a refund. They said they didnt know and would have to contact the owner. I asked for the owners phone number. They told me they didnt have it. While on the trolley I called the office number, no one answered. I left a voicemail and an email about our terrible experience. The trolley was so hot. We had an infant and over 80 on board and everyone was miserable. The inside of the trolley was nearing 100 degrees. We spent $1600 on this tour for our wedding and it was the worst thing we spent money on. I could go on and on but just know the bus driver is a piece of work and the owner is even worse. He will come up with any excuse not to refund you or even just trying to get in contact with him was a pain. He offered to refund us $160, which for $1600 wasn't even a dent. We would have much rather done something different with our time and spent our money elsewhere. For the owners character, he told me it was our fault because some of our guest wore long sleeve shirts and then he took a screenshot of the weather forecast and sent it to me. Newsflash, the weather was perfect. The sun beaten, hot box, hell of a trolley was the issue. I would have gladly walked back from rocky mountain national park than take this tour again. RMNP is beautiful. 15/10 stars. But stay away from this business.

ous loops between our two hotels and the venue from 2:15pm to 3:15pm. Despite this, several of our guests were outside ready for pickup at 3:00pm and were left behind. The trolley never came back for them, causing them to arrive late to our ceremony.
Communication leading up to the wedding was difficult. The company was unresponsive to emails and calls, and key details weren’t clearly confirmed until the last minute. This added a lot of stress to our planning process.
After the wedding, I reached out to express my concerns, and the owner responded with a rude and defensive email. Rather than apologizing or trying to understand our experience, he blamed us and our guests, despite the fact that they were ready and waiting during the contracted time window.
Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with unreliable transportation and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this company to other couples looking for dependable service on their big day.

ot get my wedding party home. The owner, Nick, was absolutely unwilling to resolve a genuine dispute amicably. There are taxis in Estes Park, I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs. Wedding budgets are tight and these people will take advantage of your situation and will not provide value for the crazy amounts of money they are charging.

UPDATE: We talked with a woman (Tami?) on Feb 19 for 22 minutes and she said they would block the date and we needed to call back closer to the wedding once we knew the number of guests. They took the time to look up my fiancee's info but cannot return numerous phone calls?

Owner had an attitude about the location of our wedding, even though the location had been the same since day 1. Tami is really friendly, but could never get the address correct, and then when I finally ended up with an owner on the phone he had an attitude about "where i thought i was taking his van"
Prices are better from vendors outside of Estes, and I can't imagine they are as rude.

home safe after a night of celebrating and drinking. Since Estes Park does not have consistent (or any) rideshare options, my husband and I started looking for shuttle services. Estes Park Trolleys was very professional and helpful with mapping out multiple stops along Fall River Road to pick up guests at various hotels and cabins. Not only did Estes Park Trolleys ensure our guests safely made it back to their hotels and cabins at the end of the night, but they saved the day even before the ceremony started! Our venue was right next to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, and with the new ticket systems, traffic was backed up for four miles with a 2+ hour traffic jam. We were so worried our guests would get stuck on Fall River Road, but Estes Park Trolleys made sure every guest arrived on time for the ceremony! I cannot recommend this shuttle service enough - they were essential in making sure our wedding day was perfect!

ts but didn't want to spend a lot of money on anything fancy, and Estes Park Trolleys helped us figure out the perfect plan. It was helpful to have a company that knew the area and could estimate how much time it actually takes to move people (including loading time) so that everyone would arrive on time for the ceremony. On the day of, everything went really smoothly. Our drivers were incredibly friendly and professional (we got lots of comments from guests), and everything ran according to schedule.

Once you get ahold of someone there they are incredibly helpful and friendly, but it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone for questions about your upcoming transportation services. In addition, the driver arrived on time to pick up our initial guests but could not find them for 30 minutes. As a result, the shuttle service ran VERY late. We knew that the shuttle could run late for any number of reasons and warned the passengers to account for this, but this was excessively late and several of the guests gave up on waiting - no doubt causing the driver in turn to wait for guests who weren’t there. Then the guests who chose to wait totally missed the ceremony. Basically, if you plan to use them make sure you give about an hour of extra time margin to get guests places on time and/or give contact info for people at each pick-up location - that would have solved our problem and it would have been worth the cost. Basically in the end you get what you pay for. My advice to them would be to charge more and use the money to hire more staff and buy more vans to meet the demand they already have.

d we thought he wasn’t there for the reception. (Don’t use A Music Plus Entertainment, out of Denver!) The only suggestion I have is the YMCA needs to have a designated spot for them because it is very hard to explain to out-of-town guests where the trolleys will be located and our guests did not see the signs we had made. Many guests wanted to line up and be ready before the trolleys actually arrived, so they were confused as to where to park or to line-up. The YMCA is very crowded on week-ends and the lines are long so asking the YMCA staff for guidance is a problem. We rented two trolleys and a 14 passenger van as we had over 150 guests. I think our guests would have enjoyed a longer ride! Estes Park Trolleys really knows Estes Park well and provides tours as well as transportation for weddings. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are no seat belts on the trolleys to fasten in car seats for the little ones. The trolleys are authentic so that may be something that can't be helped, but it is a hassle to load them and then no way to actually secure them. Other than that, they were great!

our day, in addition to being a huge source of convenience for our guests that were transported to and fro. Because of Estes Park Trolley, our guests could kick back and enjoy their Estes Park wedding weekend. My biggest concern hiring trolleys & transportation was timing and reliability; I had been to many weddings where transportation showed up late or broke down. This was not the case at all with Estes Park Trolley; when you hire them, you can rest assured that they will be there and on time. Not to mention, they will provide and fun, comfortable ride for you and your guests. Moreover, I will forever be appreciative to the team there for helping us and accommodating our changing needs a couple months before our wedding, due to a fire at our venue that resulted in us having to change all our plans. They accommodated our change in plans and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our special Day. Cannot recommend them enough!
