ay run so beautifully! We are so grateful to her and her team for all their hard work setting up and running the day so smoothly. She truly is worth every cent!
We hired Erin for our day of coordinator for our wedding day back in May 2018 and what can I say I was lucky enough to find an affordable day of coordinator that was open to my ide...
as and also advice me on certain things. As a bride you want everything to be perfect and sometimes you have no idea what you're doing and that's when Erin comes in and puts the whole day together for you and gives you a stress free day.
We were looking for day of coordinating for our wedding day and were recommended Erin through our DJ. When we met, we instantly clicked. Leading up to the wedding she responded q...
uickly to emails, and had great suggestions. When we did our final walk through, she took the reigns and boy was I relieved. I was definitely overwhelmed, but I felt so confident that she would execute our vision. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. It was more beautiful then I could have dreamed of and everyone had a great time. There are so many amazing things to say about Erin and her team. She was so great to work with, thank you for making our vision come to life!
Working with Erin was easy and stress free. She was flexible and available when I needed her. She was always quick to respond by email or phone whenever I had a question. She is...
also very detailed and organized and made sure every little detail that I wanted done was completed on my wedding day.
One thing that stood out to me was in the middle of all of the logistics, vendors and chaos that can come during the wedding day Erin took the time to come and check on me personally several times just to make sure that I was doing ok and if I needed anything. She helped me to relax and truly enjoy my wedding day because I knew she had everything under control. I truly enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to others.
I was planning a small wedding of about 60 people. I had it at the Noor in Pasadena. I believed doing so would keep things easy for me, as wedding and reception could take place ...
at one venue and they did all the food in-house. Not only did I believe this helped keep costs reasonable, but as I was planning this event myself, it seemed to minimize the work I would need to do. I went to my tasting and was strongly urged to at least hire a day of coordinator. I did so with great reluctance, feeling confident I could take care of things myself and didn't need someone else's help. Well, the advice to get a day of coordinator was the best advice I got, and Erin Grace was truly a god-send!! Not only was she so sweet and fun, but she handled so many little details for me leading up to the big day. She provided advice and assistance that was so helpful and so appreciated. On the day of my wedding - April 4, 2015 - she made sure the place was set up exactly as I had described to her and made changes as needed that worked out even better than I had hoped. She kept the whole night moving (I had no idea how important a timeline is!) and made sure I was where I needed to be and when without being pushy or intrusive. She coordinated with the Noor staff, my florist, my band - all the vendors. She was attentive to my husband and I all night, but also interacted with guests as needed and was in constant communication with food servers, the DJ, etc. She made the night flow perfectly. Bottom line - a bride MUST have at least a day of coordinator and if I had to do it all over again, I would have hired her from the beginning, because I now see how valuable a good wedding coordinator is. I know Erin does much more than just weddings, and I certainly plan to use her for future events because she was so easy to work with, very responsive, thoughtful, and has a great eye. I just felt she cared as much about making it a great evening as I did. She was a professional, but also a friend to me that night and I would highly recommend her.
I had a vision of what I wanted my wedding to look like and Erin made it come true! No lie! She was truly a Godsend and I honestly could not have made that vision a reality without...
Erin's knowledge, experience and ability to take abstract things like a 'feeling, a desired ambiance and an emotion" and turn it into something tangible and beautiful. The best part was she did all the really hard work for me!!!! Yay, Erin! She connected me with all the vendors but she made all the calls, set up tastings, arranged for the officiant, coordinated the appointment and dealt with all the flowers and the rentals. All I had to do was show up and give my opinions, fine tune and make sure I was happy. Her staff was great, too! Erin also worked very well with my picky and hard to please husband. Anyone who can impress him has got to be really good! Finally, she always tried to keep us within budget! I would recommend Erin Grace without hesitation!

We love you Erin! Thank you!
I decided to against my every instinct to just elope and skip the complexities of planning a wedding on a budget. We met with Erin and loved the idea of just "showing up" to our we...
dding, we realized that we didn't have a big budget and that maybe we were over reaching our wants of a wedding versus the basic needs. At first we decided against having a wedding planner, it wasn't in the budget, my poor wife was going to have to do this on her own. As time went by we several of our friends also had weddings on a budget. My wife and I realized one common trend, the couple was working on their wedding day. Everything from guest complaints, to family complaints to vendor timing and schedules. Several months before our wedding Erin reached out and offered of a package deal for "Day of Coordination", we realized how important it was for us to NOT work on our wedding day. Erin drew the outline of the day, let all our vendors know she was in charge that day. Erin and her team did a great job in working with all our vendors. The issues that came on our wedding day, didn't feel like big problems because Erin took care of them before I noticed them. Erin was the one who was moving our time line along, bottom line is because of her my wife and I were able to attend our wedding, we were able to soak in the moment and enjoy it with out breaking our bank. Erin is polite, sweet and straight to the point.

th family and friends with complete confidence that everything was being done just the way I imagined. In fact, it was done better than I could have imagined. Erin was by far the best investment I made for my wedding. If you want peace of mind and a ton of wedding experience you won't be disappointed by choosing Erin to help you with your special day! Thank you Erin & Erin Grace Events!

I felt extremely lucky to have hired her. She made my day totally stress free, I didn't have to worry about anything. Erin was a total joy to work with. I highly recommend her. Thanks sooo much Erin!
From our very first meeting with Erin we were thrilled!!! She was very organized and knew what she was doing. And she was genuinely excited for us which made us even more excited. ...
We couldn't wait for our special day to arrive. We handed over contact info for all of our vendors and our special requests and she took care of the rest! My wedding day was absolutely perfect! I wish I could do it all over again! It was stress and worry free! I, and my bridal party, didn't have to worry about anything! We all just showed up and had a great time. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day! And it's all thanks to Erin and her assistant.

le. She kept everything running smoothly with her amazing smile, attention to detail, and dynamic personality. It was so endearing when she even styled and clipped extensions on my daughter's hair because my daughter did not know how. She got and secured for us the most fabulous team of vendors ever and in such a short amount of time. My wedding was so beautiful it even got over 97000 views on AOL. Erin was able to give us a heart-warming wedding that had all the elements of a 5 star celebrity wedding. Erin=Perfection+Wow Factor

hing for a day of coordinator. I was not an easy bride... Lots of details... Many moving parts... Indecisive to say the very least. Erin has so much patience with me and never made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. On the day of my wedding everything went seamlessly and I am grateful to have had her there to oversee it. One thing I love about Erin is she advocates for the bride and will step in and act to make sure your vision is made a reality. She worked long hours on my wedding day from early morning setup to the tear down at the end of the evening. She went above and beyond for me and for our family. We are so grateful to have found her! I highly recommend Erin Grace and the EGE Team. Thank you again for all your hard work and helping to make our wedding a dream come true!

had already contacted my vendors in regards to my wedding timeline and confirmed the times of their arrival (which was a relief). The next time I saw her was at our wedding rehearsal. She was able to coordinate all the details to the wedding ceremony so that it ran smoothly on the day of our wedding.
I was quite nervous on how my wedding was going to flow and look (like any other bride) but Erin and her team went beyond my expectations. Everything turned out better than what I had envisioned. I actually was able to enjoy my wedding day without any problems because of Erin and her team.
Erin was a pleasure to be around and we still have kept in touch even after the wedding. I would definitely recommend Erin for any brides out there who need a planner. You won't regret it!

Best decision we made was hiring her team to coordinate our wedding day. Thank You Erin for everything, we will gladly recommend her to everyone we know that is planning an event.

On the day of our wedding Erin was there to assist with all the vendors and make sure that everything ran smoothly. It was the best decision we made for this very important day. I would recommend Erin to anyone looking for a full package. Se was such a tremendous help!
I can't say enough about Erin & her team. I contacted Erin a couple of months before my wedding in search of day of coordination and luckily she was available. During our initial ...
meeting she thoroughly explained what her role would be during the rehearsal, and during the wedding and made sure that none of my questions remained unanswered. She was so helpful and when I was stressing over possibly forgetting certain things she assured me everything would turn out perfect and drafted up checklists for me so I could keep track of what tasks still needed to be completed. She made sure to check in with me often to make sure things were on track.
For my rehearsal she arrived at the venue early to speak with the on site manager and to get a good feel of the place before the wedding. She made sure the rehearsal started and ended on time and did a great job of making sure everyone knew their roles/places. She made a great impression on everybody!
Day of the wedding of course I wake up a nervous wreck. She text to check on me and of course assured me that everything would be great. She was at venue early, dealt with all the vendors, and I really can't say much about that day cause I didn't have to do a thing! She handled everything and everybody. If there were any problems that day I wouldn't be able to tell you because she took care of everything. She checked on me and my husband throughout the night to make sure everything was okay and that we didn't need anything.
Overall Erin was great. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator.
THANK YOU ERIN :-)

ing the day's events. I planned the wedding myself and quickly realized I was going to need some help on wedding day. As a bride you want everything to go as planned and if it doesn't you need some one capable to handle the situation. That person is ERIN GRACE!!!
I was able to be in the moment and enjoy being a bride because Erin and her team would not allow me to stress out!!

Erin Grace more highly.
Erin was a delight to work with, very organized, and contributed so much more to coordinating the wedding than anticipated. And just as important: Erin has a great personality
I honestly don't remember how I found Erin Grace. It may have been right here on The Knot! But I was looking for a day-of wedding coordinator only. Our budget was very tight, and I...
couldn't afford a full-on wedding planner. I did most of the planning and design myself. But I was SO glad that I hired Erin for day-of coordination! And in the end, she did much more than that! She met with me on numerous occassions, helped me think through every last detail of the day, answered my incessant questions, provided resources, and really made sure the day ran smoothly. Our rehearsal was a bit chaotic - with many strong personalities asserting their desires. She did an amazing job taking it all in and making sure that my wishes as the bride and ours as the couple were honored. She got our frenzied group into shape, so that everything worked seamlessly on the big day. I also have to give Erin props because there were several last-minute details that existed only in my head (I hadn't done a great job of communicating them to her), and she pulled it all together with ease. Her last name - GRACE - is so fitting, as I feel this word best describes how Erin handled everything. Her staff was professional and made my entire family and all our guests feel at ease. And ALL of this at a very affordable price! I am so grateful to Erin for her exceptional service. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending Eric Grace Events to other brides!

riend from the very beginning which was only 6 months of preparations. It was a miracle to have designed and planned the wedding in this little time. Everything was beautiful, no fuss and she even had her team go an pick up one of the bridesmaids bouquets 20 minutes to and from the ceremony, because said bridesmaid forgot it at the hotel. Anyhow, Erin didn't miss a beat and the bouquet was brought back right before the ceremony. The entire party was a hit! I will continue to hire Erin for more of my events and refer her of course!
