We had our "Welcome Reception" at Estia and it was a HIT. We had a two-part event: close family for the first hour (champagne and apps) and then our full out-of-town guestlist for ...
the next few hours (open bar and reception style dinner). The team did a great job and everyone was raving about the food. We had 150+ people in the space and while I thought it might be tight, it ended up being perfect. They even set up a podium and audio for speeches.
We had our micro-wedding reception in Estia’s gorgeous wine room back in January. It was private, stunning, cozy, and perfect for our small joyous crew. And the food was TREMENDOUS...
! Don’t leave there without trying their honey walnut cake! They worked super well with our florist and our cake baker, and everything was just perfect thanks to the friendly and accommodating events team! My husband and I highly recommend hosting an event with Estia!
My wife and I held our welcome party with more than 160 people at Estia and it was amazing! The service/food that we received was top notch. My wife’s family has quite a few people...
with dietary restrictions and Estia was happy to work with us to find food for everyone. Also, my side is very particular on the types of beer they drink - Estia was extremely accommodating and ordered beer that they do not even serve in the restaurant on a regular basis.
If any of you have eaten there before, the food was incredible and we were wondering how the quality would be for such a big group. However, they absolutely killed it and we received compliment after compliment throughout the night about how good the food was! We have no complaints and truly appreciate all the work that they put into this night for us. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have an event here!
My son and daughter -in -law chose Estia for their wedding reception. Everyone was so pleased with the planning process, the food and the beautiful room. The staff are very accommo...
dating and we had many compliments on the quality of food. The room was very comfortable for our 75 guests. There was a large dance floor and the acoustics for our small jazz band were perfect.
We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 56 people in September 2018 at Estia. The staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything ran very smoothly from start to finish. The food ...
was terrific and there was a variety of menus (and price points) to choose from. The bar area was great for a half hour of drinks before dinner and the room was set beautifully for the sit down dinner. I liked that the first two courses were offered family style as guests had a chance to taste more than one item. They also were able to accommodate a slide show with a screen and a projector. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a rehearsal dinner for any wedding in the Philadelphia area
We really enjoyed having our rehearsal dinner at Estia. It is the perfect downtown location but the space itself is quiet and intimate. Our guests enjoyed the food and appreciated ...
being able to select their own entree. The servers and the banquet management staff were all very professional and responded to our questions right away.

nu guidance and everyone raved about the Horiatiki salad and entree selections.
Working with Estia's professional staff and talented servers was truly a pleasure. No request was too big and dietary restrictions were easily accommodated.
Special shout out to Katie Wiswall for making the event easy to plan and execute from the very beginning.
Estia was a fantastic venue for my son's rehearsal dinner. We had 83 people in attendance, and the room was perfect. The food was excellent, and Antoinette and Amanda were so at...
tentive to every detail. Before the event, whenever we emailed it was never more than four hours before we received a response. Could not recommend them highly enough for a rehearsal dinner or any event you might consider.
The perfect venue for a city wedding! The food is delicious, the decor is gorgeous, and the staff were amazing to work with! They were always willing to work with us to fulfill our...
requests for our special day. We planned our wedding from across the country and they made it so simple by being quick to respond to all my questions! I can't say enough kind words about Estia, they were just wonderful from start to finish!
We couldn’t have asked more. It was the perfect place to have my wedding and have absolutely no regrets. Amanda was pleasant….I think she was more worried and on top of everything....
Everything turned to be just perfect. The atmosphere, organization, seating, food (both quality and quantity). My guests were amazed by everything. Thank you Estia for a night that I will always remember!
