Estes Park Trolleys

We used Estes Park Trolley Co for transportation after our wedding and it was a huge hit! They helped many of our guests avoid having to drive to and from the venue, I would certainly recommend them for an event in Estes Park!

We hired Estes Park Trolley for our wedding to provide transportation for guests in between lodging, the ceremony venue, and the reception venue. We wanted to provide this for guests but didn't want to spend a lot of money on anything fancy, and Estes Park Trolleys helped us figure out the perfect plan. It was helpful to have a company that knew the area and could estimate how much time it actually takes to move people (including loading time) so that everyone would arrive on time for the ceremony. On the day of, everything went really smoothly. Our drivers were incredibly friendly and professional (we got lots of comments from guests), and everything ran according to schedule.

Their prices are SUPER reasonable, but really they seem to have more work than they can handle. This makes sense, as Estes Park basically has one taxi service for the whole town and few other shuttle options. Once you get ahold of someone there they are incredibly helpful and friendly, but it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone for questions about your upcoming transportation services. In addition, the driver arrived on time to pick up our initial guests but could not find them for 30 minutes. As a result, the shuttle service ran VERY late. We knew that the shuttle could run late for any number of reasons and warned the passengers to account for this, but this was excessively late and several of the guests gave up on waiting - no doubt causing the driver in turn to wait for guests who weren’t there. Then the guests who chose to wait totally missed the ceremony. Basically, if you plan to use them make sure you give about an hour of extra time margin to get guests places on time and/or give contact info for people at each pick-up location - that would have solved our problem and it would have been worth the cost. Basically in the end you get what you pay for. My advice to them would be to charge more and use the money to hire more staff and buy more vans to meet the demand they already have.

Estes Park Trolleys was amazing!! Due to COVID , and the uncertainty of many things, we ended up booking the trolly last minute. Despite this, they were very helpful in making sure that all of our needs were met and wanted to make sure that we were well taken care of. Riding the trolley was fun, they are very classic looking, the drivers were personable, and we were able to play our own music! All of our guest enjoyed them and arrived at their destinations safely.

Nick was very friendly and great to work with as were his drivers! He even offered to remove his sound system off both trolleys to help us when our DJ no showed for our ceremony and we thought he wasn’t there for the reception. (Don’t use A Music Plus Entertainment, out of Denver!) The only suggestion I have is the YMCA needs to have a designated spot for them because it is very hard to explain to out-of-town guests where the trolleys will be located and our guests did not see the signs we had made. Many guests wanted to line up and be ready before the trolleys actually arrived, so they were confused as to where to park or to line-up. The YMCA is very crowded on week-ends and the lines are long so asking the YMCA staff for guidance is a problem. We rented two trolleys and a 14 passenger van as we had over 150 guests. I think our guests would have enjoyed a longer ride! Estes Park Trolleys really knows Estes Park well and provides tours as well as transportation for weddings. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are no seat belts on the trolleys to fasten in car seats for the little ones. The trolleys are authentic so that may be something that can't be helped, but it is a hassle to load them and then no way to actually secure them. Other than that, they were great!

We had such a fun time on the Trolley! Was a perfect addition to the wedding day.

We had the best experience with Estes Park Trolleys! Nick was so helpful. We got a chance to talk to him before our event and he gave us pointers, information and is all-around a wonderful guy. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without the Trolley. EVERYONE was obsessed with it and loved riding it. Brenda was our driver and she was so sweet. Highly recommend them!! We will be stopping by to visit the next time we're in EP. :)

Nick and the team at Estes Park Trolleys are absolutely wonderful to work with! They are professional, responsive and collaborative. Hiring the Trolleys was such a special touch to our day, in addition to being a huge source of convenience for our guests that were transported to and fro. Because of Estes Park Trolley, our guests could kick back and enjoy their Estes Park wedding weekend. My biggest concern hiring trolleys & transportation was timing and reliability; I had been to many weddings where transportation showed up late or broke down. This was not the case at all with Estes Park Trolley; when you hire them, you can rest assured that they will be there and on time. Not to mention, they will provide and fun, comfortable ride for you and your guests. Moreover, I will forever be appreciative to the team there for helping us and accommodating our changing needs a couple months before our wedding, due to a fire at our venue that resulted in us having to change all our plans. They accommodated our change in plans and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our special Day. Cannot recommend them enough!
