Eili Oliver started in the events industry in 2019 as an assistant event manager. In 2021, she entered into the wedding industry as a floral apprentice and, soon after, fell in love with wedding planning. She jumped full-force into the planning industry, and in 2024 finally accomplished her dream of launching ERO Weddings, her own full service event planning company. Eili absolutely loves working with each of her couples and takes pride in the details that make each wedding so unique. When she isn't wedding planning with her clients, Eili enjoys going out for a nice cup of coffee, going on walks (in all sorts of weather!), and catching up on the latest reality TV.

ng up to the wedding! She went above and beyond “normal” coordinator duties! To name just a couple examples, she was there the ENTIRE wedding day (whereas most coordinators are present for a few hours and charge more for extra time), she was extremely communicative with vendors, personally picked up my decor so I wouldn’t have to transport it to the venue, decorated my entire venue beautifully, and even took videos of special moments throughout the day! Everyone who interacted with Eili had nothing but glowing reviews for her! My husband and I owe the perfection of our wedding day to Eili!

We opted for the partial planning package (Gold package), which was exactly what we needed. Eili kept us on track with our schedule and took care of all vendor communications, relieving so much stress. We also gave her creative control for our reception setup, and it was absolutely stunning.
Thanks to Eili, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about any details. If you’re looking for a wedding planner in the St. Louis area, we cannot recommend Eili at ERO enough.

ance. Eili was not only just as organized as I am, but she made me aware of things I hadn’t even thought of. Prior to the big day we had multiple Zoom meetings to flesh out everything I wanted and needed for the big day. Eili then compiled a master spreadsheet with all the important information we discussed. She was also the point of contact for all of my vendors and contacted each of them without me having to ask. Even on the day of, she was willing to run last minute errands and oversaw decoration of the venue. If any issues or mishaps arose she found quick, practical solutions and made sure no one stressed me out with the details. Eili also packed and loaded our gifts & decor items for transport after the festivities. Everything was right on schedule and it was such an enjoyable day to remember. I’m so thankful to have had Eili’s assistance on such a happy day, it was the best decision I could've made. Thank you so much Eili for a job well done!
