Erin of Boston Photography

ision. On the day of our ceremony, Erin brought such warmth, making us feel completely at ease. Erin's ability to work with the natural light and the stunning fall foliage was breathtaking—every photo feels like a piece of art. She perfectly captured the quiet intimacy of our vows and the joy we felt in those special moments. The turnaround time for the photos was quick, and the quality blew us away. She captured all the little details and candid moments that we will treasure forever. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only incredibly talented but also a joy to work with, look no further!

were both nervous to be photographed since we hadn't taken any formal pictures together. We did an engagement shoot several months before our Wedding and Erin made us both feel so comfortable. She didn't give us a chance to think about being nervous or how we looked. We also brought our dog along for the shoot and she was wonderful with our dog, Quinn, which meant so much to both of us. The pictures turned out amazing! On our Wedding Day, her and her Assistant Jason were both so great. They continued to bring a great energy that everyone in the room felt. We both have big families and she was able to keep everyone on track and move formal pictures along so that we could enjoy the Wedding festivities. If you're looking for an amazing photographer who brings such a great energy to your Wedding Day - Erin is your girl! Thank you so much for everything, Erin! - Megan & Nick

every moment of our wedding journey. Her attention to detail and her rare ability to capture raw emotion in her work set her apart in ways we never imagined. Every interaction with Erin felt like catching up with a lifelong friend. She approached every meeting, every question, and every detail with such genuine joy that it made the entire process truly incredible. Erin has an extraordinary gift for making you feel comfortable and at ease, and the results are nothing short of breathtaking. The photographs she delivered are timeless and beautifully capture the essence of our day. She didn't just take photos—she preserved moments, emotions, and memories that we’ll cherish forever. If you're looking for a photographer in Boston or beyond, look no further than Erin. She is truly the most genuine person we’ve ever met!

ith all the love shining through without anyone feeling self conscious. We were planning our Boston based wedding from our home in Scotland and Erin was more than happy to Zoom with us to get to know each other and make time to meet us in-person when we were visiting my parents in Boston the year before our wedding. She truly is the perfect mix of professional, helpful, funny, and caring.

ur Colorado elopement, design our wedding invites, and more! She has a great energy to her and is able to help melt away wedding anxieties. I could not recommend her enough, especially if you are planning on eloping!!

ur engagement shoot photos and she did not disappoint with the wedding album. Always very responsive, professional, and excited to work with us. Thank you, Erin!

un to be around!! I highly recommend hiring Erin for your next wedding, she knows what she is doing!!!!

we even knew the venue for sure! She is such high energy, and really puts all her heart into her work! We are so obsessed with all our photos, and get complimented on them all the time! She even came with a fun little lantern that we held while walking along the water at night, and i never even knew i wanted such a fun photo in my life, it’s still one of my favorites. She and her second shooter she brought along were so amazing and there for every need!

tory. She photographed our engagement photos and our wedding, giving us the most breathtaking collection of photos each time. Not only is her talent unmatched, but he personality is one of the best parts of working with her. While she is fun and always brings her best attitude with her to the job, she is professional and will do whatever she needs to get the shot. We have received endless compliments of how amazing our wedding photos came out and how comfortable she made everyone feel. My mother in law still talks about how much she loved her and hopes our family can work with her again. She is an incredible person and such a talented photographer in all aspects. You will not regret hiring her for your wedding or any other event!

tc. because her work is truly THAT good. We were so nervous to be professionally photographed for basically the first time in our lives, and Erin made it feel so natural and fun! She was also an excellent and honest communicator through the entire process, from first booking her to the day she delivered our album. I look at our wedding pictures so fondly and it’s all thanks to her hard work!

shots. She made us feel so comfortable. During our elopement, Erin perfectly directed us and our 6 guests, and we had beautiful shots both in the Boston Public Library and around Boston. We'd definitely recommend her for your future ~wedding~ related needs! There's no one we'd rather go to Dunkin with!

and had some non-traditional needs, and Erin met us where we were at and made the process relaxing, fun, and got us amazing photos in the process. She displayed a sincere desire to understand us as a couple, and in connecting with us in that way, was able to shoot our wedding in a way that beautifully captured who we are and what we are about. It is one thing to be a talented photographer, someone has an eye for aesthetics and understands their tools, and it is another to be a visual creative, someone who uses the medium to capture emotion and story with intent and artistry; Erin is quite impressively both. Not only is she skilled, but she also exhibited a degree of professionalism throughout and was quick to answer questions, assuage concerns, and asking us the right questions in return. Wedding planning can be so stressful, but working with Erin never was. We've received so many compliments on our photos and we will look back fondly on them, and what they've elegantly captured, for years to come! We could not recommend her highly enough!!!

sation my husband (who arrived home while I was on the phone) said 'who was that' - he thought I had been chatting with one of my friends and was surprised when I said that in fact I had been speaking to our wedding photographer. I can go on and on about the quality of Erins work, but take one look at her galleries and they speak for themselves. Not only are the photos of my husband and I amazing and something I will cherish forever, upon further inspection you notice how her angles catch your guests and their faces in the background in an amazing one. One of my favorite photos is of my husband and I dancing, with my two best friends smiling and cheering in the background. She has an amazing style that I struggle to even find the right words to describe her amazing use of color and lighting. As anyone going through the wedding planning process knows, its stressful, as it the day of the event itself. Erin possess the exact type of energy you want around. She is the ultimate hype woman and will make you feel like an absolute queen! (or king!). My entire family had such an amazing time working with her on our wedding day, and rave about her still. Many guests came up to me the day of and following our wedding saying how much fun she was and how much they liked her. I get endless compliments on our wedding photos and will cherish them forever! they are better than I could have ever imagined and its all owed to her and her assistant!

ks up her sleeve to make our day amazing.

ictures taken of them, Erin makes the experience truly comfortable and enjoyable. I wasn’t focused on her taking photos of us, I was focused on my wife and our day and Erin was able to capture our love in those moments. I can’t recommend her work enough.

ent with us and was keenly aware of the anxieties of a wedding day. My wife and I were set at ease knowing we had an absolute star in Erin making sure our memories were captured through her lens. She’s not only a terrific photographer, but a stellar human being. She delivered the photos much quicker than what she told us and we were floored with how beautiful the entire set was. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks so much for everything Erin. You’re the best!! -Fed & Kaila

perfect one than Erin. Her personality is unmatched. You feel completely yourself with her and the way she managed every single one of my family members was unbelievable. She went absolutely above and beyond from driving 5 hours to my venue, to staying up late and taking after party pictures for us as we literally JUMPED IN A POOL!!! For your wedding day, you 100% need Erin. There is no doubt about it. So lucky to have found her.

eed to book her if you can!!❤️

She has fantastic insight into everything Wedding and photography related. Would HIGHLY recommend!

nothing but positive things to say. She's extremely experienced, knowledgeable in her field and knows what she is doing. She has amazing command skills, everyone falls in love with her and she has this captivating presence that lights up those around her. Her imagery is classic and timeless, she is an actual GPS of Boston and can recommend the best photo locations and her energy will bring out the candid beauty you're hoping for. 10/10 recommend.

could not be grabbed and made everything perfect. Our photos came out so beautiful and Erin was super helpful in making everything perfect! Our friends and family loved the pictures. We have gone so far now to book her as our Wedding photographer and would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing photographer for their wedding, elopement, engagement, or other event.

of the event. We had our immediate family present and she artfully directed group shots and couple photos alike. In addition to her photography skills, she is friendly and attentive, ensuring an enjoyable and comfortable experience (for a couple that hasn’t had a photo shoot before). :)

amiest set of summer engagement pics we could ever ask for! Can’t wait for her to shoot our wedding.

g with her was and is an absolute breeze and it is as easy as picking up my phone and texting a friend. We talked a lot about all our cameras and had a lot of fun on the day of the wedding, taking photos on all the different cameras all three of us brought! She made my partner and I feel very comfortable and she just knows how to get all the right shots! We also received all the wedding photos in record time, very impressed with how fast she sent us the photos! Thankful for you, Erin, and we look forward to working and photo-walking with you in the future!

er easy even with how crazy this last year has been. She’s like your long time friend you haven’t seen in years but doesn’t matter how much time has passed. She made our engagement session an adventure and fun and even encouraged us to include our dog Monty. We felt so comfortable in front of the camera and it speaks through our pictures. We can’t wait to hang them on the wall in our new home or to continue working with her for our wedding next year!

ttitude. Doing our engagement shoot with her was so good because we really got to know each other - she learned how to make us comfortable in photos and what to say to get us cracking up. Even with a postponed wedding, she was amazingly supportive and went above and beyond what other vendors did to accommodate us. When I had a last minute panic (think 6 days before the wedding) about not hiring a videographer, I texted her for help and SHE FOUND ME SOMEONE IN 30 MINS! Who does that? Our video was amazing, our photos were amazing, she was a pro at wrangling the wedding party and all the kiddos and everyone is STILL raving about how incredible our photos are. If you want someone that can really capture the incredible moments and the unexpected, she’s your girl. I’m beyond thankful we ran into her that day and cannot recommend her enough.

loved her style from that first conversation. Fast forward to 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic, three date reschedules and so many unknown but Erin was there thought it all! She was flexible, understanding and so accommodating to all the craziness we dealt with planning our wedding. When we finally got to meet Erin in person for our engagement shoot we were blown away. For starters she is hysterical, she’s also so fun to be around and incredibly creative. My husband and I are both on the more introverted side and immediately felt comfortable with Erin which translated into her work. She had such creative posing ideas through our session and the whole time flew by. When we got your finished photos back we were literally speechless. We knew we would be in good hands for our big day but she still managed to surprise us then! EVERY member of our bridal party and immediate family commented on her personality within minutes of meeting her. She brought so much fun to the women getting ready and made all the stress of taking pictures feel so easy. We had our wedding at our house and Erin had such creative and beautiful ideas for photos that I don’t even remember taking on the day but came out incredible. The finished products we got from our wedding again left us absolutely speechless. She is a pro. In addition to her talent, Erin became a fast friend through our working with her and we HIGHLY recommend her to everyone we meet. I’m trying to find another reason to do a shoot with her now!!

ive which helped make the pictures so special. I cannot recommend her enough! My cousin tried to book her for his wedding after he met her at ours but unfortunately she was already busy that day so move fast!

osing for photos, making the end result stunning and natural. Erin was incredibly professional and talked through all the details before our event so day-of she could do her thing effortlessly. We received our photos just a couple weeks after our wedding and I could not be happier. LOVE HER and her glowing personality!!!

L of the details (before, during & after our wedding)! I highly recommend them for your picture. We are overjoyed and feel so lucky!

work with. Very creative in the moment, too!

e spoke to her, we knew she was the right one for our special day. We booked Erin before the pandemic hit and as we were figuring out a pandemic wedding, Erin was essential in our planning. She made the day so easy with her expert knowledge of weddings and even helped us figure out zoom video streaming. We now consider Erin part of the family and can't wait to work with her for future lifecycles in our family.

rin is so enthusiastic and has such a passion for her profession and it shows in her photos. I truly can’t stop looking at our beautiful photos (over 800 photos that we got in less than 3 weeks).

uely us. We had seen some of her work in Boston magazine at the same Seaport harborwalk location which inspired our ceremony spot; that said every moment she captured felt true to our personalities and one-of-a-kind. She was professional, clear with direction, and visionary; we trusted her completely to guide us through poses and locations that created beautiful photographs we'll treasure forever. She went above and beyond. I'd hire her a thousand times over and recommend her to anyone.

lots of fun to shoot with! She also wore a mask the whole time, was respectful of when we felt we needed to put our masks back on between photos, and had plenty of hand sanitizer :) She was great at finding even the smallest spot on the fairly ugly streets around our apartment where we were still able to social distance -- a brick wall, a tiny green hedge, the aisle of a flower market, where you'd never know we were only a few minutes from our home. She was helpful at giving us really detailed directions about poses and where to stand so that we would look our best. We have dozens of beautifully edited high quality photos now to document the day, the photos were easy to download, save, and share and they arrived quickly. It was a really fun way to celebrate our original wedding date! Thank you Erin!

armth and humanity - it felt like she cared about our day as much as our loved ones did. When the COVID-19 crisis completely disrupted our original wedding plans, she was flexible with moving our date and helped us plan a special (and strictly socially distanced) elopement outside on our front porch. She captured your classic wedding shots, as well as creative, romantic photos that we just can't stop looking at! We are so thankful for the support she gave us during this difficult time, and HIGHLY recommend Erin to anyone looking to capture their special day with love and care.

be around. She and her second shooter Lindsey were efficient when trying to fit in all of the family pictures and flexible with locations. My husband and I are so happy and lucky to have found her!
