my full wedding album within the promised timeframe, and communication completely stopped. I have made numerous attempts to reach out through calls, texts, and emails and have tried to be patient and work toward a resolution, but I have not received any meaningful response. What makes this especially difficult is that my spouse and I chose to have a disconnected wedding, meaning our guests were not taking photos during our ceremony and celebration. We trusted that our photographer would capture and deliver the memories of one of the most important days of our lives. As a result, we currently do not have the wedding photos we were expecting. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process has been deeply disappointing. Wedding photography is an investment not only financially, but emotionally. Couples are trusting someone to preserve memories that cannot be recreated. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend booking this photographer. I hope that by sharing my experience, other couples will carefully consider the importance of reliability, communication, and timely delivery when choosing their wedding vendors.
