My partner and I are very understanding people and would have been willing to talk about whatever the issue was that lead to this vendor to stop responding. I’m not saying don’t book this florist, she’s very talented, but know that she may just never answer your emails and leave you hanging. At first we assumed she was busy but after a month we moved on and booked a different florist. I feel like leaving potential customers in limbo is kind of immature and bad business practice.

My name is Jess, and I am the Owner and Lead Designer of Ethereal. I've been working in the floral industry for 11 years, and weddings are my absolute favorite.
Floral design is my passion. I love using natural materials and textures- even the unexpected- in my designs.
