Essentials Medispa And Salon

I am writing my review because I want to warn people about this place. My daughter was getting married on February 29, 2020, and she decided to go to Essentials Medispa and Salon in Viera, FL. Met at 9:00am on February 29, 2020, with a few of us (3 Bridesmaids, 5 Flower girls, a grandmother, a step mother, the bride and myself the Mother of the bride. What does that mean? CONFUSION! One of the front desk girls put us in a locker area where there were lockers to keep our stuff SAFE, you put in your own combination and locked it with the same combination, after being there from 8:00am to 2:45pm that is when the confusion started! My locker was open because I was getting dressed, taking pictures and just trying to get to the ceremony in one piece. I went to the sitting area where I could get my shoes on and get out to take pictures, not thinking of what was happening in the dressing area. Once done with the pictures, I noticed my stuff in my locker was out and put on the ledge there, but my purse (clutch) was missing, I asked where is my purse????? NO ONE said anything, I went back to my locker and found my purse in the next locker NOT the locker I had for that day. FINALLY, we left the area (and I did not look in my purse because I trust ALL). We got to the ceremony, danced, ate, and cleaned up, and it was time for me to go to Sonny's to tip them and when I opened my purse, YOU GOT IT, MY MONEY WAS GONE!!!!!! The next day I called Emily (the english women) there at the spa and asked if anyone turned in my money, ( I wasn't sure how my money grew legs and jumped out of my clutch) but what the heck I thought maybe just maybe I might have dropped my purse and opened it on the floor and did not pick up my money. She immediately told me that they don't have thieves there, and I said I don't have thieves in my family! I asked her to look at the cameras, and she said she would have the General Manager contact me the following day as she was not going to be there for the following 2 days. (I'm still waiting for that call!) . what a SHOCK! This is NOT the first time they were to call me back. I called her again and with No LUCK! This is NO different then when they scheduled my daughter for her trial and we paid for it and it was a MESS my daughter left crying about her hair, and Emily contacted my daughter and said she would have a different person do her hair, well, it was no better then the trial. I guess if you can steal from a bride then you can steal from the bridal party! I WOULD NOT recommend Essential Medispa and Salon in Viera, FL for ANYTHING and if you do go, leave your MONEY at home they will rip you off. OH and By The Way, I am still waiting for a call. I really enjoyed my day before for a message thou, but because of the way they treated me through this, I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, and I will tell ALL in our area about this. I do have a picture of my purse with the money missing, (funny my camera took that picture at the zoo at 3:30pm on Saturday 2/29/2020).
