deos within 6–8 weeks. On the day of our wedding, we received a brief 1.5-minute video montage. Since then, we have received no additional photos or videos. The day after our wedding (8/23/25), Ernie and Fiona sent an email stating delivery would occur within 8–12 weeks and that previews would be shared within one week. Aside from the short montage that we had already received, those timelines were not met. On October 30, 2025, we received a general email acknowledging significant delays and communication issues. While the message expressed awareness of the problem, we have still received no deliverables, no specific timeline, and no meaningful follow-up. As of today, it has been 17 weeks since our wedding. We have also attempted to schedule and attend a phone appointment with the vendors (most recently on 12/19/25 at 1:45 PM PST), which they did not attend or respond to. Repeated efforts to communicate directly have gone unanswered.

I can't believe anyone can have the heart to scam couples on such a sacred event despite whatever they are going through. My heart goes out to all the couples who fully paid and never get to have their images/video. I'm so mad for myself to be scammed, but heartbroken for them.

There would be weeks of no returned responses, despite our messages showing as being Read. He would eventually apologize and promise to improve, only to go back to ignoring our communications. This complete lack of customer care made us feel like we were never going to receive what we had paid for. It is completely disrespectful to a customer to be ignored, especially with memories as precious as your wedding day. It truly felt like our memories were being held hostage. To this day, we still have not received all of the items that were part of the agreed upon contract (still missing Teaser video), but Ernie has resumed ignoring our communications via text and email. Everyday Forever put us through months of uncertainty and stress while we patiently waited. Please avoid putting yourself through what we experienced and go with a different photographer/videographer team.

eddings, it was because someone I trusted referred me to them and after reviewing their instagram and website it confirmed that I wanted to work with them. I loved the style of their work and the photos/videos looked lovely. Ernie was very friendly over the phone so I continued with the booking and placed a deposit of half of the payment. A month later I randomly came across their horrible reviews on every platform and was so scared that this would be my outcome too, but I was stuck because I had signed the contract and paid half the money up front. I told Ernie my concerns and that wedding photo/video was my most important vendor choice. He was very understanding and helpful with telling me things they were doing to make their service better. I felt a little better but couldn’t help but be a little worried still. I even told him I would love to write a good review for him to try and turn around his ratings if all went well. The day of the wedding came and Ernie and his videographer were great, especially the videographer. He was hyping us up, showing us the videos he was taking, and having fun with us on the dance floor and it put our minds at ease. However, I heard from family members and bridal party that Ernie seemed very rushed in taking photos and a lot of times was standing around not taking any photos. It seemed like he just cared about getting a few shots to make it work but didn’t want to take a bunch to sort through. He let me know before he left that we would have some sneak peaks soon. After the wedding, I never received sneak peeks, but instead received my ENTIRE album and videos A WEEK later. Some may think this is great, but to me it is very visibly shown that there was a lack of effort and that they are clearly batch edited, or like they just stuck a preset filter on them that looks very similar to "sepia". Nothing looked like what was portrayed on instagram or the website! At first I tried being nice and said the photos looked good but I couldn’t help but notice that the photos are overly bright, and in lots of them my dress was blinding. It was so bright. I told him to fix them and he adjusted the brightness on some of them but unfortunately, they are just terrible photos. Important key photos were also missed, like kissing at the altar. The two that were taken, one is so far away you can't even see any detail and the brightness was overpowering, and the close up one we were pulling away from our kiss - not one we would ever use. We also only got around 600 photos, with 80 of them being black and white duplicates that look like a washed out black and white instagram filter from 2010. I know they have had issues with deadlines, but now their work just feels lazy and like no care or effort was put into them. I could go on and on but I am just so heartbroken and sad that these are our wedding photos to look back on. We even had a close friend who was one of my bridesmaids re take some portraits of us in our wedding attire recently, but of course it just is not the same as having photos from your special day. Everything about the wedding was beautiful but I do really wish looking back that I had just lost my deposit and went with a different photographer. Do your research, look at every review and don’t make the mistake I did. Go elsewhere!

Initially, their responses were frequent but vague, with constant changes in the delivery timeline and reasons for the delay. As the wait time increased, I reached out with a more serious tone, expressing our concern and frustration. This resulted in even more delayed responses. To resolve the issue, I scheduled a phone call through their website. However, no one called me at the scheduled time. Instead, I received a late text message claiming they were busy with another event and could not make the call. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our time is unacceptable. We are deeply saddened that such an important memory has been tarnished by this experience. I cannot recommend Ernie & Fiona to anyone looking for reliable and professional wedding photography services.

San Marcos, CA. I did extensive research to find the right photo/video team because my parents’ wedding video was lost — so capturing ours meant everything to me. I found Everyday Forever Weddings online and loved their work. They seemed attentive and reassuring — we paid $7,532 for an engagement session, two photographers, videography for the whole day, a teaser, a 4–6 min highlight, full vows/speeches, and a 30–60 min documentary edit. We trusted them completely. Leading up to the wedding, I had multiple calls with Ernie explaining how important this was, especially the video. He assured me he personally handled the videography and it would be in good hands. We even dropped the second videographer to add more coverage time because of our trust in him. On our wedding day, things seemed great — we saw a beautiful 1-minute teaser during the reception and were told to expect everything in 6–8 weeks. Then the waiting began. Nov 15, 2023: Received teaser photos and the 1-minute video. Jan 8, 2024: We reached out — told they were backed up but would deliver by the end of January. Late Jan–Feb: More delays, vague updates, repeated “we’ll get back to you soon” responses. Feb 21: We finally got our full photo gallery — but discovered ZERO photos of me (the bride) with my parents or brother, despite clearly listing this shot multiple times. There were plenty with my husband’s family but not my own. Ernie said he’d “look into it.” Weeks passed with no answers. We followed up repeatedly. Our contract guaranteed delivery within 90 days — by mid-March we were at 120 days with missing photos and no videos. My husband’s mom, who works in film/TV, stepped in. She found out Ernie claimed the video file was corrupted during transfer. Even worse, he used recording material known to have corruption risks — yet chose to use it for a once-in-a-lifetime day. March–April 2024: We asked for the master drive — it took a month to arrive. We live in Orange CA and it was being mailed from San Marcos CA. The “missing” family photo Ernie sent was obviously edited — my brother had to be cropped in. And Ernie wasn't even upfront about doing so! My MIL tried to recover the video but learned the truth: the files were overwritten when Ernie reused the memory card for another wedding. My wedding video was simply gone. We lost everything: my dad walking me down the aisle, my husband’s reaction at our first look, our first dance, family speeches, and a special dance with my mom — gone forever. Even after admitting all this to my MIL (who by the way, NEVER APOLOGIZED TO MYSELF OR MY HUSBAND), Ernie dragged out the refund process. It took 15 months and repeated late payments to get our full refund, which should have been immediate given this disaster. Yes, we got our money back, but money can’t replace moments you can never re-do. Everyday Forever Weddings is a small business run by two people who are overworked and underprepared for the responsibility of capturing memories that can’t be replaced. They reuse hard drives and materials prone to corruption. Their lack of professional backup procedures cost us priceless memories. Their communication was poor and evasive. It should never have happened. Think carefully before you book Everyday Forever Weddings. Learn from our experience.

They put it off for so long and any of the rare responses they did give were empty promises of "we'll pay you at the end of the week" or some other lie. They're desperate for people to work for them and yet still continue to act so unprofessional and immature by ghosting people and aren't giving people the respect they deserve (Not to mention literally stealing their valuable time from them). If you hire them you contributing to scammers.

We didn’t receive anything until January 28th—months late—and even then, it was an incomplete version. We submitted our revision requests the next day (January 29th), as their own email instructed. After that? Silence. We followed up on February 12th and were told it would take a week. Followed up again on February 28th—no response. It is now well into April. We have been more than patient. This has been an exhausting and upsetting process when this should have been a joyful keepsake. Instead, we’re left with an unfinished video, ignored emails, and a complete lack of professionalism. We are now preparing to take legal action and pursue this through small claims court if we do not receive the final product as contractually agreed upon. Save yourself the stress. Look elsewhere.

Ernie and month before and he assured me it would be ok. It was not. While the photos are amazing, it took over a year to receive my album and countless phone calls, texts and emails. I received the "video" only a month ago and immediately let him know the footage was unprofessional, shots of the ground and moving up to the sky during our ceremony, audio if my mom's speech cut out, editing not matching between audio and video. They have not responded. I provided timestamps of various serious issues. Forget that they didn't think it would be important to capture our reactions as our parents and wedding party speeches happened (zoomed solely on the speaker). Forget that I paid extra for drone footage that never arrived. They have not responded yet again. Painful and dreadful experience. Don't waste your money or time. I could have had my friend taste better footage on her phone. The only good is that the contracted photographers did a great job.

elivery. OVER 90 days for video. An incomplete finalized album. It took me following up OVER TWENTY times to get any update on photos, delivery time, and if they were going to send the agreed refund. I would give a zero star if I could. They didn’t even take photos of my wedding. They outsourced without even communicating that to us. DO NOT USE THEM. They cost just as much as anyone else. SAVE THE STRESS! Absolutely baffling of an experience.

llow up with this company. We emailed 30 days ago regarding our concerns about our pictures, and we still have not received a response. We let them know that we appreciated the beauty of the pictures taken, but we were/are disappointed with the responses and turn around times. We had to follow up weekly after our wedding day (in May) about updates for our pictures. In the email after our wedding day, it stated that we would receive our pictures within a week after our wedding. However, we received the sneak peeks over 4 weeks after our wedding day. In that same email, it stated that we would receive our pictures within 6-8 weeks of our wedding day. We understand that May is part of peak wedding season, but our contract stated that we would receive the pictures within 90 days of our wedding day and we received the full gallery 92 days after our wedding day. The day that we received the full gallery, we asked for re-edits, which were allowed per the contract as long as they were asked within 30 days of receiving the pictures. We only asked for re-edits because the filter/editing used for our teaser/sneak peek pictures for the ceremony pictures/portraits were very different from the final gallery, and we liked the style of the teaser/sneak peek pictures more. When we emailed them our concerns, we stated all of this, and that we asked 61 days ago about re-edits just for the ceremony pictures & portraits. Now, it has been 85 days since we've asked, and still haven't received them even though we were told it would only take a few days. We have been emailing weekly since 1 week after the wedding for updates, and we get the same response of "we have reached out to the editing team to get an update," but then we would not get any updates, hence why we would email weekly to follow up. We are sad that we will probably never get the re-edits of our pictures now.

While it did take a while for me to get my photos and videos from the team initially, I did expect that as it was the holidays and it was mentioned prior. The issues and cause of my review started after the wedding. First, our wedding photos appeared filtered and I felt it did not enhance the natural beautiful light of our venue and instead made it feel more "filtered" instead of "edited to enhance the beauty". Second, we were not asked what songs we wanted for our videos. The songs chosen do not represent us. Some videos do not have sound, as well as the music in wedding video is too loud to hear speeches and you can hear static. Videos also appeared shaky, choppy, and unprofessional with sharp view changes back and forth during our ceremony/reception. So each video we received has problems and are not smooth or professional at all. Thirdly, the BIGGEST issue I have had is communication (which I previously excused due to the holidays). I reached out to my photographer last summer when we had finally received all of our photos and videos. I did not receive a response from her within a few weeks which was consistent with the communication pre-wedding so I didn't follow up until a month after. Still no reply. I then texted her and she said she was no longer working for this company but they had assured her someone would be checking her email. I then reached out to the main email for the company in October and did not receive a response either. I followed up in November and December without response. I also called their main line during this time as well and left voicemails with no response. I then asked my photographer for the owner (Ernie's) personal phone number as it was absolutely ridiculous they had not followed up with me. I texted Ernie January 5th, received a text and phone call on January 10th. During that phone call, I was told I'd receive the raw photos from our wedding as well as have the corrected videos and all videography issues resolved *promptly*. By March 11th, I still had not received any videos and it is now 3 months since our phone call where I was told it would be resolved promptly by him personally. I emailed him back personally on March 11th, to the email he had used to send me the link for our raw wedding photos. I received no response and by March 20th I then texted his personal phone number and forwarded my March 11th email to the main company email as well. He read my text message on March 20th, and his "assistant to the CEO" Kate responded by email that day stating my requests and concerns were a priority. Which was laughable considering the unprofessional nature and lack of communication from this company over the last 9 months. I responded to her email on 3/20, and received a response on 3/21, and I have yet to receive any corrected wedding videos and it is now 4/9. I have seen other reviews on Yelp expressing the same problems with this company and highly urge anyone considering them to STEER CLEAR. I wish I had chosen a different company and not trusted the positive friend review and other positive reviews, as my experience with them has been nothing short of hell. Such a disappointing company and I'd recommend AGAINST them every time.

They contracted that a teaser would be released within 24 hours of wedding and I did not see a teaser till 5/16/23. This was after several emails of contacting them for follow up. And they would send my full highlight video “soon”. Photo teasers were released 5/23 which was great but after that radio silence. I never received information from them about my full gallery, I was contacted by the wedding venue that they had received my full gallery and if they could use it for publicity, which is fine but I was never informed by Ernie and his team that they were released. I finally heard from them in August 23 that I would have a highlight video released. This was 3 months later. This highlight video and teaser was beautiful. They informed me that I would receive everything within 90 Days per contract. But when I spoke to them via email, I was informed that photo takes 8 to 10 weeks from wedding date which would June 25, 2023. Video would be 12 to 14 weeks from wedding date which would be July 25, 2023. I had already expressed by frustration earlier but I reached out again 11/20 with no response and I again 12/4 and phone calls that went answered. To receive an email later that day that they are sorry and they uploaded my full video of speech’s, dances and ceremony. It was the worst quality I have seen. It looked like a home video, no edits, the camera is shaking and it is such choppy quality. I emailed them my concerns the next day and I have not received any sort of response or even an offer of refund. Save your money and time. It’s depressing because we all cringe watching those videos and it’s sad to see our wedding poorly documented.

After watching probably 40+ different wedding videos on YouTube in San Diego, the one common thread for all the videos we loved was Ernie & Fiona. This made it probably the easiest decision we had when planning our wedding to hire them. The day of, their team was so much fun. They made us feel comfortable and really let us just be ourselves. Brittney & Scott were our videographers for our wedding day and really were just the best videographers we could've asked for. If you're reading this, JUST BOOK EM ALREADY!

She handled so many items that made planning our day in only 10 weeks a breeze! For the day of duties, Kate, Emma, and Matthew from Ernie and Fiona's team captured all of the best moments beautifully! There was also another gentleman there whose name escapes me now, but he was controlling the drone imagery (way cool)! We couldn't be happier to have chosen to go with Ernie and Fiona for our wedding and I am 100% positive anyone who chooses them will be too. Everything truly exceeded our expectations. The finished photos turned out so good. So many people loved the quality of the photos and the timing (sunset) and position of them. All the fine details that we experienced, but had a hard time taking in since the day went so fast were captured. They got the great photos from us getting ready, to the wonderfully designed food tables, the ceremony and reception décor and of course our lovely guests. We can't speak enough about how important it is to have such a great coordinated team in your corner no matter if your wedding is 2 months or 2 years away. This team was hands down top notch in every single way. Thank you guys, you and your team truly made this a day we can literally never forget since you got it all on camera and video!!! :)

When it was coming up on the time to do engagement photos, my now husbands father came home on hospice and we knew he wasn’t going to be here long. We contacted Ernie and Fiona the week of our “home wedding” and told them our plan of getting married in our home so his dad could be there. Knowing it was last minute, Ernie told us no matter what he would make it there. He shot our very emotional small ceremony and gave us beautiful images to last a lifetime. When it came time for our big wedding, they did not let us down (yet again). They laughed with us, danced with us and once again, delivered amazing images and videos. They whipped up a teaser video during our reception and printed a large STUNNING print for our guests to look at. I cannot thank them enough for being such amazing people, and being there for us during such hard times.

I think I have already watched it at least 100 times! Jason was amazing all day - he made me feel comfortable the moment I met him. He made everything feel so fun & comfortable - I never felt like I was being staged! I was calling him my bestie within an hour. Everything was way more amazing than I had imagined & I am so glad that I decided to hire a videographer to preserve my memories.

The BIGGEST surprise was when we walked into our reception and saw an 11x14 framed photo positioned perfectly on an easel taken just hours prior! How does that happen? The video vignette they quickly pulled together from ceremony and cocktail hour photo footage that played during the reception was watched over and over again by our guests. It was also the best “gift” we could send to the many loved ones not able to attend due to the COVID 19 restrictions. The Photo Booth was a HIT. COVID friendly too. Easy to operate and quality photos taken. We received our wedding photos and videos within days of our wedding. They even pulled together another video of Highlights from our entire day to include audio of our wedding vows and reception speeches. Priceless!

Even though I had never met the team in person till my wedding day, they made everything extremely comfortable for my husband and me. My husband can be a little camera shy. They also provided all the bells and whistles, they had a wireless microphone for my husband to wear during our first look to record our reactions and vows. They also mic’d our officiant to record the ceremony as well. They provided my teaser film by the middle of the night to watch! They emailed it to me the next day for me to post to social media! Pictures capture moments but being able to watch those moments over and over again is priceless. I can’t not thank their team enough for the wonderful memories they created for me! I hope you get to experience their awesomeness on your wedding day!

Ernie responded so quickly, and chatted back and forth with me to get the pricing to where I could afford it, with my budget tighter so close to the wedding. He scheduled a call promptly with me to find out what my priorities were, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything leading up to the wedding. I immediately felt like I had nothing to worry about! Come wedding day, Ernie was amazing. He arrived on time, and made me laugh and stay calm when I was feeling stressed. Not only that, but our package had him staying until 6:30pm, missing the cake cutting and exit, and he chose to stay the WHOLE day and night to capture everything. I was amazed - he did it quietly without making a show about it, but I saw and was so thrilled. Not only that, but he had our wedding teaser made and showing in our bar area before the wedding was over! I had no idea, but so many guests reached out to tell me how cool that was, and how gorgeous the video was. Since the wedding, Ernie & Fiona have been so quick about getting us our wedding videos - we received the teaser the day after the wedding, and all our footage and full wedding video within 3 weeks after the wedding. Not only that, the video(s) are SO gorgeous and so many people have said it truly and beautifully captured our day and made them cry rewatching it. All in all, I could not recommend Ernie & Fiona enough for either your photo or video needs! You will NOT regret it!!

Fiona and Ernie and their third person shooter Britney all went above and beyond to capture the perfect shots (sometimes even climbing cliffsides and standing in bushes!). For both our wedding and engagement photos they scouted the sites beforehand and were very well prepared. Everything felt effortless with them and they were a joy to work with. They also worked super well with all our other vendors and only heard amazing things about them all night. Am trying to convince the hubby to take professional photos with them at least once a year now because these are the people I want to capture all of life's greatest moments.

They came up with some very cool ideas and poses for pictures, and they were both very open to our own ideas for pictures and poses, and encouraged our creativity and input. They were super awesome with not just the pictures, but getting all the other events moving and going along! They also got along with all of our other vendors very well! They even worked with our MC during the receptions, to get a massive group picture on the dance floor and then cue the music while everyone was already there to get people dancing! Everything turned out just as we wanted and more. Now my wife is bugging me to take more photos even with NO occasion...
