I initially thought engagement pictures were unnecessary (and even a little cringy) - but after seeing the results we could not be any happier. Her story-telling style is timeless, we received an entire gallery of pictures from that session... by cute historic streets in Old Town, autumn leaves at the park, with our dog in our apartment, and even managed to include sunset pictures by the boardwalk with the skyline view at dusk as well. Essi made us feel so comfortable, she guided us, provided suggestions, many different posing ideas. She was very good at making my fiancé (now husband) pose and smile, especially with him being very camera shy and stiff - would not be able to tell by looking at the pictures I've only received a sneak peek of the wedding photos (wedding was 2 weeks ago only), but after getting such amazing engagement pictures I fully trust the process! Essi and her team arrived on time (and even with inspo Pinterest pictures especially for my venue) and were a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Essi enough... will definitely hire again for other life events.
