We had DJ Rick from Essen Entertainment for our wedding, and WOW, did he deliver! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to bring the energy and make our reception such an amazing ...

time! From the very beginning, Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly kind, personable, considerate, and easy to talk to throughout the entire planning process. He took the time to understand what we wanted for our wedding, offered excellent feedback on our song selections, and gave us some really helpful advice on pacing, transitions, and how to keep the evening flowing naturally. We really appreciated having someone with his experience who could help guide us while still making the evening feel like our own. And when it came time for the reception, Rick absolutely knocked it out of the park! His song selections and transitions were fantastic, and he had an incredible ability to keep the energy going. Once the dancing started, people practically never left the dance floor! Every time we thought the energy couldn't get any higher, he'd transition into another great song and get everyone going crazy all over again. It was an absolute blast! What made the experience even better was how genuinely friendly and personable Rick was throughout everything. He was just as wonderful to work with as he was talented behind the DJ booth, and that combination made him such a fantastic addition to our wedding. We couldn't be happier that we chose DJ Rick and Essen Entertainment. If you're looking for someone who will make the planning process easy, listen to what you want, and then deliver one heck of a party, Rick is your guy! Thank you so much, Rick, for making our wedding reception such an unforgettable night!

**A Great DJ Who Kept the Party Going!** DJ Luis from Essen Entertainment did a great job at our wedding reception! He kept the energy up throughout the evening and helped create ...

a fun atmosphere for our celebration. We especially appreciated that he was always ready to play song requests on demand, making it easy to incorporate the music we and our guests wanted to hear. DJ Luis was also extremely flexible with our timeline, accommodating small adjustments whenever we needed to shift things a few minutes earlier or later. Having a DJ who could adapt so easily and professionally made a real difference in keeping everything running smoothly. On top of all that, DJ Luis was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We happily recommend DJ Luis and Essen Entertainment to other couples looking for a DJ who knows how to keep the energy going while working seamlessly with their event timeline. Working with Essen Entertainment was a game-changer for our wedding day. Ben, our DJ, was responsive throughout the planning process and never hesitated to give us honest feedback ...

when we needed it. On the day of, his setup and teardown was so fast, and since we didn't have a coordinator, he took charge of keeping everything on schedule—he followed our timeline perfectly and made sure each part of the reception flowed seamlessly. His polished approach and attention to detail made the whole evening feel effortless, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the music and energy were. We felt respected and heard from start to finish, and Ben's professionalism took so much stress off our shoulders. We'd absolutely recommend Essen Entertainment to any couple looking for a DJ who truly cares about making their day special. Thank you again Ben!

DJ Max Sullivan truly exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. His professionalism, good-spirit, and ability to pivot throughout the day was so appreciated. He notified us wh...

en he arrived in our wedding location and was of course on time for set up. We had a large screen at our wedding which he hauled from Houston to San Antonio and because he had not seen the space prior, he brought a back up screen in case we needed to size up or down with the screen. This really meant a lot to us. His attention to detail for various matters made us so proud to have him and his assistant on our big day. As my now husband said, Max knew how to throw a party. The guest experience was our main priority and there’s no doubt that Max helped us create the guest experience we prayed for. He also created a mash up for my father-daughter dance and we received so many compliments on the mash-up! It felt good knowing guests enjoyed the show. Since our last name is Usher, Max was able to connect with my dad real quick before the toasts and incorporate an Usher song when my father made the toast. It may not seem like much but it meant so much to have a little surprise like that— something I didn’t plan but was so happy it happened! There’s no better feeling than seeing your friends and family enjoy themselves on the dance floor. We are eager to recommend Essen Entertainment to others!

again. We learned early on that the secret to a fun wedding is to have fun as a bride and groom, and JJ made sure we were always having fun. He gave us advice for our music selections, helped coordinate our bizarre dance floor events, and simply checked in with us throughout our wedding day to make sure we stayed cool and kept the nerves down. We hope to see him again at the weddings of our friends in the coming years.

d he handled every single one with professionalism and ease. What impressed us most was his ability to pivot in the moment and read the room. He knew exactly when to switch things up, when to keep the energy going, and how to incorporate what our families and cultural traditions needed without letting the dance floor lose momentum. He was flexible, responsive, and truly felt like he was part of the team rather than just a vendor. The dance floor stayed packed, the transitions were smooth, and our guests had an incredible time. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to handle everything that came our way. If you want someone who can adapt, think on their feet, and keep the party going no matter what, we highly recommend JJ!

On the wedding day, he completely exceeded our expectations. The dance floor was packed all night long, and he played the perfect mix of music that kept everyone having fun from start to finish. He truly knew how to read the crowd and keep the energy up. What really sets JJ apart is how much he genuinely cares about his couples. If you're looking for a DJ who goes above and beyond, keeps the party going, and truly cares about making your day special, I couldn't recommend JJ enough!

ct wedding (as I'm sure you can relate). I knew that the DJ is especially important for setting the vibe and keeping the night going. JJ was highly recommended by my venue, and after my first call with him and my now husband, we could totally see why. He's very calm, a great listener, and tracked every detail no matter how small or large. He even made suggestions for adjustments to the timeline to make sure everything flowed smoothly. Everything at the wedding went without a hitch, even with my very specific timing requests for certain songs. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. So seriously, just give him a call! I promise you won't regret it!!

Everyone at Essen Entertainment was a pleasure to work! From the initial call to discuss quotes and booking, the planning call with DJ Brian for the event, and even my last minute...

request for additional time to be added to our booking- everything was so smooth. Brian- You absolutely killed it! From the ceremony to the end of the reception, I cannot express how amazing you did. Your level of engagement with the crowd and reading the room to keep the party going- truly awesome! Thank you for following the notes (even the ones I forgot like the Mother/Daughter dance lol) for special requests, it helped make the day so personal for our guests. The Closing Time into Mr. Brightside was THE BEST! So many people commented on how fun that was, thank you for making that happen! Everyone was sad the party came to an end but it was probably for the best because the crowd was getting too rowdy for the bull! We could not have asked for a better DJ to make the night one for the record books! Thank you everyone at Essen Entertainment!

e night what it was. The atmosphere he created was perfect, and I’m so grateful for how attentive he was to everything I wanted, especially with transitions and keeping our timeline running smoothly. It made the whole night feel effortless and so fun. He mixed the music so well and always kept the vibes just right, the timing of everything was honestly perfect. He had the dance floor full the entire night. He brought such great energy while still being so professional, and he worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, which made a huge difference. What meant so much was how above and beyond he went, he even took time to visit with our guests and made sure everyone was taken care of (even helping set up a fan for someone who needed to cool down!). That kind of thoughtfulness does not go unnoticed. His setup was amazing and so perfect for our day. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and will absolutely be recommending him to all of my friends getting married. He helped make our night unforgettable!

He made sure the dancefloor was popping all night, he was so upbeat and cheerful with all the announcements he made. I could tell he was having fun too!
