I would like to start my review by saying that I am a bigger girl, size 20 and finding clothing that is flattering is hard enough but finding your wedding dress, the most important piece of material you will ever wear is such a daunting experience. In the bridal industry, gowns run so small that a size 20 is more like a size 14. There are so many shops that do not even have plus size dresses, or you are stuck with a generic shop like David's Bridal that has dresses that are just not that impressive at all. I was so excited to come across this bridal shop and see that they had dresses custom made. Up to size 30!!! The dresses are just beautiful and personal, and the woman who helped me find my dress in the store was just incredibly sweet and funny. She made the whole experience for me and my mom and sister just so enjoyable. I ended up finding a gorgeous ballgown and added sleeves because that was something I really had wanted, it was so awesome to have the ability to customise the dress! I got it in the most beautiful soft blush pink with a cream overlay color that I got to choose. The dress came in quickly and I went to pick it up just a few months later. at another store I had inquired with previously they had said it would take almost a year to get a dress in! And that is for a dress that looks like everyone else's dress. I have no idea how it could take them that long to make a dress... But I was so glad to get my beautiful, customized stress and such a quick period of time here. The best wedding dress store in Washington.

At first I was hesitant about this just store, I was looking for a very specific designer that is only carried in a few stores across the nation and I had yet to find any other dress designers that I had liked. I made an appointment with a different store but in the meantime I happen to be in the area and stopped into this bridal shop to check out their dresses. Much to my surprise, dresses by this designer are absolutely, incredibly beautiful. The icing on the cake is that they are custom-made, and they were more affordable than other designer that I like. Easy decision for me, I found a dress that was the perfect style for me. I didn't like the color, but I was able to order my dress in a completely different color. Apparently they offer many different colors to choose from. If you are any bride out there, no matter which designer you think you like please check out the store. I am the pickiest bride ever and if I can find something that works for me, I am sure othes will too.

Simply awesome wedding dress store. You can't find this designer in Washington besides this store, and it's well worth coming from miles away! They literally have something for every bride, the customer service is on point and pricing is the best for the quality. Check it out,you won't regret it!

Gorgggeeeouuusss dresses!!! I can't believe how many different choices they have and how inexpensive they are, I was able to find the perfect dress and dreses for all of my bridesmaids also. Highly recommend this place, it was my first stop and my only stop.

Beautiful shop with beautiful dresses! Every bride who is on a budget but wants a high quality dress needs to check this store out. Forget the cattle call at David's Bridal and super expensive boutiques. This should be your first and last stop. I felt like a princess :)

I found my dream dress at Monte Cristo Bridal! I brought my mom, sister, and grandma to the appointment and it was a private event. They had a variety of dresses on display, and I was able to try them on easily. I was lucky enough to find my dress on try #4! My dress has beautiful beading, lace, and a keyhole back. The consultant picked the dress for me based on my criteria, which was a huge positive. The appointment wasn’t long, and the consultant was very knowledgeable with their selections. I didn’t feel rushed, and I was the sole priority of the bridal shop. At David’s Bridal, it was so crowded and I wasn’t the main focus at all. My entire family had a great experience, with comfortable seating. I would recommend this dress shop. It is a convenient location, with great restaurants around to celebrate saying yes to the dress.

I picked a dress I liked and chose to get and we started talking price. The price of the dress was about $3600. I was shocked. She came back and said she would give me a great deal but I would still need to spend about $1200 out of pocket. She felt she was helping me out because she was giving me a $3600 dress for $1200 and I should be happy. I had kindly let her know that I understand that it is a good deal but I cannot purchase this dress and I will have to come back another time or choose another dress because I cannot spend that much. I understand it sounds crazy to only expect to pay $300 for a wedding dress. But remember, I chose the venue that was outside of my price range given the fact that the dress cost, was something I didn’t have to worry about. While one of the ladies was on the phone with her boss, another lady had briefly showed my friend that was with us the written sheet with all the prices of each dress that I tried on. Every single one of them was in the $3000 range except for 2 of them were in the $2000 range. My sister saw this and was not happy. My sister ended up on the phone with the owner and before I knew it my sister was in tears. She is very professional and I didn’t understand why this was happening. I asked my sister and she said that the owner was contemplating not allowing us to have the wedding at the Monte Cristo venue because want to have to deal with this kind of drama. My sister attempted to clarify that it was fine and we would continue looking for a dress but she thought that he would want to know what is happening with his staff. The owner felt that we were being selfish because we were given an $1800 off coupon. I understood where he was coming from but I felt like I was clear that I really couldn’t spend more than a few hundred dollars due to the venue price that we chose. We left to get lunch and came back. I found another dress that ended up being beautiful. It was within my price range and I ended up walking away spending around $220. It turned out it was that staff member first month of work and looking at the price tags didn’t dawn on her. I didn’t like that the owner made my sister cry. Like I said in the beginning, the process was not fun. But I absolutely loved my dress and it couldn’t been any better. They had a relatively good selection. The brands that are not the Monte Cristo label were more what I was wanting. It ended up working out. If I didn’t have my coupon, I would not have bought my dress from them due to our experience before lunch.

My favorite thing about this bridal salon is that you can consider not only the colors (hundreds!) And fit of a dress, but the actual pieces like the sleeves, top and bottom. Totally affordable and customized. I didn't find anywhere else that has options like they do here. Getting an appointment can be kind of tricky but totally worth it

I first heard about this bridal store through a friend also getting married. I am a bigger girl, and finding clothing in general can be hard. With sizes up to the 30 range and a ton of great dresses to choose from, it was a relief. I felt very comfortable with the consultant and had to choose between two perfect dresses for me. Thank you for making me feel so special for my big day!!!

Amazing service, loved all the help I received. Would recommend to any bride! There are so many GORGEOUS dresses and they are so decently priced. Found my dress in the first consultation. Looooove it!!!

I felt very comfortable in the store, and very supported by the staff working and assisting me. They were welcoming to my family and friends that joined me on that day. The day was easy and fun, and I learned a lot about what kind of dresses I like! I got a beautiful strapless, A-Line dress with a diamond belt. I am excited to wear it! They were very helpful in measurements and were detailed in describing the rest of the process to me. I would have loved to see an even larger selection of dresses in the store. I would have loved to have been able to try on more dresses in my price range, but was lucky enough to find the one that day still!

The staff at Bridal Love and Lace was absolutely amazing. I made several appointments with them in order to find my perfect dress and every time I received amazing customer service. My wedding dress is a stunning ballgown and I walked into bridal love and lace with something else in mind. After trying on so many, Kelly suggested a ballgown and the minute I put it on, I was in love! Kelly and Jacinda are exceptional. They are so patient, polite, helpful and continue to accommodate my every need! Thank you so much Bridal Love and Lace!

I loved that they carried multiple sizes in multiple dresses. I am by no means a size 2 (especially in bridal!) and to have dresses that were too big and needed to be clamped tighter or have samples that zipped all the way up, made this curvy girl feel pretty great about herself! The next thing I loved is that everyone there, even the employees from the Monte Cristo coming in and out, seemed so excited that I was there to shop at their store. My consultant was very personable and her personality was very fun. She was a little quiet, but I think that was so she did not influence my thoughts and feelings on any dress; she wanted me to come to my own conclusions. She was also awesome and talking me through possible alterations to any dress and showing me what they might look like on the spot to help me visualize. When I came to purchase my dress a couple days later the woman was extremely friendly. She was genuinely excited for me when I told her I was there to purchase my dress. When she brought it out she let me inspect it to make sure there were no major flaws (since I was purchasing a sample), it was in pristine condition. Here are my only two complaints, the lighting in the, what I call, Stage Room, is very white, which is nice, but the lighting in the dressing room is dark and yellow. Everything looks terrible in there; every time I stepped out of the room I had to take a couple seconds to adjust my eyes. My second complaint is that not everything they have in the store is on their website. I understand they do that so that people will be more inclined to check out the store in person, but I was very nervous going into my appointment after not seeing anything I liked online. Maybe, just a little blurb at the bottom of the page saying the images online are not a complete inventory or something, would be very helpful. My dress is Osera by Pronovias. It is a gorgeous beige (but I’m calling it Champagne) dress with an off-white lace overlay. The neckline is a soft v with scalloped lace edges and the back is the low back I was looking for with a V shape and scalloped edge as well. The longer I was in the dress the more l liked it. I loved how it fit my body, I loved how the skirt flared out, but was not poufy like it was being held out by crinoline or tulle. I loved how the back was in the shape of a V so it made my waist look smaller. I loved the little beaded straps that added just a hint of sparkle. The best part was it basically zipped all the way up! It practically fit me perfectly. My mom, who had come to all my previous appointments was totally blown away and said it looked the better than any other dress I had tried on. I placed the dress on hold and made another appointment to try it on about a week later. I never made it to that appointment. I came back about 36 hours later and purchased the dress. Not a day has gone by since that I do not think about the dress and want to put it back on again.

I would totally recommend this bridal boutique in downtown Everett. It is conveniently close to the Monte Cristo Ballroom which is a popular all inclusive wedding venue! So if you are getting married there, I would give it consideration. Kelly the sales associate made my mom, sister, future mother- in- law and myself feel super comfortable and welcome. She and her assistant were very helpful in communication and took all the time that we needed. There was no time limit for fittings. We went twice to find the perfect dress because there shop has so many styles and options! I suggest calling and making an appointment so you can have the place to yourself, since there is one fitting area. I love the attention to personal needs with no other customers fighting for attention. The dress I chose was an ivory Poppy, Premier Lace and beaded trumpet style with an illusion back. Gorgeous! I cannot wait to see it when it comes ordered specifically altered to my size. Most dresses in this boutique are larger in size, so just take it into consideration when trying on. You have to imagine the length and size of yourself and not how the larger size is pinned to look when you try it on. If you love the look and style, order it, and then it is shipped and delivered to fit you!

Just picked my dress up yesterday and couldn't be more excited. Every time I come to the boutique something is new and improved. The shop is getting better and better everyday. The woman are very outgoing and friendly and they have a great dress selection. The experience is very intimate where you feel like everything is about you in that moment which is so awesome. Very different than going to a corporate chain bridal salon where 9 woman are standing in wedding gowns staring into the same mirror. They have a beautiful setup and a friendly staff.

Beautiful dresses by Erin Kincaid. I purchased two wedding dresses from them. Very friendly and they really take time to help you find your perfect dress.

Pros: 1) wide selection of pretty dresses 2) very friendly and attentive staff. The staff really set aside the time to give you their full attention when you come in for your appointment. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time, though, it took me a while to get in. Cons: 1) unclear on expectations. I set my budget initially and told the staff so. There's no price tag on the dresses, and the staff pointed me to a section that was within my budget. Later, after I fell in love with my dress, she told me that the dress is above my budget. We eventually worked things through, and I still got the dress I wanted! Just be clear on what you want and they will work with you. 2) no bathroom or it was broken while we were there (?)

I am absolutely very much in love with this place. The staff was so friendly and nice. I am not petite by any means and yet they made me feel comfortable and beautiful. The staff had the patience to try on so many dresses with me. At one point I was worried I would not find a dress and the staff and my entourage searched the store for more dresses to try on. We were the last appointment of the day and even though we went past the appointment time they still stayed and worked with me until I found THE dress. I tried on so many different types of dresses. I was able to find a white A-line with lace. They offered the ability to customize things on my dress, which I loved that they could personalize it to my taste. I would definitely recommend this for all brides looking for that dress.

I thought Bridal Love and Lace did an excellent job finding the perfect dress for me. They cared about everything I had to say and made great suggestions for me. They were very knowledgable and allowed me to try on many different dresses to find the right one. I am able to get my dress very quickly and that is great for me to find alterations. I do wish they did do alterations but not a deal breaker. I also wish the dress was able to come sized better for me but it also just partly how the designer ships the dress. Overall great experience glad I was able to work with them.

Wedding planning can be stressful, even with a venue like Monte Cristo who covers so much, there are a lot of little details to think about. Finding the right dress is one of those details. In September, I went dress shopping and felt as if I had found a really great dress that I really liked. It was not the feeling I expected to have when you find "the dress", but I left happy with what I had found. I only tried on 2 dresses and the second one was the one I picked. When the dress arrived, I noticed some minor issues with the fabric here and there. I was worried with what would happen since the alterations woman was unable to fix them. I contacted Bridal Love and Lace, expecting to hear "We are sorry but there's nothing we can do" since I had heard this happens at other bridal salons or major stores (won't name names). Instead, I was treated extremely well and they completely took care of me! The situation was handled so well and after discussing with Kelly at the bridal salon, it was determined that I would pick a new dress and it would be rush ordered. Kelly even offered to help me find a new dress that same day and so I did!! I really felt like this was "the" experience that every bride should get when looking for their wedding dress. I tried on several dresses that Kelly, myself and my friends pulled. Kelly was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable with the entire process, which let's face it, can easily be awkward since your essentially getting almost naked in front of a stranger all the while feeling overwhelmed by the various choices between fabric, style, color, detail...etc. Kelly was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel like I was shopping with another friend, not a consultant. She even let me sit in my dress and just chat with her and my friends since I was not ready to take it off! While the situation could have gone a completely different way, Bridal Love and Lace handled it so well and made me feel so valued as a customer. It only added to my confidence that I chose the right place to buy my dress from and the venue where I will get married, Monte Cristo!!

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Love & Lace this last weekend, I had the pleasure of working with Kelly & JaCynda and they were absolutely wonderful! I came in so nervous with no idea what I wanted and JaCynda was ready and willing to help me find the perfect dress! I tried on about 7-10 dresses and I finally fell in love (I brought 4 girls with me and I ended up in the ONE dress Jacynda chose for me, she really knows what she is doing) while I was trying on dresses the girls put me in veils, belts, and Kelly even took off her necklace and let me wear it to complete my look! After I picked my dress the girls talked me into trying on a petticoat which at first I didn't think I would like but I LOVED IT! I am so glad they suggested it to me. Thank you Bridal love & Lace (especially JaCynda & Kelly) for giving me an unforgettable experience!

Unbelievable customer service! I could not be HAPPIER with my selection or more excited to see my dress when it comes in! I selected a fun and flirty Erin Kincaid dress! I don't write many reviews, especially ones that sing such high praises, but Bridal Love & Lace truly deserves it given how above and beyond they went to make sure I was 100% satisfied

JaCynda and Kelly were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. They listened to what I felt I was looking for, and provided helpful suggestions. I am a pretty easy going person but I am also very self conscious and they made me feel good about almost every dress I tried on. The amount of dresses they pulled into my room was amazing. All of the dresses I picked from the main floor plus another 4 or 5 they thought would be nice. I thought it was going to be difficult choosing a dress with all the options I had been given. But I was able to narrow it down to 2 and ultimately down to one after realizing how much more comfortable I will be on the day. My future mother and grandmother in laws also enjoyed themselves throughout this process. I could hear them laughing with Kelly while JaCynda helped me get dressed. It was a lot of fun and I'm happy I was able to find THE DRESS with them!

Everything about my experience at Bridal Love and Lace was wonderful. Kelly and JaCynda made me feel comfortable and excited as soon as I walked in. I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never shopped for a wedding dress before and felt a little apprehensive. I had no idea what I was looking for specifically and really had to try on a few dresses before I got a feel for my style. Kelly was great, she grabbed any dress I saw that I might like, including ones on the mannequins. She helped me focus my search and figure out what cuts looked best on me. They have a great little area for all of your family and friends to sit and a big beautiful stage surrounded by mirrors to see the dresses from every angle. There are so many styles and cuts to choose from at BLL that I felt like anyone would be able to find something they loved. I ended up finding a gorgeous Erin Kincaid drop waist dress covered in lace. The corset top hugs my waist and curves so well and the skirt is full without being over the top. Its gorgeous and I can not wait to walk down the isle in it!

I decided to purchase my dress through Bridal Love & Lace. I was very pleased with their selection. I had a large bridal party and both my mother and my future mother in law. They accomodated all of us! I showed them my choices and they were excellent at matching and showing me of other dresses that would best suit my desired need. They put me in a stunning Eric Kincaid dress, that I instantly fell in love with. I was able to order the dress and they were so accomodating on so many levels. I would highly recommend this wedding dress boutique. Love my dress and the staff was so wonderful!

I ordered my dress! It won’t be here until later this year, but I can’t wait! My dress shopping journey wasn’t a long one which surprised me. I am such an indecisive person. I thought I would be going to lots of stores. I only looked at one other place before buying my dress here, so I also don’t have too many experiences to compare it with. Monte Cristo Bridal Love and Lace is a small store, and I appreciated the privacy it came with. My bridesmaids and I were the only ones there during both of my appointments. We went during the winter, so it was quite cold without the crowd. There was a heater warming up the space with the mirrors, but it was odd to me that the overhead fan was on in the dressing room. Overall, it was wonderful to have such an intimate experience with my girls. Kelly was my stylist. She was so nice and sweet. I didn’t feel like we fully connected in my vision, but she’s always trying and bringing me more variety of dresses. While I struggled to verbalize what I was looking for all the time, she really encouraged me to speak my mind and that “I won’t hurt the dress’s feelings.” Sometimes, I wished there was a look book or a catalog of some kind of the dresses they have. Since the dresses are stored in a different location, my bridesmaids and I didn’t have the opportunity to help look. In the end, I am happy with the purchase. I don’t want to say too much about the dress, just in case if my fiancé peeks at this review. The style wasn’t what I initially had in mind but I fell in love with. I am petite so I love the elegant and delicate details. When I was first told about this store, I was under the impression that the dress would be ordered and made to my size. I think there are more opportunities for customization for the house brands. However, they were still able to order me the size closest to my measurements, so hopefully I won’t need too much alterations! I can’t wait to see it when it comes!

I had limited time to find a dress because I live out of state for graduate school, so I had limited time to place an order for a dress and have it in time for alterations etc. Before going to Bridal Love & Lace, I had gone shopping at two other stores but had not found one I loved. Kelly was so understanding about my limited schedule, she even let me come into the store when they were closed during the busy wedding show season. I cannot express how helpful and thoughtful she was in helping me find my dress and working with my schedule! I showed her some pictures of what I liked, she brought back a few dresses and the second one I tried on was the one! I was shocked to find the perfect dress so quickly, because at other stores I had tried on so many with no luck. Kelly was so fun to work with and she truly took the descriptions of what I wanted and pulled the perfect dress. My dress has an illusion neckline with cap sleeves and a beautiful form fitting lace skirt that is covered by a light layer of tulle. I can't wait to put it on again! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that it was a little difficult to get in touch with the store via email and phone for a few days when I was trying to confirm my dress order, but once I got a hold of them they sent me a receipt. Overall the service was great and I sincerely appreciated Kelly's time and service while working with us!

Kelly and Jacinda (sorry if I spelled those wrong!) were super helpful! When I showed up, I picked out several dresses on the floor that peaked my interest. They asked what I had been liking when I tried others on, what I was hoping to find, and what my budget was. I told them to definitely stay below 1500 to start with and if nothing worked we'd go up from there. They pulled some from the back, pulled the ones I'd pointed out off of mannequins, and we got started! I found several I liked (and a lot of those were ones that they had picked based on my description!) and they even helped me wear two at once to see what a customized dress would look like. I didn't feel like they were being pushy, as when I didn't like one they were quick to point out how much happier I had been in others and told me I should move on. About my 7th dress in, I fell in love! I got teary eyed and felt stupid about it, but I loved the dress! Even though the hybrid they helped me wear was beautiful, this one was clearly my dress! At 1,400$, it was their label and had beautiful beading, lace sleeves, a keyhole back, and beautiful designs the whole way down the dress. They took measurements so the dress would fit me as close as possible when it arrives, and also sold me a petticoat for 50$ (which I thought was a great deal, since bridal salons seem to sell everything for more than they're worth!) Also, I felt silly having so many people there (8 and a baby) but they didn't make me feel bad for packing their room so tight and asking for more chairs. Everyone was laughing and having a good time, and there was a comfy couch that fit half of them, so I felt better having everyone there even though I had felt anxious before my appointment about having too many. Overall, I had a great experience. The shop ladies were helpful, not pushy, and ultimately found the dress I fell in love with based on what I described to them. On top of that, I feel that their dresses are very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

I had my first fitting on black Friday. I was a bit stuffed from all the food but it was the only day that my bridesmaids and family could join. My fiancé and I both called the bridal multiple times since they said they would call us to let me know what to bring and what to expect, however they never picked up. Being the first one in my family to get married I didn’t know what to bring or what to expect. With that being said I didn’t want to go to the appointment and I wanted to cancel minutes before but knowing that I can’t do that I showed up furious! After walking in to the bridal store though, I was very happy and everything was great! Kelly talked to my party for a couple minutes while everyone else showed up and then everyone- the 7 people I brought- got comfy and I tried on dresses! Kelly said most brides don't come in knowing what they want but I did! I had done previous research and so before I tried on dresses I listed dresses I want to try on (look at the website to see their dress options) and within an hour a half I found the one! Of course since I'm a size 2 everything was huge but Kelly really managed to make the dress perfect! Adding a veil helped reality sink in that I'm getting married and even though I hate belts, after trying one on the dress I decided to buy the dress with a belt! I have yet to decide on the veil length and type, but they have a great selection! None of the samples were dirty or anything. I would recommend bringing a pair of shoes the height you want on your wedding day and make sure to wear a white bra.

I knew I wanted to go to a boutique bridal shop, as opposed to a national retailer, to get my wedding dress. Bridal Love & Lace was the perfect choice! As soon as I set up my initial appointment to try on dresses, I received an email from their staff asking me for samples of styles and designers I liked. I was impressed that they wanted to know this information before meeting me, and that they reached out asking for this detail. When I arrived for my appointment my individual consultant already had several dresses ready for me to try on. We began by walking around the store and talking about various styles on display to gauge additional likes and dislikes. After that I began trying on dresses! Since my consultant had pulled multiple dresses ahead of my arrival, I started trying on dresses soon after arriving. My consultant was able to find eight different gown that fit both my preferences and my budget. She also did a fantastic job of listening to my feedback after each dress in order to help me narrow down my choices. In the end, I selected the most beautiful A-line lace dress in an ivory color. It has a fitted bodice with a sweetheart neckline. It comes with an embellished satin belt and features a long, flowing lace train. Since the dress is designed by Erin Kincaid of New York, the designer is tailoring it to my specific measurements – including my height. Since I am very petite, this will save me hundreds of dollars in tailoring costs that are usually required for hemming a traditional lace gown. In fact, the only tailoring needed should be for bustling the train. Overall, I have a great experience at Bridal Love & Lace. Their attentiveness to customer service, my friendly and knowledgeable consultant, and the selection of dresses make me want to recommend it to all my friends who become engaged.

I found Bridal Love & Lace bridal shop through the recommendation of Monte Cristo Ballroom. The shop was open on Sunday and was able to make an appointment with Hanna and Christopher. When we arrived, Hanna had already prepared a few dress selections from the description of the type of dress I wanted. The issue I had the dresses was the fact that they only came in larger sizes, which didn’t help me get a total picture of what I wanted. Though I know the dress will be tailored to fit, at the time, it was difficult to get a good feeling with the dress and was unable to decide on the first appointment. I booked a future appointment to try additional dresses and found the dress that I wanted (they had smaller sized dresses at this time) so I was able to get a better visual of what the final product would look like. They were just opening up a new shop so it was understandable that they would have a limited selection of sizes and styles. After I made my decision on the dress I wanted, they took my measurements and placed an order for the dress. The experience I had with Bridal Love & Lace was a great one, Hanna and Christopher were helpful. I’m excited and can’t wait to have my fitted wedding dress!

I was excited to kick off my wedding dress shopping experience at Bridal Love & Lace! I had my mom, sister & future mother in law with me and Kelly made us all feel very welcome. I loved the selection of dresses - especially Pronovias. Kelly was very knowledgeable of all the styles of dresses and did a good job recommending different dresses during my appointment. The thing that stood out to me the most is that my appointment ended up being about 2 and half hours! There were so many dresses to try and I and some I even tried on twice! I never felt that the team at Bridal Love & Lace was rushing me out and provided the same level of service & attention through out the entire appointment. Although I ended up buying my dress at another bridal shop - I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend Bridal Love & Lace to all brides shopping for their dream dresses!

This place was recommended when I've already went to 4 different salons and was just overwhelmed. Making an appointment and re-scheduling with Chris was convient and easy. Hanna was amazing, she truly figured out my vision, Most would might say I'm alittle picky too haha. I was lucky to have a certificate for booking my venue at the monte cristo ballroom to help cover the cost of my dress. Making an appointment was super easy and everyone was very friendly. I got to send some pictures of the style of dress that I liked and help get my appointment started before I even went into the shop. My first appointment didn't go as planned because both the consultants were sick and someone from the ballroom was helping me. But she did her best and it helped me narrow down what I wanted. I made an appointment 2 weeks later to look at more dresses. This appointment was fantastic and I absolutely adored Kelly who really helped me pick my dress. Definitely over what the certificate covered but still got an amazing price. Very glad that I went in as early as I did because I was able to finance the rest of the cost! Can't wait to go back with my bridesmaids to pick their dresses!

These guys were great and the financing option was so amazing. They asked me lots of questions to figure out exactly what I wanted and they found me my perfect dress!! Hana already knew it was going to be the dress for me before I even got there for my appointment and she was right. I'm so happy and I can't wait to walk down the aisle in this dress. Thank you guys! Hanna at Bridal Love & Lace tried to find the perfect dress for me by asking questions to better understand the style of dress I wanted. I appreciate how responsive the team was and that Hanna did not give up, but wished the selection of dresses were all available to view on the floor instead of the dresses being brought to me. I went in a couple of times attempting to look for my perfect dress and luckily my sister found a dress that she recommended I try on. After I tried on the dress, I knew it was the one! The wedding dress was classy, elegant, and had the right amount of lace I was looking for. I'm happy I found my dress and can't wait to pick it up!

Bridal Love and Lace was recommended to me by my wedding venue. Today my mother, sisters and I visited. Hanna was very warm and welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable. She listened closely to what I wanted in a dress and had a variety for me to try on. I'm curvier, so I was concerned that there wouldn't be anything that would work for me, but I had nothing to worry about. I found THE dress in a little over an hour. Can't wait to wear it for my big day!

Today, I purchased the wedding dress of my dreams at Bridal Love and Lace. It was the most rewarding experience ever. After multiple trips to other bridal boutiques in the Everett area, I was feeling rather discouraged because, as a plus size bride, it's almost impossible to be able to try on wedding gowns due to the small sample sizes. I called Bridal Love and Lace, exasperated after looking at other boutiques and was reassured that they had a bunch of plus size samples I could try on. As soon as I walked into the store I knew I had made a good decision. The two ladies that helped me were so helpful and instilled a new-found confidence in me, and made me EXCITED about my wedding again. I had felt so defeated after going to other bridal boutiques and basically felt that i'd never find the dress of my dreams. I tried on multiple gowns which I fell in love with instantly, and after some serious thinking I picked the dress of my dreams. I want to thank the ladies at Bridal Love & Lace, you were so helpful and made me feel that even though I was plus size, I was still BEAUTIFUL.. (which I hadn't felt at other bridal shops). You made me feel beautiful and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this. I would recommend this store to anyone trying to find the perfect dress!

I came upon this salon upon touring for wedding venues. As I was touring, the all inclusive wedding venue guide mentioned that there would be a surprise at the end of the tour for the brides. After the tour of the venue, she took us around the corner to this bridal salon and said that they had just opened this salon as a part of the all-inclusive experience of the venue and they were running a promotion for the first ten brides to book the venue after the salon opening would receive an $1800 credit for ANY dress in the salon ! I was floored ! I was already impressed with the venue and this just reeled me in ! It was so easy to schedule an appointment and the salon attendant Rachel was AMAZING !!! During the scheduling, she asked me in advance what kind of styles I had in mind and how envisioned looking on my big day. When I came in I was pulled into a private back room with a huge dressing room and an amazing stage with three gigantic mirrors for the bride. My two sisters, mom and dad were able to be seated all comfortably on a couch and single lounge chair. Rachel was attentive, friendly, and made me feel extra special and beautiful. She made sure to let me know that she would only pull dresses that were within my credit and would only bring in more pricier dresses if NONE of the ones she brought in worked for me. She didn't have to do that ! I tried on dresses for about half an hour and finally found the one !!! My family and I loved how I looked in it ! Rachel was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted ! I highly recommend this salon for any bride who wants a personal and intimate experience and would like to find a gorgeous dress for a reasonable price !

First comment, woohoo!!! So, I went to SEVERAL dress shops before finally finding my dress at this store. At some of the popular dress stores I visited (like Davids Bridal) everyone was being treated like cattle, lol. All they seem to care about is making money. It definitely wasn't the experience I was looking for. I then visited some smaller stores and the service was better, but prices were sky high. I was pretty much over it all... AND THEN.... I heard about this store from a wedding website and decided to check it out. I have to give 5 stars for so many reasons... the service was amazing, I never felt rushed or sales pressure or anything like that. I also found out that even though they are a newer store, they have way, way more dresses than most of the stores I checked out. I finally found the most amaziiiing dress... my friends and mom started crying the moment I walked out of the changing area :) I was scared to ask about the price, because I had picked the dress for the style and hadnt asked yet. OH MY GOD. It was so well priced compared to what I'd been looking at with other stores. Also, they have financing which is pretty cool, so you only put down the a tiny portion of the total cost and then they order your dress to fit you, which is also really nice because tailoring is ridiculously expensive from what I was being quoted before. Girls. If you are looking for your wedding dress, you need to go here right away. I'm not an expert lol but I can tell you that you will save so much stress and money. Oh, and schedule an appointment because you get to try on as many dresses as you want, theres no rush :D
