Et Voila Catering is an experienced catering company providing high-quality wedding meals from Bayfield, CO to the surrounding Four Corners area (Durango, Silverton, Pagosa Springs and occasionally Telluride, Moab UT or Chama NM). We do not currently serve events in the Denver/Colorado Springs area as the distance is too great to provide quality services for same day events.
The cuisine is memorable and will make all guests talk about the wedding for years. The team will work with soon-to-be-weds to develop a mouth-watering menu that features a selection of their best-loved dishes.
Owner Amy boasts over 20 years of industry experience, she has the knowledge and skills to create dishes for a range of events, from casual to curated. She and the team delight in helping couples and their loved ones celebrate their milestone occasions. Using locally sourced ingredients for their delicious meals, couples can be assured that these chefs don't cut any corners.
Et Voila Catering can provide delivery and setup services, leaving couples to enjoy their big day without any worries. Tastings are available before the menu is finalized and they can accommodate special requests such as dietary requirements. Buffets, family-style meals, and plated dinners are just a few of the available dining options. Additionally, some cuisine styles offered include American, BBQ, Indian, French, Chinese, Seafood, and many more!

Throughout the planning process, Amy was professional and adhered to the agreed-upon timelines for providing menu options and price quotes. Communication during the year-long planning period was timely and appropriate.
However, we are giving a 3-star rating due to several concerns with the execution. Despite clearly communicating food allergies—including listing them at the top of the final menu—one of the two entrée options included shellfish, which I, the bride, am allergic to and therefore could not eat.
Additionally, the main course (chicken, mashed potatoes, and asparagus) was served cold, which negatively impacted the dining experience. One of the appetizers, a corn salad, was also served without utensils, leading to unnecessary waste as guests were unable to eat it easily.
Overall, while the planning and communication were handled professionally, the quality of service and the value delivered on the event day fell short of expectations.

Amy is so fun and kind and her food is amazing!! We got to do a tasting after we chose our menu and we just sat there in silence enjoying every bite and looked forward to our wedding dinner for another 6 months. food preferences, and then we chose which food items we wanted specifically from the menu she created. I really wanted a "mashed potato bar" at my wedding and she made it happen!!
