us seamlessly adjust that schedule on the spot when the meal at the reception ran longer than expected. She helped arrange a vendor for printing table tags and a seating chart for the reception. She attended the rehearsal to make sure she was familiar with the church and the ceremony. At the reception itself, she worked behind the scenes with the venue, helped get everyone in the wedding party to the right place at the right time and even helped fix a problem with the venue’s bluetooth music system. Above all else, Erica was a warm, calming, reassuring presence in the midst of a rather stressful time. After all, a wedding is likely to be the biggest party you will ever throw and nothing fully prepares you for it. We would very highly recommend E33 Bay Area to anyone who needs a helping hand making your wedding a great success.

endors and consider all the little details. You never realize how helpful it is to have someone coordinate with the vendors, especially on the wedding day. The timeline was the biggest concern for us and Erica did a wonderful job ensuring we had everything we wanted in the timeline. Even though we did go off schedule the day of, she made sure we were back on track.
Erica's joy was simply contagious. She was also able to keep my mother-in-law and now husband calm - a feat not many people can claim - during the wedding.
There are so many things we want to thank Erica for. She made sure everything was running smoothly in the background as we enjoyed the day. She saved us pieces of the wedding cake for the end of the night. She made sure the flowers would be donated so that others could also enjoy them. Most of all, we want to thank Erica for being a friend. You would not find many as genuine and kind as Erica. ser friendly and easy to understand, and they encompass everything necessary to plan the wedding day. She did a wonderful job of providing guidance when necessary but also giving us space to make our decisions about how we wanted our wedding day to be. My family and the bridal parties were extremely impressed by her, as well, and I got numerous comments about how well she did running our wedding ceremony rehearsal and how organized and efficient she was for the setup of our venue. Our wedding was DIY and had to be both setup and broken down on the day of our wedding—quite a logistical challenge. Erica made sure that we had everything planned out and then took over in executing the plans so that we were able to enjoy the wedding day, feeling relaxed and knowing that everything we had planned out was being taken care of by Erica. She encountered several challenges over the course of the day that she handled on her own, so that my husband and I were not stressed by anything on our wedding day, and to us it seemed that the day ran perfectly smoothly. She has a great positive, can-do energy about her that is infectious. She is a pleasure to work with.

We decided to enlist the help of a wedding coordinator a few months before the wedding once we figured out how much needed to be done...
and how little time we had left. E33 came to our rescue and ensured that weeks before the weeding everything was taken care of. She helped us create a time line (down to the minute) so we knew what was happening every minute of our ceremony and reception. She was there for the rehearsal and ensured we knew where to walk, how to walk and where the transitions would happen. I have such high anxiety on a regular basis and with the assistance provided from E33 I felt extremely confident that everything would run smoothly. We did weekly check ins and constantly emailed which helped me to be able to relax and focus on building memories with my fiance.
Our wedding ran smoothly and I would catch Erica doing things behind the scenes during the reception which made me thankful I had someone there for support. If I could suggest one thing to anyone who is getting married it would be to hire E33 for your wedding coordination/planning. It is worth it!

Having my wedding at a resort, I had an on-site coordinator to help me organize some details, but the resort coordinator did not handle anything that had to do with outside vendors, my guests, and several other things that I did not even know I had to think about until Erica made me aware.
Erica has impeccable organization skills, significant attention to detail, and the sweetest personality. She was always ten steps ahead of me, so I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding festivities. She had every document, detail, contract, flight schedule, phone number, email address, you name it… ready in her what I called, her “magic binder.” She built a relationship with each vendor and coordinator I booked. There are so many elements to think about when planning a wedding, and Erica alleviated so much stress for me by either taking charge or guiding me through things. All my guests, outside vendors, travel agent, and resort staff were on the same page. My wedding was executed exactly how I imagined it to be, and I could not have made that happen without Erica’s knowledge and assistance.
E33’s services are 100% worth the investment. I am so grateful that I was able to enjoy my guests and focus on my celebration, rather than stressing over logistics. I can’t imagine how crazy I would have gone without Erica, and for that reason alone, I recommend her for any bride.

On the other hand, Dessie has a natural talent for design and color that when paired with her instinctive creativity, beautiful decor and flower arrangements are the result. I gave Dessie a general idea of the look and feel I wanted for my decorations, and she took it and brought it to life in a way that far exceeded my expectations. I heard multiple comments of how well run and decorated my wedding was, and that is what every bride hopes to hear. I can't thank E33 enough for helping me have the day I had always dreamed of come to life.
