While we did not hire Erin directly, our wedding photographer enlisted Erin's assistance as a second-shooter for our wedding ceremony and thank goodness she did! It was a rainy day that resulted in muddy walkways, and Erin jumped into action to go above and beyond to make our day incredible. I'd like to thank Erin for physically hand-washed the bottom of my wife's wedding dress minutes before walking down. I mean who does that!? Erin went above & beyond and captured photos for our wedding that we will cherish forever. She has a great energy and having her present on my wedding day I truly feel is one of the reasons things went so smoothly! I had a large wedding party & guest list and was worried that it would be difficult to capture everything and everyone. However, Erin seamlessly was able to do that as well as capture fun and memorable behind the scenes photos and action shots on the dance floor. I feel like I was able to relive the night from looking at the photos she provided. The entire process of working with Erin was great-she helped us come up with a day of timeline and truly helped ease nerves I had leading up to the day. I cannot imagine another photographer capturing our wedding weekend more beautifully than Erin!! The pictures of our weekend are absolutely STUNNING. We got our full gallery back a few weeks ago and I still cannot stop looking at these pictures - she captured our wedding so beautifully. Erin was incredible to work with. Like a lot of pandemic brides, we had some changes in our original plans and Erin was incredibly accommodating, which made a stressful time just a little less stressful. Erin also has incredible skills with lighting! Both of our venues were in settings with difficult lighting but Erin was ready for anything and the pictures turned out beautifully! Erin is literally the best photographer we could have asked for. She went above and beyond for our wedding prior to, during, and after the day. She was amazing with recommendations for vendors and constructing the day of timeline. Every time we reached out to her she was very responsive. She even helped us attempt to find a new videographer when ours cancelled just 2 weeks before our wedding. Not only is she amazing at coordinating for the big day but HER PHOTOS! OMG. Erin shot my brothers wedding back in 2019, and when it came time for me to pick a photographer, I didn't look far because I LOVED how Erin's photos had turned out for him. The second I saw Erin's amazing photos that she took for a friend's wedding I knew I did not have to look any further for a photographer for my own engagement session and wedding! I have always been drawn her photos because of their beautiful, clean, crisp, and colorful quality. She is so thoughtful and clearly pours her heart into her work. She knew we were looking for wedding venues and sent several emails after our engagement session recommending places to check out, including the one that ended up being our venue! She is so much fun to work with and really manages to bring out the love in the pictures.

Erin is quite simply the best photographer you could work with, hands down. She photographed our engagement photos, our COVID “mini-wedding” and our big wedding celebration 1 year later. Did Erin nail our posed bridal party, family, and bride/groom portraits? Absolutely! Which, as someone who has followed her for YEARS on social media, I 100% expected. What I didn't expect, and am thoroughly blown away by, are her candids. HOLY COW, her ability to anticipate and effortlessly capture fleeting moments, glances, expressions, and the smallest of details, is truly unparalleled. I didn't even realize half of these pictures were happening, they're so pure, and at no point did I feel self-conscious. After Erin was the photographer for my friends wedding I knew she would be one of the first vendors I would hire once I was engaged (which she was!!). Erin delivered! It's been a couple months post-wedding and any time we look through our photos, we're so smiley and happy. Erin did such a great job capturing the fun spirit of our friends and our goofy selves. Erin from day one balanced professionalism and down to earth vibes. She never batted an eye when we did engagement photos early and booked her out way early pre-covid. Best decision. Our wedding party and family loved her too! Erin was my wedding must-have. I had followed her on instagram for several years, even prior to planning my wedding just for the light, fun, and happiness that was always portrayed. Erin is so much more than just your photographer. She spends the time getting to know you as a couple and what is important to you! She has boatloads of resources for other vendors. She will help with your timeline. As we waited patiently to see how COVID restrictions would impact our day, she was also a cheerleader for making sure whatever our day looked like, it would be captured beautifully. When we entertained the idea of traveling to Columbus for our engagement photos, she was on board without hesitation. She asked for our ideas for photos (doing the crossword and making pasta) and then also added additional ideas for shooting. Her personality puts you at ease, even if you are someone who doesn't like having photos taken. And I have to give a shout out to our second shooter Lynsey who helped capture our special day. She was equally awesome! Finally, the speed with which she turns around sneak peeks is unbelievable. By the afternoon after our wedding, we had 70+ photos to look at!

Erin is amazing! She was the first vendor we hired during the planning process because of her outstanding photos. I love color and knew she'd be a great fit. When we met her in Detroit for engagement photos, she helped us feel comfortable and have fun. Despite two postponements and last-minute pivoting to an outdoor minimony, she remained supportive, helpful, positive, and flexible throughout. I think Erin is my new bestie!! No joke, she's the best in the business. Our wedding was an Indian/Romanian mixed culture wedding and she CAPTURE every single detail and element of our wedding! I was in the wedding party, of a wedding that Erin photographed. The pictures were just wonderful! She was a lot of fun to work with, it is obvious she is a professional that loves her job, and makes the bride, groom, wedding party, etc feel at ease and have fun! She has also photographed my family and my children individually...those pictures will be displayed in my house forever! And she is so easy to work with, and patient with little ones, too.

Erin was the absolute best!!! We ended up canceling our big wedding (prior to covid) and decided to elope in the mountains in Colorado, and instead of keeping our nonrefundable deposit, so offered to apply it to travel fees to come to Colorado with us!!! She came, she braved the complete white out blizzard, and left us with images that we’re still left speechless looking at, we love them so much!!!

Erin and her team have an extraordinary capability to find beauty in little details and set up quick and unique snaps. Our pictures turned out amazingly beautiful and colorful. Erin and Kerby also worked incredibly well with our other vendors and our large, rowdy families and wedding party. Their professionalism and can-do attitude made it clear that they've done countless weddings, and absolutely loved what they do. I honestly can't thank you enough Erin and Kerby!

Erin and her assistant Kerby were an absolute DREAM to work with on our wedding day. Our wedding was on 3/14/20, exactly one day after the 250 person limit due to COVID-19 and exactly one day before the 50 person limit. Erin checked in with me and reassured me she was there to help with whatever I needed, and she truly was. She helped develop the whole timeline for the day so that pictures went smoothly and we got plenty of pictures even without doing a first look. She also double and triple checked my list of "must have" photos throughout the day, and those came out just BEYOND what I even dreamed they would be. The day of, she frequently asked me if I needed anything. It was so comforting to have her there to help with whatever. The day after the wedding, Erin posted 50ish images that I couldn't help but look at on repeat for an hour. They were THAT gorgeous. I chose Erin for her attention to detail and her ability to capture and find COLOR in her images. I cannot wait to see the rest of the images, design our wedding album, and hang them around our home. I would recommend Erin and her team to anyone and everyone. She will capture images you'll cherish for a lifetime.

Erin was everything we were looking for in a professional photographer plus more! Throughout our entire engagement process she was always sending helpful tips, vendor recommendations and just being there like she was a part of your bridal party. The day of our wedding started out a little hectic with time before she arrived. Erin and her partner were quick to take the wheel and get people and photographs moving while also making sure that everything ran as smooth as possible to our timeline. She was constantly throwing out ideas for photos and making sure we got everyone we wanted photographed. She is quick to to tell people where to place their hands and will even fix your hair to make sure your photographs look perfect. By the end of our wedding that evening she had already posted a “sneak peek” of our wedding day. We were so thrilled to see! She has a way of finding beauty and color in all her work! A little after a month she had sent our files to us which made us relive that whole day. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. I cannot say to enough people enough times how incredible Erin is (and not only as a photographer - she's an absolutely lovely human being). I originally found Erin on Instagram and instantly was obsessed with her work and her vision and even the captions! My husband is from Detroit and I knew our engagement session would be in Detroit, but we lived in Colorado at the time so I wasn't sure how much she'd charge to travel for the wedding. She was able to work with us 1000% of the way and she even gave us a discount (my husband is active duty Air Force). She makes you feel so at ease and keeps you laughing and relaxed and joyful, while still throwing in perfectly timed sweet, quiet moments. Our photos from the wedding are so insanely gorgeous that I honestly want to frame every single one of them. She captured some really special moments. You can tell she honestly cares about YOU and that you're having the best time possible, while still making sure that there's no doubt in your mind that she is getting all the perfect shots. My husband and I are going to start trying for baby #1 and I cannot wait to hire her again for some baby/maternity photos! Totally not kidding either. OH - and she sent us the sweetest Christmas gift - a little hand-painted ornament that said "Schlagels First Christmas".. SO SWEET. If she's available for any possible dates you have, you will 100% love having her photograph your wedding.

If I could give Erin 6 stars I would! She has a great eye and is very good at giving directions, all of our pictures were perfect. We did both an engagement and wedding session with Erin and both turned out incredible. She truly captured the love and happiness of our engagement and wedding! The wedding pictures really encapsulate how fun and beautiful our day was, I'm so happy with how they turned out, just how I remember the day. She also went above and beyond what I was expecting. Our friends can be very talkative and she was able to wrangle them and focus them on getting our pictures taken on time. She even sewed a button back onto one of our groomsmen's jacket when it fell off! Erin takes wonderful photos and working with her is just as wonderful. I can't recommend her enough!

Oh my gosh, we're so glad we picked Erin to be our photographer! She previously photographed one of our good friends weddings and we loved her photos so much that we knew we had to interview her when we started to plan our own. She's amazing, responsive, kind, and a generally great human. She flew out to San Francisco to do our engagement photos and it was such a good day! She made us feel comfortable and laugh and the photos turned out amazing. Fast forward to our wedding day, and she was even more amazing! She captured every wonderful part of the day, wrangled our families into group pictures, and in general was just a delight to have with us on our wedding day. She kept everything on time and we couldn't be happier with everything. The photos of course turned out fantastic. She's so great at capturing the perfect light and flattering candids. We almost want to get married again just to have a reason to hire her again!

Erin is outstanding in so many ways. She communicated well during the planning process, provided excellent recommendations on sites for photos, and is a seriously talented photographer. On the day of our wedding, she far exceeded my expectations. She took charge of situations I was unable to - such as completely handling a snafu with our transportation - and did so with such professionalism. She and her assistant, Kerby, were everywhere and got photos of everything we wanted — and more! Our groomsmen commented on how it was the “most painless” wedding photography ever. She put everyone at ease, especially me. The photos themselves are gorgeous. They capture every emotion at every angle with such attention to detail. WOW. I honestly don't know where to start. Erin and her team are absolutely INCREDIBLE. The photos we got from our wedding were better than we could have ever dreamed of. There were so many moments throughout the day that we didn't even realize happened, but thanks to Erin we got to see through the photos. We both thought it was so important to have a photographer that made us feel comfortable, and one that wasn't striving to take a million of the same rigid photographs. I feel so grateful that I was able to have Erin as a part of my day. When I was looking for a photographer, I wanted somebody whose pictures looked natural and really captured the couple and their personality, while also making them look fabulous. People at our wedding probably thought Erin was a family member. She knew photos meant a lot to us, and she made sure to capture every moment perfectly! She traveled to Florida during its busiest season to photograph our wedding, and even came to our rehearsal to meet some of the guests ahead of time. Where do I even begin? Hiring Erin was one of the best decisions we made with regard to our wedding. Besides being one of the coolest people I've ever met, Erin was always super responsive with communication, a very helpful resource when it came to planning our timeline, and an overall calming and supportive presence on our big day. I don't even know where to start other than Erin was DREAM to work with! Erin was the very first vendor we booked for our wedding, before we even had a date set!
