Estelle's Dressy Dresses

I had been to Estelle's many times in the past, and did not even realize they have a huge bridal selection in the back. I went to Estelle’s to try on wedding dresses (ultimately bought elsewhere), and the staff was great. Everyone was helpful without being pushy. I bought my veil from here, and even though I showed up just before closing time, they were awesome. The associate took pictures of the two veils (same veil different color) and even held my phone while I FaceTimed for an opinion. Customer service and selection were great every time I went there.

This place is horrible they took $375 dollars as a deposit for a bridal dress that i was going to buy but when i got there it did not fit and the manager got very upset and yelled at me and told me to go home and lose weight so i can fit into the dress because they can not exchange it and refused to give me back my deposit and wanted me to pay for the rest and take the dress that did not fit. This place is still in business only because they like to F*%# over people and steal their money.

The store has a beautiful selection of dresses. Despite the fact that they have beautiful dresses the customer service is terrible. The manager in customer serivce showed that she didn’t want to help me. I had to ask for help 2 times before the finally noticed me even though it wasn’t busy. I asked for her to look up a dress and she LIED to me and told me that the store didn’t have the dress and wasn’t able to order it. I asked another KIND employee someone and they told me that the dress was in the store. It’s a disappointment to see a beautiful store go to waste. The store will not do good without good management.

I've been to Estelles in the past- usually had good experiences. My mother and I walked in, an attendant casually came over after I stood there for a few moments. Mind you, there was only one other bride shopping. I was asked my budget ($1200) and the response was "..oh". I then showed pictures of some styles I was interested in. The attendant did get me a few dresses. After walking me to the fitting room she excused herself. My mother assisted me in changing into each dress. When I walked into the area to view the dress I saw that three attendants were helping the other bride. The one who was supposed to be assisting me was clearly not enthusiastic and made it quite obvious that she would rather be assisting the other bride. I actually found a dress I loved but I decided not to give this woman the sale. Funny thing is, the other girl left without purchasing anything. So because of the rude attitude of the associate the store actually lost what would have been a slam dunk sale. I'll be finding the dress elsewhere and also found it for less. Never will return

CHOOSE ESTELLES IF IT IS ONLY YOUR LAST RESORT!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I was in a bridal party last year where we ordered shoes in April for a July wedding, only to find out the shoes were discontinued in June and had to scramble to get 5 pairs of matching shoes. When I got engaged and picked out shoes for my bridesmaids and maid of honor, I chose Estelles so that each girl can pick what they are comfortable in and like. With three girls, EVERY style and size they tried on was damaged in store and needed to be ordered. For the $100 a pair, we wanted to make sure they were perfect. When the shoes came in, they called everyday to let the girls know they were in, even though the girls explained that they would be there on a specific date (they continued to call anyway) Two weeks later we find out that one of the pairs is discontinued and the others came out damaged the same way they were damaged on the displays. The manager for shoes spoke with one of my bridesmaids and guaranteed a damage discount if she wanted to buy the display shoe that was damaged to begin with and since she wasn't in when we were there, another manager only approved $5 off. The customer service here is horrendous. Spend the extra money and go to an actual store. This place is a warehouse that don't care about quality!!!

So I have to admit, I was very hesitant. I drive past Estelle's all the time and it never struck me as an especially classy place. But, someone recommended it to me so I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did. It's not as "classy" or fancy as some dedicated bridal salons, but man do they have a selection! And the greatest thing is that my price point was at the bottom end of most other salons, so they didn't have as much selection (and some were even snooty about it). But it was right in Estelle's wheelhouse, and they had a TON of dresses for me. Both of the attendants I had (my first one's shift ended) were FANTASTIC! They instantly got what I was looking for and brought it to me, whereas most other places I went floundered to figure it out. I was just thinking of it as a throwaway salon to kill time, but I ended up finding my wedding dress! EDITED: DO NOT USE THE ON SITE ALTERATIONS SPECIALIST. My dress had to be taken in a lot and she did a great job with that, but she did a terrible job with the bustle. It had to be redone four times over the course of my wedding night. For the amount of money we spent on alterations, it was honestly ridiculous. Not to mention, she was thirty minutes late to my second fitting and didn't even apologize or acknowledge that we'd been sitting there waiting for her for thirty minutes. It was very rude and disrespectful.

Estelle's is always my go to place. I've gotten my sweet 16 dress, my prom dress, and many more dresses there. Although they are not known for their bridal section they should be! They have such a great selection, they have every possible style you could ever imagine. I placed my order with them a few weeks ago and they got back to me right away about when my dress will come in. I brought my bridesmaids and flower girl in recently and they were so helpful with choosing the right style for all my bridesmaids. We went with a Sorella Vita convertible dress that fit each of my bridesmaids body shape perfectly. We placed the oder and again they got back to me right away and they called each of my bridesmaids with all the information so I didn't have to. They made my whole bridal shopping experience so easy. Estelle's is such a wonderful place to shop. No other store would give you the amount of attention that they do. Everyone needs to shop here!

Estelle's is great! They have such great service, I got help from nearly everyone in the department and they were so kind to me. They helped me find my perfect dress and helped me find everything else I needed (shoes, jewelry, veil ect.) everything was so well priced. When I ordered my dress it came in right away and they had a seamstress right there on premises. Everything was so easy for me. I will defiantly be coming back with my bridesmaids and mom for their dresses. They have everything you need in one store! I would HIGHLY recommend Estelles!

Estelle's is not known for bridal--but it should be. The attendants, while very busy so I had to wait, were so nice and attentive. I was able to try on a few dresses and actually found MY DRESS. It was only $500 reduced from $2,200, because it was a discontinued style. They gave me the name of their seamstress so I can have it tailor made for me. I also ordered a veil there for $400--almost the cost of the dress, but so worth it! I would recommend that brides skip the fancy, overpriced boutiques and RUN, NOT WALK, TO ESTELLE'S!
