About this vendor
Hello and congratulations on your engagement! My name is Erika and I specialize in creating gorgeous images through a blend of portrait & candid photography that tells your love story at every stage of your special day. In addition to the wedding, I also look forward to meeting you both as a couple prior to the wedding date, and while we discuss any ideas or themes you may have in mind I can get a better sense of your relationship dynamic. This allows me to capture each cherished moment as you celebrate the first day of your lives together.

ERIKA! This lady right here has got to be the best photographer around. She was so flexible, understanding and patient. She kept me on track with my timelines and took SO MANY phot...
os! We absolutely loved having Erika as our photographer. If you’re reading this… hire her right now, you won’t regret it!!
Erika was nothing short of amazing for our Wedding. She stayed with us all the way from pre-setup in the early morning until Reception wrap up at night, never skipping a beat. Duri...
ng the Ceremony for our wedding she had another photographer with her just to ensure she didn’t miss any important scenes. She was always professional upbeat, and always active. She made it easy and stress free, we never had to worry about whether or not we were getting good photos because we knew she was nearby already working towards capturing those memories in detail. She has our utmost recommendation for anyone searching an amazing photographer for any of their events.
If you've met Ms. Shasky then you probably already know just how polite and professional she is, but if for any reason you have any doubt about her abilities as a photographer plea...
s don't. I'm not begging you because you're going to be the one missing out. Without her our wedding would not have been as memorable as it was. She captured so many beautiful moments that I had no idea she saw. She is a chameleon with a camera and what i mean is she sees multiple things going on manages to capture all of them with a precise eye and you won't even notice her in the room. During my speech i wanted to personally address her and her assistant photographer on how well they did and i couldn't spot her at this point everyone is pointing in her direction and I'm looking around wondering where she is. Finally i notice her standing on a ladder capturing more photos of whats going on. She stayed until the very last moment capturing photos of our beautiful day with no complaints and never rushing us even when people wanted to interrupt her work and come and speak to us and congratulate us. Without Erika Shasky our wedding would have been less special and we would forget a lot of the little things about that day that tend to blend into your memories. I am beyond thankful to her and her assistant for the wonderful job they did making our wedding one of our happiest moments together of our lives. If you wanted the most professional, discreet, and skilled photographer you should pick her and don't look back.

ould have missed. She was professional but in a laid back, not stuffy, kind of way. If I lived near by, I would definitely hire her to shoot my wedding. Erika will not disappoint!

enjoyable. My husband who hates pictures even had a great time and said it was mainly from Erika’s energy. I have personally done 2 separate shoots with Erika and when I’m back in the area plan to do another. By far, she is my favorite photographer I’ve worked with. You will be more than amazed at your pictures! She is extremely talented.

y gave her a feel for how my wife and I interact with each other so we had a really fun time on the shoot. She also got some great candid shots of us just having fun and laughing together. It made for not only great pictures but a great experience.
Getting married can be crazy and hectic. Even on the day of your wedding, there are so many pieces falling into place that you have been planning for months. When something goes in...
evitably wrong, or not exactly how you planned, it can drive you crazy! Thankfully, the one thing I didn't have to worry about was my pictures. Erika Shasky did a fantastic job! She captured beautiful moments with my friends and family that I hadn't even noticed after such an eventful day. Her edits bring such color and vibrancy to the photos that give them a fairytale like vibe. Looking at the pictures now after almost two years of marriage, I am transported back to that day but thanks to her photography, I don't even remember why I was so stressed and nervous. Her pictures have created a perfect portal to the past that allows me to remember what a special day it was to marry the love of my life and to be able to see the smiles and love of all of our guests. She has given me the wonderful gift of memories that I will cherish forever.
