Eili Oliver
Owner, Lead Planner
Eili Oliver started in the events industry in 2019 as an assistant event manager. In 2021, she broke into the wedding industry as a floral apprentice and, soon after, fell in love with wedding planning. She jumped full-force into the planning industry, and in 2024 finally accomplished her dream of launching ERO Weddings, her own full service event planning company. Eili absolutely loves working with each of her couples and takes pride in the details that make each wedding so unique. When she isn't wedding planning with her clients, Eili enjoys going out for a nice cup of coffee, going on walks (in all sorts of weather!), and catching up on the latest reality TV.

Eili is simply the BEST! She eased every ounce of stress I had leading up my wedding. She was incredible at keeping me organized and ensuring every detail I wanted was perfect. She answered every email, phone call, text message within minutes. I cannot recommend her enough!

Absolutely loved working with Eili at ERO Weddings! From the lead-up meetings to the wedding day itself, she was organized, professional, and such a value-add. She managed all the vendors and logistics seamlessly, handled timelines and spreadsheets, and made sure every detail was perfect - from the emergency kit to thoughtful touches that made the day extra special. I cannot recommend ERO weddings enough. We got engaged in November- and set our date for August, so needless to say we had to plan quick. Not only that- I was pregnant and very newly postpartum throughout the planning process. I was so nervous I would be overwhelmed with all the planning-- but Eili made sure that wasn't the case. She was punctual, answered every single phone call within seconds, positive attitude (always), organized, flexible, and knowledgeable. My wedding was something out of a fairytale- and I have her and her team to thank! They truly made my vision come to life. 11/10 experience!

Eili was literally the best!! 5 stars honestly isn't enough for her and all the work and love that she put into helping me plan my dream wedding! I wanted a classy/elegant style of wedding and she executed that to the tee. She was so reliable and reachable which I really appreciated, especially with answering all my silly questions. I would recommend her to anyone because she made the wedding planning process and wedding day stress free, she executes any kind of vision flawlessly, and she knows how to make the process more fun than stressful. Love love love her and 1000/10 recommend !!!

Eili was a dream to work with! She was so kind, organized, and helpful. We hired her as a day of coordinator and she went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly. She set up decor for us and did tear down. Giving us much needed time to enjoy our wedding. She really took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. Can’t stress enough how nice she is and I’m sure the same applies to anyone on her team. If you need a full service planner or day of coordinator Eili is the one to hire!

Eili is amazing!! She helped me when planning my wedding in September of last year. During the planning process she learned about my vision for my wedding and helped bring that about, even through the details. For our rehearsal and wedding day, she ensured that everything ran smoothly and that everyone, from bridal party to vendors, was in the right place at the right time!
Eili is knowledgeable, organized, and professional, and she provided invaluable inspiration and support. I could not ask for a sweeter coordinator and cheerleader, or someone easier and more enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend booking ERO Weddings!

We hired Eili at ERO for our 2024 wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with her services! From the start, Eili stood out among the planners we interviewed. She was the only one who gave us real-world answers and concrete examples of how she would handle things if something didn’t go according to plan on our wedding day. Her confidence and experience immediately put us at ease and made choosing her an easy decision.
We opted for the partial planning package (Gold package), which was exactly what we needed. Eili kept us on track with our schedule and took care of all vendor communications, relieving so much stress. We also gave her creative control for our reception setup, and it was absolutely stunning.
Thanks to Eili, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about any details. If you’re looking for a wedding planner in the St. Louis area, we cannot recommend Eili at ERO enough.

Eili was the best planner. She kept me up to date on all vendors details we discussed and payments plan. The wedding plans were complex and she handled all of them with easy. It was the best night ever and she took care of all changes and details. It was wonderful.

We had a short 50 day engagement. She worked closely with us to keep us on task, giving us a variety of suggestions for each detail of the rehearsal, wedding and lodging. She coordinated communications with vendors using video formats, phone calls, and email. She removed the burden of finding the right vendors. On the wedding day, we were able to enjoy our guests and ceremony without the stress of the details. Her rates were very reasonable.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was to have Eili as my day-of Wedding Coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person but I knew I would need some assistance. Eili was not only just as organized as I am, but she made me aware of things I hadn’t even thought of. Prior to the big day we had multiple Zoom meetings to flesh out everything I wanted and needed for the big day. Eili then compiled a master spreadsheet with all the important information we discussed. She was also the point of contact for all of my vendors and contacted each of them without me having to ask. Even on the day of, she was willing to run last minute errands and oversaw decoration of the venue. If any issues or mishaps arose she found quick, practical solutions and made sure no one stressed me out with the details. Eili also packed and loaded our gifts & decor items for transport after the festivities. Everything was right on schedule and it was such an enjoyable day to remember. I’m so thankful to have had Eili’s assistance on such a happy day, it was the best decision I could've made. Thank you so much Eili for a job well done!

Eili was an amazing wedding coordinator. We began meeting with her a few months before our wedding date, and she was diligent, professional, and very organized. She helped me plan and prepare for things I never would have known to plan and prepare for on my own. Because of that, our wedding day went off without a hitch. I highly recommend hiring Eili.

I had the absolute best time working with Eili! If there were any issues, she took charge and made sure everything had a solution which I will forever appreciate! If you have a vision, Eili will get it done and make sure your day is everything you want and more. All my other vendors had the best things to say about her as well; I think that is so important because at the end of the day, it all takes teamwork!
