However, he responded to some of these situations poorly, becoming exasperated and criticising the bride openly to one of the guests. While he was understandably stressed, his unprofessional response was very unfortunate, particularly given the high level of service up till this point. We spoke to Eric on a debrief conference call a few weeks after our wedding, and attempted to reconcile by acknowledging that he had to deal with certain issues, but also stating that some of his behaviour was disappointing. He was defensive and irate, and unfortunately we had to finish the call without any resolution.

He was our day-of coordinator and there was not one vendor (without exception) that we met with throughout the planning process who did not RAVE about his abilities and professionalism. That was very comforting. On the day of the wedding, he definitely delivered. He holds the vendors to a high standard and is skillful in all aspects of the coordination. What's more, he made sure that we did not notice any of the imperfections and mishaps during our day (and there are always some!). I so value and appreciate hard work, attention to detail, and a desire to get it right no matter what… and Eric's got all of it!

e one! His attention to detail when creating the wedding timeline is beyond impeccable. Just reading the timeline I felt like I experienced my wedding. He is absolutely amazing and I can't wait to see him this weekend for my wedding! I will be so sad once this is over since I won't be able to see him as often as I have this year. He is a joy to be around and is an absolute sweetheart! If it wasn't for him I would be a mess but he makes me feel so calm. I trust him and I always tell him that. I know if anything goes wrong he will be able to fix it without me even knowing. Can't wait to plan more events with Eric! My family and I love him!

g my surgery internship throughout the whole wedding planning adventure. My hubby was also living in another state, my family still lived in Miami, and my man’s family lived in TN, so we were all over the place! As my free time and trips to Miami were very limited, and I would not finish work and arrive in Miami until 2 days before the wedding, I NEEDED someone who could assure a relaxed and fun wedding day for me, my groom, and family that would not require ANY of us running around the day of the wedding. Eric's s a “day-of coordinator” that does way more than the “day-of”. I spoke via phone to about 3 coordinator companies before Eric. I had been given recs about Eric by a few people, and when I called him he impressed me right away. Before Eric or I would commit to work together, he had us meet in person b/c he likes to see if the bride (or bride/groom or bride/MoB) click well. I think this is absolutely necessary b/c this is the person you are putting your absolute trust in to make sure that literally every detail the day of the wedding goes off without a hitch. I started working with Eric about 15 months before the wedding. During our initial meeting we laid out the goals of how my hubby and I imagined our wedding day to be, discussed my biggest concerns about what I worried could go wrong, and also I sought his advice on narrowing down potential vendors. Here is just an ex of some of the things Eric did which made him worth every penny and more: 1) Easy to contact and responds in a timely manner. 2) He had a list of all the items that were to be used for the wedding day and coordinated having them in 1 spot, which he would be responsible for getting to the ceremony & reception sites (e.g. programs, ring box, flip-flops for party, box for cash gifts, etc.) 3) 1 of my biggest concerns was dinner starting late. During the reception he casually walked up to me and showed me the timeline & then the clock…dinner was served 1 min ahead of schedule 4) At the last min, without remembering to tell Eric to add it to the list of stuff to make sure I got back, I used my late grandmother’s handkerchief as I walked down the aisle and at the altar. When I returned from the honeymoon it hit me I didn’t remember where I placed it. In the stack of stuff that Eric collected at the end of the wedding night, it was neatly folded inside. 5) There was a small bit of tension among my mom, in-laws, and I about the setting up/breaking down of the rehearsal dinner. I didn’t want it to bother me, but it was visibly stressing me out and didn’t know what to do. Eric noticed and handled this without me even asking. I didn’t ask b/c I didn’t believe it was his responsibility, and didn’t want to burden him. However, to him, his job is helping to make sure the wedding day goes great, and if this meant smoothing over rehearsal dinner stress if within his abilities, then he was going to do it. By him gracefully stepping in to help enact what I was having a hard time expressing, it decreased stress for everyone and contributed to hubby’s and my wedding day bliss. I have no reservations about recommending Eric. He was perfect and holds a special place in my heart now. I'm so glad we were able to work together & pull off a stunning & unforgettable wedding!

thinking and incredible planning. Eric suggested great vendors before the wedding and helped us with the many details that go into wedding planning. I hired Eric for day of but he did so much more than that, he answered any question I had from the day I met him, offered ideas and reassured me on every decision my husband and I had made. He got along great with my bridal party and my parents and had everyone clam and laughing during the wedding ceremony. Even Eric's assistant very lovingly took care of my elderly grandmother during our ceremony and made sure she was present and on time to be there with us! Eric assured my groom and myself that our day would be our day and to just be in the moment and to not worry about a thing! At the end of the night I looked around and couldn't believe how amazing the night was, all thanks to Eric. No Miami bride should get married without Eric by her side! Thank you, Eric for everything!

he was going to be our wedding planner. I hired him for "day of" coordination, but he did so much more than that. Eric was available for advice when it came to vendor selection and was readily available by phone or email regarding any question I had. He also did our wedding day design (from flowers to lighting to décor). 4 weeks prior to the wedding, he took over and contacted all the vendors, coordinated timelines with everyone and just CC'd me on the emails. All of the vendors I selected had worked with Eric in the past; I truly was working with the "dream team". Our priest even ended up in the hospital the morning of the wedding with chest pains and when Eric came to tell me, he already had a back up priest ready to go! Our day was a fairytale, just like I had imagined it as a little girl. Eric was organized, detail orientated, meticulous and ready for whatever was thrown his way. I would highly recommend Eric and his team to any bride who is looking for a piece of mind ensuring that the "big day" is as flawless as you have always dreamt it would be

he did way more than that. I contacted Eric for everything...vendor suggestions, vendor concerns, rip in a borrowed veil, etc. He always had a solution and was quick to remedy any and all problems. Three weeks before the wedding, he completely took over and contacted all the vendors, set up timelines, and just copied me on everything. The great thing was that when I selected each one of my vendors, everyone already knew him. I was told time and time again that I was in good hands. This was extremely comforting. My day went off without a hitch. Eric made sure everything ran smoothly and even made sure my new husband and I took food and cake back to our room that night since he saw we had barely eaten anything between all the excitement. Eric was worth every penny.

was the planner for us. He was organized, professional, friendly, funny and on point! His vendor recommendations couldn't have been more perfect with what we were looking for and we were so pleased with how everyone worked together to make our wedding so amazing. From start to finish, Eric went above and beyond. He was always there when we needed him and for 6 months he was such an important part of our lives. My friends and family told me I never looked so happy and carefree as I did on the day/night of my wedding and I owe a large part of that to Eric. We were able to hand everything over to him the week of the wedding and trusted him to take control and for me to relinquish control over anything is not an easy task. We all felt so comfortable with him and knew we could trust him to work with all our vendors to make our vision come to life on our special day. He did exactly that as did his assistant Daisy who was just as professional and sweet. We highly recommend Eric and his team for all your planning needs..we promise you will be extremely happy with his services :-)
