From Full Planning and Design to Details and logistics, Esq.Events uses cloud-based tools to pull together a seamless event. We also pride ourselves in collaboration: working hand in hand with wedding venue coordinators and other wedding vendors to assure a perfect day for everyone involved.

Jen and her team went above and beyond to make our bistro light dreams come true for our wedding at Olio in Peabody July 2022. Lighting truely elevates the whole mood of any event....

h when we would meet in person, and we had multiple calls and a fluid email conversation, especially as we got closer to the wedding. She was very prompt and professional at all our meetings and joined our venue walkthroughs and rehearsal as well. On the day of the wedding she was irreplaceable, keeping us to our timeline by gently reminding us that it was now time to cut the cake, have our first dance, etc. We never worried we were going to miss something or that something wasn’t going to get done. My husband and I and my parents, could be completely at ease and just enjoy the wedding day. She is also the sweetest person to work with and I wanted to hang out with her after the weekend!

leading up to the wedding, going so far as to drive up to Vermont to do a walk-through of the space with our florist so they could get on the same page about the overall aesthetic of the wedding weekend. She was able to take our poorly articulated "vision" and turn it into something truly spectacular. She and her team worked with our florist and wedding coordinator to create a jaw-droppingly beautiful look for our rustic, romantic wedding at Riverside Farm in Vermont. They wove soft lighting throughout the flowers on the dark beams of the reception space, created stunning hanging lighting fixtures over the dance space, and hung soft, string lighting to welcome guests into the reception space. We never thought lighting could be so important, but it really did make the entire space so warm, inviting, and romantic. We truly cannot recommend Jennifer enough - she is such a pro and a true joy to work with. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

pretty good about everything, until I realized that as the bride, you can't be the one resolving day of issues. I hired Esq Events and Elizabeth as a day-of planner, and I am so grateful that I did. Elizabeth was so organized, emailing with me weeks before the wedding, setting up a day of timeline, suggesting other vendors I hadn't booked yet, and contacting all vendors the week before the wedding to confirm their arrival times etc. Also day of, she set up the entire space, from escort cards, to table numbers, to picture frames and random signs. I know many venues come with someone to help with these day of tasks, but many won't handle these tasks! I recommend double checking with your venue, and if they don't have someone, I recommend hiring a day of coordinator, and especially Elizabeth! She came to the rehearsal as well and was extremely helpful in organizing the rowdy groomsmen and getting everyone ready. During the actual wedding she was there whenever I needed her before I even looked around, but she didn't stick out! Again I highly highly recommend Elizabeth and Esq Events for your day of coordination.
Jennifer is amazing! She is based in Massachusetts but did a wonderful job with out New Hope, Pennsylvania wedding. She saved the day when I had trouble finding hair/makeup vendors...
for the day and coordinated everything. She set up a perfect timeline and ensure that everything went exactly as planned. After the wedding, everyone asked me how it all went...I said, "if anything went wrong, I never knew about it." Jen was always available to reassure me that the planning was on target and going well. Whenever I was unsure of what to do next, Jen was there with a suggestion. On the day of, whenever I had a question or needed something, it seemed that Jen was right behind me every step of the way. She just seemed to appear at the exact right moment to provide whatever I needed. The next day when I was unsure where everything ended up, I sent her a text and she knew the exact box and who it went home with! Jen is a perfect fit for whatever kind of help you may need. She can do it all!

place full of beautiful flowers, live music, amazing food, a picturesque tent with candle-lit farm tables and timeless table settings – every detail was exactly what we’d hoped for. She even pulled out an antique ladder from her own garage to use as a display for pictures of our grandparents who couldn’t make the day.
My husband and I both have demanding jobs, so finding the perfect planner was the first step we took to make sure we were able to have the wedding we wanted. We decided to go with Jen’s team because they weren’t afraid of our 9-month timeline and immediately shared ideas that got us excited. Jen found Toad Hill Farm quickly, and the 360º scenic view of the white mountains was exactly what we’d imagined as the backdrop for our wedding. From there, she introduced us to all her favorite vendors and transformed a couple mountain pastures into a place we will remember forever. Jen and Liz even met with my mom and me to look at dresses and shared their expertise.
As a detailed-thinker myself, Jen was incredible at reassuring me that we were on-track and on-budget throughout the process. Every minute concern or random idea I brought her, she had an answer. On the days of both our wedding and rehearsal dinner Jen and her team made the events go seamlessly. Not only did we have an incredible wedding, but we and our families were able to enjoy the moment because Jen and her team had it all under control. And we know things went wrong, because they always do – but because we had a good planner, it didn’t matter.

llion questions and wants the help and opinion of a professional? You got that, too. She recommended some of the most wonderful vendors, and truly made our day (and wedding weekend) run without a hitch (and if there was, I didn't know about it!). She also knew when to push me and my husband to make decisions (we're very laid back and were somewhat apathetic with wedding planner), but also knew when she could add and make decisions without bothering us, either. She added so many beautiful, creative, incredible touches to our reception - especially in a space that was difficult to work with. She gave both my husband and I a piece of mind that we wouldn't have had otherwise. I can't recommend Jennifer enough!
Whether you are looking for that "extra help" or "take over the whole darn thing" approach in planning and coordinating your big-day event, look no further than Jennifer. Seriously...
- your search is over. Send her a booking email, close your browser window and go back to planning the abhorrent amount of sparkles (or serene lack thereof) on your dream dress or duds. Speaking as a person who claims to be "no frills" but still wants a sophisticated party, I can testify that planning these events gets complicated...and fast. Because if you honestly think about it - and I'm looking at you - even then most "bare bones" bride or groom has a vision in their head about how they want their wedding to look and feel. Whether you consider it to be THE DAY OF ALL DAYS or just a charming start to the rest of your lives, we all have visions and expectations. Even me. A woman who avoids brushing my hair with a daily barretted up-do and would prefer wearing a uniform to avoid daily clothing decisions. Yup, I even had visions. A mix of equestrian, motorcycles, turn-of-the-century ritz and "ironic" beers - I had subconscious visions galore. And Jennifer was whiz at helping me identify all those things, what mattered and what didn't, where to spend and where to save (important!) and how to make on helluva party. Plus, Jennifer had great connections with so many local vendors, so I found the raddest florist, photog and caterers. Finally, Jennifer is a truly amazing person - she is genuine, funny and earnestly wants the day to meet your vision.
Bottom line: This zany"thing" you're about to host with your beloved - cozy or grandiose, steamy-punk or gutter-goth, tradish or something singular, and every shade in-between - is going to be memorable and take between 2 and 7 months to plan and coordinate, so why not enjoy both the event AND the process too? That's where Jennifer's magic skills and charming personality really shine. I couldn't have been more impressed.
