The stylists themselves were wonderful — professional, talented, and adaptable. Everyone in our bridal party had very different preferences, hair textures, skin types, and overall styles, and somehow every single person looked stunning while still looking like themselves. I especially appreciated my hairstylist’s flexibility. During my hair trial, we landed very close to the final look, but I requested a few small modifications on the wedding day itself, and she adjusted everything beautifully. I ended up LOVING my hair. The makeup artist also did an amazing job and even provided a brand-new lipstick and liner for touch-ups throughout the day, which was such a thoughtful touch. Communication was generally quick and responsive whenever I had questions, and scheduling the hair trial itself was very easy. The team did run slightly behind schedule on the wedding day, but they course-corrected quickly and still had everyone ready on time, which I appreciated. The only frustrations we encountered were mostly organizational/coordination-related rather than service-related. There were a couple scheduling hiccups during the planning process. For example, I had to flag an error in the arrival timeline on one of the project forms sent over, though it was corrected quickly once brought to their attention. I also spent quite a bit of time gathering inspiration photos for myself and the bridesmaids, but it seemed those references were never fully relayed to the artists ahead of time, so we ended up re-explaining looks from scratch the morning of the wedding. Additionally, I had specifically opted out of a makeup trial and booked only a hair trial, but a makeup artist still arrived for the trial appointment due to a scheduling mix-up. She handled the situation very graciously, but it did seem like an important detail had slipped through the cracks. That said, these issues felt more like small-business growing pains than a reflection of the actual artistry or professionalism of the stylists themselves. With a little additional coordination support behind the scenes, I think the overall experience could become even stronger. At the end of the day, though, the most important thing is that everyone felt beautiful, confident, and wedding-ready — and this team absolutely delivered on that.
