On the wedding day, our team ensures everything runs flawlessly, providing one coordinator for 8-10 hours of coordination. Coordination Plus: Perfect for the bride who loves planning but wants bi-monthly check-ins from the moment she signs the contract. This package includes everything from the day-of coordination package, plus bi-monthly calls to review your checklist and ensure you are staying on track! Partial Service Planning: Beginning 7-10 months out, we manage your vendors and budget after you've booked your venue and date. This package focuses on wedding management, ensuring all elements come together smoothly, though it does not include design work. Full-Service Planning: Our comprehensive package starts as early as 16 months before your wedding day. We handle everything from venue selection assistance, budget creation and management, to vendor research and booking. This package provides 2-3 options per vendor category, reducing overwhelm and ensuring every detail reflects your vision by being incredibly intentional with each decision made.
