Transportation was on time and reliable. The party bus fit both wedding parties and both of our parents, along with the two of us. The bus was comfortable and we were able to hook up our own music, which made the ride extra fun! They were able to accommodate changes to location for photos without any issue. We used the transportation to go from our hotel to a park for photos, and then to our wedding venue. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely recommend!

as covered in glitter, I’m assuming from another party the night before. When it picked up the grooms party they had to get rags and wipe them down so their suits weren’t covered in glitter. Also, my husband and I were picked up at the end of the night in a separate limo, which had no suspension whatsoever, it was a very rough and bumpy 45 minute ride to our hotel. The driver was very apologetic but it was not his fault, the vehicle definitely needs some sort of work. Hopefully ETA will pay closer attention to detail going forward.

The glitter on the seats were from a previous affair. Despite the driver efforts to get them all off, some got stuck in the crevices and were not properly removed. Again, I am so very sorry:(
All of our vehicles are new models and are fully inspected for issues prior to runs. I have a call out to our fleet manager to see why your specific ride was so bumpy. That said, I am again very sorry that your ride was not 100 percent perfect. Please call me to discuss further.

To lower the cost, we used the same limousine for the guys and girls with two separate trips.
