Eryc took up photography 8 years ago and has since photographed weddings and elopements as close as Brooklyn and as far as Alaska. A creative at the core, Eryc began his career as a fashion designer, but overtime realized the more personal impact his photography had on couples and soon migrated to photography full time.

ryc's photos because they are both contemporary and timeless in feel, and he absolutely nailed this with our wedding. Throughout our whole wedding photography journey (including engagement photos), he was very professional and easy to work with. You spend a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding wedding day, and he made us, our families, and our friends feel so comfortable--it really felt like hanging out with a friend with a camera. We will treasure our wedding photos forever, and we really can't thank Eryc enough!

Not only is he a master with composition, lighting, and direction - he is also an incredible human with a presence that put me and my husband, and all of our guests at ease knowing he was behind the lens documenting with the utmost care. He really went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel emotionally supported and also glamorous!! And of course, the photos are superb. We have a cohesive album that feels honest and artful. ahead of the event. Eryc got a real sense of the wedding couple’s sensibilities. He was always available for questions and got back to us right away with answers. At the day before wedding rehearsal Eryc brought a lovely sense of calm and excitement. He even located and secured stage lights for us, at the last minute (on a holiday weekend!), so that we could all be sure there’d be sufficient light on the stage.
Eryc captured so many beautiful moments in the ceremony that we are so thrilled and grateful to have. The event was a fusion wedding (Western/Indian) involving a Baraat (procession) up the avenue, the ceremony in the theater, and reception at the ballrooms next door, with 190 guests dancing nearly non-stop. Eryc’s lens told the story of the day from getting ready, to family portraits, to fun gorgeous wedding couple portraits, through the Baraat, ceremony, reception, the cake cutting and beyond. And he did so with seamless style and grace, never intrusive. His presence is so careful, so relaxed, and so cool! Eryc, and his marvelous second shooter, felt like part of the whole celebration.
And the photos completely capture the energy and vibe of the event – start to finish. They are superb! He captured moments and images we weren’t even aware of, and now are so grateful to have.
In summary, Eryc is an incredibly gifted photographer, and a great pleasure to work with. We were really, really lucky to have him!

We wanted documentary style that was fun, raw, not too clichè but captured the emotion of the day. Eryc nailed the brief.
Eryc did prior research on the area we chose to get married in order for us to have a seamless and stress free experience. He knew the best angles, buildings, poses, lighting, tips & tricks for a City Hall wedding, subway stations, hand placements, dress movement - the list goes on. He even brought along a clear umbrella on the day as it was forecast to rain - this clear umbrella was a lifesaver as it let light in for photos and we avoided getting wet. Genius.

Throughout the many covid-induced changes in the planning process Eryc was invaluable. He was quick to answer e-mails and even created a wedding day timeline that would end up being the guideline we’d send out to all of our vendors. Then came the big day. He was amazing. Calm and coordinated, an incredibly quick study in learning the VIP’s names, we can easily say he kept the day moving. Every single one of our 40 guests commented on how lovely he was. When the photos arrived, needless to say we were FLOORED. The day was magical yet he somehow made it feel even more intimate, lovely and special in his work. Those initial phone calls really set the tone. My wife and I were trying to keep things relatively non-traditional and DIY and really, after having already been together for almost 10 years, just have a big pop-punk love party but with all the pieces that would help our family recognize it as a wedding. Eryc totally got it, going beyond just what kind of pictures we wanted and helping us structure the day in a way that trimmed the fat, flowed well, and made for the most fun possible.
We got married at the Bell House in Gowanus and Eryc ran the show for the most part. We didn't have a day-of coordinator so he kept everyone to a strict schedule - portraits in some February golden hour, assembly-line-efficient family pictures, leading into the music and ceremony and party without feeling rushed or lagging.
The pictures he produced look like such a dramatic rock show, which we didn't really know how to ask for but he just had such a good feel for the space and our interests that we couldn't imagine being happy with anything else. But like I mentioned, he did our friend's wedding, and it was in a totally different style. He can hit such a wide range of aesthetics and is genuinely excited to find a way to make the photos unique and deeply personal and well suited to the Bride and Groom and the overall vibe of the event.
Hiring Eryc made our wedding so easy and stylish. The real difficultly we are facing is how to whittle down the hundreds of pictures into an album, they're all so high energy and so sweet.

He was so fun and friendly from the very first phone call, and he captured the day perfectly.
