the behind the scene tasks! Leading up to the wedding she quickly pulled together timelines and lists that put me at ease! (I love my lists) The day of her calm and prompt personality was exactly what I needed. She made sure everything was going to plan and made it look easy! I feel so happy looking back that we hired Erica because we could be fully present on our wedding day knowing that everything was in good hands! our vendors & venues to coordinate everything down to the last detail. On the day of the wedding everything ran so smoothly we were on schedule all day long. xibility in coordination plans. I chose the week and day of services from Erica, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that I would not have been able to plan my wedding without her. She was there for me and my fiance every step of the way. Even though I did the week and day of plan, Erica and I spoke frequently over the course of the 9 months we worked together. She answered every text, every email, every call. I also rested easy knowing my vendors were dealing with a professional and organized person throughout the most stressful week and day in a bride's life. I also have to mention that Erica was 9 months pregnant at my wedding and she did not miss a beat. The first time I saw her sit down the entire day was at 7:30 p.m. (10 hours after she had arrived at the venue) to a quick meal. I have recommended Erica Jordan Weddings to every bride I know and will continue to do so forever!

etails which was a huge help. She also brought up concerns I hadn't considered, as well as ideas that helped make our day even more special. For example, she had the idea to re-use our flower arch at the ceremony for decorations at the head table. On the day-of, she and her team made everything so seamless and completely stress-free for us and our guests, which allowed us to focus solely on enjoying ourselves. I can't recommend Erica & her team enough!

and had not even seen the venue before our wedding. With the flowers and decor set up and arranged by Erica and her team, the venue looked better than the pictures we had seen online. She not only assisted with the wedding itself, but was so organized for our rehearsal and even assisted with our prenuptial events. The day of our wedding was absolutely stress-free for the entire wedding party. Erica handled every little detail. If there is one piece of advice I can offer future brides.... hire Erica and her wonderful team! They are such a joy to work with.

Hey there, I’m Erica Jordan! I've been planning weddings for 4 years. The nitty-gritty organization that makes most people cringe is what I love about the business! To me, wedding planning is a puzzle; every one is different, and it takes intense attention to detail to pull all the little pieces together. As a certified wedding planner from New York Institute of Art and design, my couples rest assured their wedding is in great hands. When I'm not planning, I'm usually holding a coffee, spending time with my husband and our sweet little one-year-old daughter.
