Very disappointed in management, Esmy. Don’t let the 4.3 stars fool you. Esmy is a very narcissistic person and if she doesn’t like what she hears, she wil...
l start threatening you. The lady that helps the owner is also very unprofessional and arguing with the customer that paid all this money for a service.
The place is very elegant but the management makes it feel like any other place on the block. Why have something so fancy if you can’t get the little details correct.
If there are any disagreements, she will never admit she is wrong.
READ YOUR CONTRACT!!
Do not trust Esmy for anything, she is all about the money. Make sure everything is written out on the contract.
Let’s start off with the
- opening of the hall, basically opened 1 hour late and we were standing outside in the heat. And the AC was not even on when they finally let us in.
- food: was served an hour late and please do not buy the BBQ plates. $19/plate for 2 very small pieces of brisket and 2 pieces of sausage and $14/plate for a piece of chicken that was over cooked and over smoked. And all the food was cold!!!
- The Bar: if you rent the margarita machines, please make sure they have both going. They pulled a fast one and only had one margarita machine going and it would finish and made people wait 30 minutes. Liquor drinks were $15 until it was brought to their attention that the pricing was to be different.
From what I see , it looks like it’s the same bad reviews over and over. I just want yall to be careful in what and who yall rent from.
We had an amazing time because as a family, we will not let a narcissist ruin my niece’s quinceañera. We made the party great!! My family did!! NOT the narcissist or their staff.

even the snacks, does not even let you bring extra food wants to charge her more, so if anything I do not recommend this place
