To everyone out there wondering if you will need a wedding coordinator, the answer is yes and her name is Erica. Over all other planners, she was the most responsive and professional. Her friendly disposition and calming presence worked wonders throughout the journey as we dealt with the many traditional wedding stresses. Erica connected with us without being overbearing or over-selling herself, and was absolutely essential to our special day.
Beyond everything else Erica listened, and we mean REALLY listened. There were doubts at times when the journey presented trouble, but she came up with quick and great solutions every time. She managed our families with dignity and poise and calmly mediated our vibrant dynamics quite seamlessly. She saved us on countless occasions, and our wedding would not have been anywhere close to the magical celebration that it was without her.

Erica was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so thoughtful and thorough throughout the whole planning process. She and her team were so kind for helping set up on the day of which was executed beautifully. We could not have pulled off our short-notice wedding without their help!

Ten stars at least! The best decision I made for our son's wedding which we hosted was hiring Erica. She is a consummate pro and handled everything we gave her with grace and ease. We asked a lot, and got more in return. Leading up to the wedding and the day-of, Erica was confidently in charge. Her communications skills are exceptional as she kept us posted every step of the way, thinking of things that were needed that were not even on our radar. I appreciate how she kept connected not only with me, but also the bride and groom to ensure every expectation and desire was met. The day of the wedding, I did not have a care or worry and could be a guest as everything was expertly and quietly handled behind the scenes to perfection. Our son's wedding was flawless because of Erica. I cannot sing Erica's praises enough. Hire her to make your wedding the joy, delightful, happy occasion as it should be. Thank you Erica!
Erica worked beautifully with us to create the at-home backyard wedding of our dreams! She was exactly what we wanted in a wedding planner--well-organized (which we're not, so we desperately needed someone who was), but also willing to let us do things our own way and make it a unique and personal event. She was the perfect combination of on-top-of-things and mellow that we needed on our daughter's special day and we would hire again in a second. We feel very lucky we found her! We couldn't have pulled it off without her.
Erica was my person in charge on my wedding day, she was professional and friendly. She was on top of everything from the moment we started our month of coordinating. She asked so many questions and forced me to face small details I hadn’t thought about or was procrastinating on. If you’re thinking about hiring her as your coordinator you should, you won’t regret it :)
I hired Erica for month-of coordinator and she was a DREAM! She was on top of everything, helped relieve so much stress from us and was extremely professional. She did an excellent job communicating effectively and clearly amongst all our vendors and she ran our wedding so smoothly.
We had some unexpected weather on our wedding day and she quickly created a plan and coordinated a last minute delivery, relieving so much anxiety on my end. I hired Erica as my month of coordinator for my May 2023 wedding at Palos Verdes Golf Club. She was incredibly organized and took a huge weight off my plate because I planned my wedding myself and wasn't sure of the details that I was missing and couldn't see my own mistakes, which she knew how to prevent through her knowledge and experience. She made me feel at ease the month before my wedding and on my wedding day, where everything went according to plan and I genuinely had no worries, and my bridesmaids even complimented me for how calm I was. Erica is literally a star. The search for a wedding coordinator is hard and frustrating, but all it took was one phone call with Erica to ease all of my anxiety about my big day. She is extremely professional and dedicated to her work, and one of the most lovely people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Without her, there's no way my wedding day would have gone as smoothly as it did. She coordinated with every single vendor and created the perfect timeline, which even included my request for a night photo shoot on the beach. She also built us a custom backdrop from greenery panels that went behind our sweetheart table! To put it shortly, my mom (who didn't think we needed a wedding coordinator) is now obsessed with Erica and can't stop talking about how amazing she is. She is worth every penny and will be, by far, the best hire for your wedding. We love you Erica!
We loved working with Erica as our day of coordinator! She was easy going and friendly and also very professional and totally on top of everything. I was nervous about all of the little details coming together and she completely put me at ease. Can't recommend her enough!
Erica was referred to me by a friend whose wedding she had Month off coordinated and was absolutely fabulous! Erica understood my vision and helped me work with our vendors when there was confusion etc. She has an amazing team as our church ceremony and reception were at 2 different sites about 40 min apart. Her team was flawless with last minute changes and any hiccups (I didn’t see any). I was at total ease and enjoyed the whole night knowing Erica had it under control.

I cant say enough how wonderful Erica was throughout the entire wedding process! For 9 months Erica was on point! She was kind, calm, efficient, creative and much much more! We felt so lucky to have found such a talented woman to orchestrate my daughters wedding. All the vendors she connected us too were fantastic! We had the wedding at a home up in a windy canyon, so Erica had to assemble and manage numerous unforeseen obstacles. Including having valet and a shuttle service, rain drizzle and keeping the owners of the house happy. She created an absolutely magical wedding!!

Erica is an events pro! We worked with her for several events, including a virtual gala, a virtual meeting series and a hybrid virtual/in-person gala. She was professional, prompt, organized and fun to work with! She brought with her her many years of in-person event planning experience and a willingness to learn how to execute virtual events flawlessly. There is no one better.
Erica made our wedding so special from start to finish. I tried to NOT be Bridezilla but I did have my moments and Erica took it all in stride and never let me see her sweat. I know I was demanding but I realized early on Erica was as much a perfectionist as I am and if anything did go wrong at any time, we never knew it! Everyone had such a great time and are still talking about the night and how flawless it was. There's no way we could have been able to organize such a beautiful evening by ourselves, and (almost!) totally stress free. Erica is thorough and thoughtful with an amazing flair for communication and follow up. Hire her for your event, you will not be disappointed!!

We gave her the vision we had and she knew exactly how to execute it. If there's one thing i'm really happy about incorporating into our wedding day, it is hands down our planner.
