We did our Son’s rehearsal dinner in May 2023. They were very easy to schedule and communicate with to plan our event. The price was very exceptional, place was clean and tables were set ready when we arrived. It exceeded my expectation and I would highly recommended this facility for all your family gatherings or activities. Thankyou again for an amazing experience!

We used a community center room for family dinner after our wedding and it was great! Tables and chairs were set up how we wanted already. We also rented the patio, very clean and convenient. Highly recommend this venue!!

This community room worked great for a rehearsal dinner. We brought in food from a local Italian restaurant in large pans, and used chafing sternos to keep the food hot. The room was quite nice with great A/V and a very fully stocked kitchen. There is a separate entrance so that the guests were not going through other areas of the recreation center to get to the community room. The coordinator was very responsive, always returning calls quickly and with great information. It was a great solution for hosting a rehearsal dinner for 80 people without breaking the bank.

We were flying into Colorado from Ohio and needed an adequate space to have a small wedding reception. Everything was perfect! The staff was helpful and friendly.

Estes Valley Community Center was an excellent venue for our rehearsal dinner. Tonya and the staff worked with us to find just what we needed. The space was excellent and a good value. We highly recommend this venue.

We are so happy we used the Estes Park Community Center for our wedding reception! It was exactly what we needed and helped make our special day even more wonderful. The event coordinator was so easy to communicate with! She always had timely replies and helpful answers to our questions. She even gave us a kitchen inventory with detailed numbers so we could plan on exactly what was needed for serving our guests. Every step of the process was smooth - from booking, to planning, to attending. The Community Center was reasonably priced and had everything we needed. Bonus elements included a steam table to keep the food warm, an excellent sound system, and a projector and screen to play a slide show. The room was clean and modern with window views of the mountains. The total price included set up time as well as an option to pay a little extra for the facility to clean up, which was totally worth it for a stress free end of the evening. I would definitely recommend this as a location for your wedding celebration, you won't regret it!
