ul! She really went above and beyond from the first day and was extremely attentive and kind throughout the whole process, I cant say enough about her!! Jansi was my bridal attendant and she was with me literally every step of the way that night, I had a huge train and she flawlessly handled it as well as made sure I was taken care of and ok the whole night, she made sure i always had a drink in my hand and always had food on my plate too!! Rob was wonderful as well and helped direct me on the walkout, he dealt with my crazy wedding party very well! The venue itself was so beautiful, Jessica listened to every decorative vision I gave her and executed it! The food was delicious and my guests are still talking about it. All in all I give them a 10 out of 10!!! I would 100% recommend!

all my questions. Then Jessica the venue manager, she was as amazing as Lauren. She was professional and very responsive. Lauren and Jessica made my wedding planning feel like a freeze. Going with their petite wedding package (including recommended vendors) made my planning so much easier. All the recommended vendors were amazing and exceeded my expectations. Also, the wedding package is one of the most affordable you will find in New York, and it is totally worthy. Now onto the day of my wedding, Rob the maître d was AMAZING. He took care of everything, and the event flowed without any hiccups. My guests kept talking about how organized the wedding was. And Ana, my bridal attendant also did a great job. Not only did she help me and my husband throughout the night but also helped us with translating from English to Spanish to my parents who do not speak English. Ana and Rob also did an amazing Job at bustling my dress. It was so difficult to do and took some time, but it came out beautiful. I got compliments about the way my dress was bustled during the night. All the staff was amazing. My guests truly enjoyed the food and the drinks. People loved the taco bar for the cocktail hour and the short ribs for our plated dinner. Everything looked classy and amazing, and everybody felt well taken care of. The only regret I have was not going for their regular wedding package for 100 people. I ended up way over the guest count for the petite package which is 50 people and had to pay extra for a few things to accommodate the extra people. Their regular package would have probably been cheaper. Lauren had recommended for this to me, and I wished I listened to her. A piece of advice, listen to what they recommend you. The have been in the wedding business for years and they know better. Finally, a big Thanks to the Essex club for making my planning process stress-free and my wedding day so special!

wedding day. Their attention to detail is impressive. They think of everything. My husband and I planned our wedding in a little over 2 months and felt no stress during the planning process. Jessica ensured that we understood everything and told us what we needed to get and what they were taking care of (they take care of almost everything, except for your wedding signs and any add ons you want to bring). Their vendors know the place very well so there's no need for you to stress or go through the craziness that's depicted on wedding sites or by Youtubers. Their all inclusive pricing is the best I've seen from my research. They make the place look great for your big day. Great food! Seamless, effortless, everyone is super knowledgeable. Just listen to them and let go. Your day of attendants take care of everything for you. Our photographer got us to look good and we don't even like pictures 😊. We all had a good time! My husband and I prayed for God to give us a seamless wedding with the perfect venue, (with only 2+ months of planning) and He certainly did. Even the weather (forecasted for thunderstorms) was clear and perfect! Super happy and definitely will recommend!

I have had many parties and I have to say having such a happy vibe from every single person working made an unbelievable experience for all of my guests. People are still talking about the shower. The entire party my matre’d was spot on. Setting up, serving food, helping guests, helping at my flower bar and just coordinating everything in such a warm and friendly way. Everything was perfect. I truly can not say enough.

We would recommend this venue to any bride/groom looking to wed in Long Island. The venue is beautiful but the experience/customer service is what really makes it!

Recommend the shortrib, chick asiago and mahi mains... chicken and waffles / pulled pork apps. It actually poured rain on our special day, but that didn't deter ANYONE, and in fact, it may have even made it more fun. Honestly, I can't imagine it being better. The entire staff truly made the day a JOY for us. I couldn’t stop smiling! We had nothing to worry about. We were told the venue was recently renovated before Covid which was such a plus for the price point! The food was delicious (our guests loved it)! This place is truly worth looking into (& booking). Thanks Essex Club team; you really helped in making the start of our forever great!!!! We hope to have another excuse to come back soon.

Even if there were small things that we were stressed about he stepped in and made sure that it was taken care of. The bridal attendant Jansi was so incredibly nice and made sure that I had everything I needed on that day. Whether it was holding my phone or lipstick or reminding me to drink water she made my anxiety about the day decrease significantly. The food was incredible. Not only did it look amazing but it also tasted amazing. We loved that you got to pick different stations for cocktail hour. Our guests raved about the food for quite a while after saying how good and flavorful it was. I’d recommend the Essex Club to anybody! There’s a wonderful team, beautiful venue, and amazing food that is definitely worth checking out. Thank you for making our wedding day dreams come true. It was truly the best day of our lives.

ith keeping in communication with me, even before my fiancé and I chose the Essex Club. She was there throughout the whole planning process, answering TONS of my emails and being so prompt with responses when asking her a million different things. The day of the wedding was absolutely an ease and stress-free. Jessica had done an amazing job with all of our decor, making sure everything was meticulously placed, which made the venue look extra special. Rob, our Maitre D', made the day of a breeze. Not only did he go over the timeline with my fiancé, he went over it with me separately to make sure nothing was missed. He was so attentive, I am SO appreciative to have had him there with us the whole night. Jansi, my bridal attendant for the evening, was BEYOND accommodating. Not only was she there to support me with pictures (making sure my veil and dress were in the right space) but when I started to feel very dizzy at one point during our pictures. I was gone and back in 2 minutes flat with Advil and water for me. I am forever grateful to have had her, throughout the night, constantly being there for not only me but for my fiancé. I cannot recommend the Essex Club enough! Not only was it such an amazing experience to have my wedding there, it also was VERY affordable. My husband and I are so thankful to the Essex Club

one of the more affordable venues on LI but nothing about it seems or looks cheap. The food was AMAZING. Everyone raved about it. The day ran totally smoothly. Jessica used extra florals they had around that matched our colors to make the place even more beautiful. You will absolutely not regrets having your wedding here. It was the best day of our lives. I could talk about how amazing it was for days.

She was always by mine and my husbands side getting us whatever we needed. She was there for us throughout the entire night and was so attentive. Rob, the matrie`d was great and kept the wedding running so smoothly from start to finish. The Essex Club truly made my husband and I`s dream come true for our wedding day. We wish we could relive the day and every second of thanks to the Essex Club staff!! The food was also amazing and our guests still rave about all the food!! We wish we could relive our wedding every weekend! They are the absolute best hidden gem on Long Island.

the sales manager, was a dream. She was always so kind and quick to respond--even with the million questions I'd send her about the smallest details. What really blew me away was that we brought in very minimal decorations (framed childhood photos and some extra fake flowers leftover from my bridal shower) and Jessica laid our stuff out and then filled in the gaps with some decorations of their own like a welcome sign and crate for the entryway and even some small lanterns down the aisle in the outdoor ceremony space. It really added a nice touch and looked so beautiful. Rob and Cole, maître d and captain, were simply lovely and put everyone at ease the day of with their calm presence. They rehearsed the ceremony multiple times with different groups of family and bridal party members while pictures were being taken. We had a guest fall ill suddenly during cocktail hour and spend a large portion of the evening in the bridal suite recovering. We asked Rob to have food and drinks brought to the suite and this was taken care of quickly and without issue. The bridal attendant Jansi was AMAZING and by the end of the night felt like my long lost best friend. She joked that she would be my shadow for the day and every time I turned around she was right there, holding my dress or bringing me water. There was already a sampling of cocktail hour food waiting for us in the bridal suite after the ceremony and she packed up a few of the hot pretzels from the exit station for us before they were all taken. This venue is perfect for couples looking for a beautiful space at an affordable price. I don't see more than 150-175 guests fitting comfortably in the ballroom area without having a small dance floor area, but we had 125 guests and it was a perfect fit. The outdoor ceremony area with the flowers and gazebo is beautiful and our guests raved about the food served during cocktail hour and dinner. The only thing I hope for the future of this venue is a larger bridal suite, or at least an en suite bathroom! Once guests started to arrive I had to stay in the suite since it's located just off the lobby. You won't be disappointed if you trust Essex Club and their staff with your special day!

The day of our wedding I can truly say there was not one hiccup, everything went according to plan. The way the reception area was set up was perfect. The bridal attendant Jansi was an absolute angel, she was always available as soon as we turned our heads to look for her, she kept our drinks and plates full the entire night. We had so many compliments on the food and service throughout the night and even in the weeks after our wedding. The Essex Club is truly a hidden gem, I would absolutely have other events here in the future. We truly had the best day, we are forever grateful for choosing the Essex Club.

She talked us through any concerns and really just made us feel supported. Other than the people who helped us have this magical day, the hall on its own is wonderful. You walk in and it’s beautiful. When it’s set up for your day, it is elegant, warm and very inviting. The outside is just as magical as all our pictures were taken by the tree lines, falling leaves, and gazebo. Gorgeous. The food was outstanding. Serving sizes were more than enough and our guests loved the options. With a vegan and vegetarian menu always available, that was crucial for us because of some food restrictions in the family. As a whole, this was a magical place for a party. There is nothing we would’ve changed about our day and we owe that to all the staff as Essex for accompanying us

I worked with Dalsmier and they stayed within my budget and brought the most beautiful fresh flowers & decor. Park avenue offered a competitive package and captured our day! I could not have planned my wedding in only two months, without Jessica and the team. The day of, I had a few scares (from vendors not in the package) and Jessica came right in to handle my nerves and make my wedding day just perfect. I loved my incredibly sweet and knowledgeable bridal attendant and super helpful Maitre D. I had 7 children in my wedding party and he knew just how to handle it all. The venue is just gorgeous and my guests loved the food and drinks. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, with incredible staff and no hassle communication, Essex is your place. I want to have my 10 year anniversary there and can only hope Jessica is still leading the way!

Our best man’s entrance had some technical issues due to some proper he had and Rob ran to the rescue to make sure he was able to do his entrance as needed. We also got informed by family how amazing the staff was. Very informative, gave great directions on where guests needed to go or be. There was no complaint insight. Our only regret was not extending the party. Bartenders took care of our guests, there was literally not a single staff member that didn’t contribute to how amazing the day was. Id recommend Essex Club 1000 times over and over.
