efore our wedding, we knew we had found our planner. Erin Cleveland is more than just a dedicated professional; she is hard-working, warm, high-spirited, and simply knows her stuff. Putting our complete trust in her and her team was, without a doubt, the best decision we made throughout the entire process!
Erin’s expertise is unmatched, particularly in curating the perfect team of vendors. She was on top of every booking well over a year out. We trusted her recommendations blindly for several partners, and every single one, from the florist to the DJ, delivered flawlessly. Our guests were even asking us for vendor names for their own upcoming weddings, which speaks volumes about the quality of the team Erin assembled.
I came into the design process without a clear vision, only a general feeling and aesthetic. I even changed my colors completely mid-way through. But Erin is a master at knowing how to pivot. She helped us expand our initial ideas to create our dream vision. Our rental meeting was such a fun day because Erin is confident, gives great advice, and is incredibly supportive of every decision. She made us and our families feel excited and special every step of the way.
As a detail-oriented, Type A person, I cannot stress enough the monumental amount of logistical work that goes into a wedding. I was always worried that myself or my family would have to work on the day of the wedding, or that I would feel panicked or stressed on the day of. Being able to offload this responsibility to Erin was the greatest stress reliever. The rehearsal went so smoothly with our bridal party because Erin is efficient and can command a room. On the wedding day itself, Erin and her assistants, Preston and Savanna, ran the entire show flawlessly. From our perspective, not a single thing went wrong. We did not have a single stressor on what could be the most stressful day of our lives, we were able to just focus on having fun and enjoying our people! The day felt truly seamless because of her diligence behind the scenes, and we didn't have any worries because we were easily able to put our full faith in Erin.
Erin truly goes above and beyond, making the day personal. Just off the cuff, she brainstormed a walk-out song with me and my maid of honor when I came out in my second dress, creating the most fun re-entrance ever! She and her team truly treated our wedding as the most important day of our lives, not just another day of work.
Erin has so much insight, experience, and was always prompt and meticulous. The communication and online portal kept everything under control, guiding us every step of the way. Even with her having a precious baby boy during our planning process, her work-life balance was exceptional, and she picked right back up where her lead planners left off when she was back at work. This was truly amazing because when you're planning an event over a year out, ANYTHING can happen in that time, but Erin made sure we were taken care of, and we whole-heartedly believe she was made to do this.
I had zero stress on my wedding day because I had 100% trust in Erin & her team to carry out my vision. They are a grounding, fun, positive presence, and I am forever grateful for their coordination. I consider Erin a friend after this entire process.

y graduated bride, who is also extremely detail-oriented and Type A, you would not imagine the sheer amount of work that goes into every little logistical detail, decision, and idea. It would be impossible for one person do it all by themself, not to mention I absolutely did not want to put my family / guests to work on the day of the wedding. Trust me when I say that you do not want to feel flustered, panicked, or stressed on your day. Do you want to be directing guests on where to go and how to set up stuff on YOUR wedding day? If you can offload that to someone as trustworthy as Erin, it’s a no brainer. Erin and her team does it all. She will: create a timeline for your day, communicate it with all your other vendors, bring up logistical details you haven’t thought of, ensure the important details of your vision get actualized, set out your decor in the way you want it, pack it up at the end of the night, ensure all your other vendors are doing their part according to your vision and plan, and guide you and your wedding party throughout the day so that everyone is on time and in the right place. One of her team members even took videos on my phone throughout the day so we would be able to rewatch our full ceremony, toasts, and other moments that we had to miss. It felt like watching our day through the eyes of our guests! And this is just the tip of the iceberg. I felt super reassured on my wedding day with Erin nearby because I knew she was going to make the decisions and day-of-pivots for me when I did not want to think about anything besides feeling centered and ready to walk down the aisle. There were scattered showers on our day, and our first look got delayed as we waited for it to clear. Erin came into my room where I was waiting, told me it was raining but it would definitely clear in the next 10 mins. She said it in the most positive and reassuring way. I didn’t stress at all in that moment, even though I had been worried all week about rain leading up to our day. And sure enough, it cleared just like she said, and she guided us into our photos. Through it all, Erin excels at what she does and was such a grounding and positive presence for us. We’re so happy we found her and are forever grateful that she could coordinate our wedding!

Leading up to our wedding, Erin was always there to provide vendor recommendations and move us along the planning process. About three months out, she started sending us more detailed planning checklists, things we needed to prepare for, and documents to help us and her team stay organized for the day of.
Because of all the detailed documents and calls leading up to our wedding day, there were absolutely no nerves the day of! We were completely able to enjoy every moment of the day with no worries about how the timeline would flow, where we needed to be, and how our guests were doing. It was the most perfect day. For example the section where the bride and groom were sitting was incredibly warm which led to the bride overheating. Erin’s team left the reception and retrieved a personal fan for her to cool off with.

zed, communicated with us freely and frequently, has lots of vendors that she's worked with before, and offered to help with the little things that I didn't even know a planner would help with. And I would know, because I actually was working with a different planner prior to Erin, so I could quickly tell the difference.
Erin is so timely and on top of things, and I never once felt worried that something wouldn't get done. When small issues came up on our wedding day (as they always do), she helped us feel calm and I barely even knew that there were any issues, as she took care of them right away.
Many other planners that I interviewed had a cap on number of phone calls that they would do, etc., but this was not the case at all with Erin. We scheduled weekly calls when we were a month out so I never felt like I was out of the loop.
When I decided I wanted different colors for my bridesmaids, I then became overwhelmed with them asking me for opinions on each dress. Erin (without me asking) offered to help out and create an email chain with my bridesmaids, so I didn't have to worry. Her eye for colors and design was impeccable, and everything turned out beautifully.
Lastly, we had a Jewish wedding, which Erin had some experience with but ours was a little different than some of the others. She was eager to learn and support us, and even made us the most beautiful chuppah. I know each family and couple has their own traditions and I definitely recommend Erin as someone who will learn about them and respect them as they come to life on your wedding day. I can not imagine trusting anyone else to handle the details involved in planning a wedding. Erin helped my daughter's wedding vision come to fruition. She was a great source of support for myself and my daughter. When my daughter wanted a champagne tower, Erin did not discourage her but suggested ways to make a champagne tower safely. Erin is a kind and dedicated wedding planner; She is so talented at her job and is encouraging. Erin coordinated with the other vendors, which made everything flow perfectly on the wedding day. Erin was so accommodating; she met with us several times in person. Her expertise was a huge help to us when meeting with the caterer and the florist. The last week before the wedding would have been particularly stressful without Erin, but Erin checked in regularly and offered her assistance. She knew the stress my daughter would be under as the wedding approached, and she requested that the vendors contact her first with last-minute questions. Erin is adept at computer wedding programs that allow you to visualize the entire reception. She created shared documents that evolved as the wedding planning progressed. As a result, It was easy to turn everything over to Erin on the wedding day because we were confident she knew what my daughter wanted. On the morning of the wedding, Erin and her assistant took all the items we brought for the wedding and set them up exactly as we discussed. She worked with all other vendors and the officiant to ensure the wedding and reception were exactly as my daughter dreamed. We were able to dance and have a carefree night of celebration; Erin and her assistant took care of everything for us. They ensured all the special moments in the receptions occurred on schedule. Also, Erin's assistant caught the bride and groom's exit on video, something we had not requested, but we were so thankful they thought to do that for us. At the end of the night, Erin and her assistant packed our car. We had so much fun we didn't want the night to end. I wish I had another wedding to plan with Erin!

From vendor communications to making sure we were fed at the reception, Erin did everything I wanted and so much more!! I was worried about letting a planner do all the vendor communications but Erin was SO responsive and attentive to any messages/questions I had and was very quick to get an answer from the vendors.
Erin made sure to get to know us and what our vision was for the wedding so she could bring it to life - and let me tell you, she is an artist at weddings. I had a small vision for how I wanted our reception to look and Erin made it so much better than I ever thought possible. Looking back on our photos, I still can't believe she made our wedding happen. We had some rain issues and she made sure to have a rain plan in place and was very quick in getting our plan B set up.
The entire wedding planning process was painless with Erin. Coming from someone with two older sisters who are both married, I was having wedding nightmares the night we got engaged. Erin listened to all my concerns, and even my absolute crazy nightmares and reassured me that everything would be perfect - and it was the most perfect wedding!!
