Estes Valley Recreation and Park District in Estes Park, CO, offers indoor and outdoor multifunctional event spaces for rehearsal dinners, showers, weddings, receptions, and other wedding-related events.
Our modern reception room at the Estes Valley Community Center seats up to 150 people with tables and chairs, and features an integrated audio/visual system, a commercial kitchen, and a large patio with a beautiful view of Lake Estes and the Rocky Mountains. Our gymnasium, pool, and fitness rooms can also be rented for events, and we have picnic shelters, ball fields, pickleball courts, and other recreational facilities at Stanley Park that can be reserved.

was quite nice with great A/V and a very fully stocked kitchen. There is a separate entrance so that the guests were not going through other areas of the recreation center to get to the community room. The coordinator was very responsive, always returning calls quickly and with great information. It was a great solution for hosting a rehearsal dinner for 80 people without breaking the bank.

rdinator was so easy to communicate with! She always had timely replies and helpful answers to our questions. She even gave us a kitchen inventory with detailed numbers so we could plan on exactly what was needed for serving our guests. Every step of the process was smooth - from booking, to planning, to attending. The Community Center was reasonably priced and had everything we needed. Bonus elements included a steam table to keep the food warm, an excellent sound system, and a projector and screen to play a slide show. The room was clean and modern with window views of the mountains. The total price included set up time as well as an option to pay a little extra for the facility to clean up, which was totally worth it for a stress free end of the evening. I would definitely recommend this as a location for your wedding celebration, you won't regret it!
