he planning process that much easier. We had Bernadette as our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely incredible. Honestly, she deserves a raise because she was just that good. We felt that she truly cared about us and after our meetings, she knew EXACTLY what we wanted out of our wedding day. She was quick on her feet and kept us very calm. We got married under the Woodland Grotto (how could you not). We got married during the heatwave in March 2026, but there was actually more shade than we anticipated. Overall, I would highly recommend Trademark Venues to any couple!!!

The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. I could not contain my emotions walking down the aisle in the Grotto—it was the most beautiful setup I have ever seen. The space was perfectly shaded, and our photos turned out stunning. After the Grotto, guests moved on to the bar area and starlit lawn, then under the tent for the reception. The flow between each space was beautifully planned. Not to mention the giant lawn, perfect for sunset photos. Our guests loved every minute of it.
The staff were AMAZING! You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They checked in with us every step of the way. I tend to get anxious with events like this, but I had zero anxiety on my wedding day—which rarely happens! They took care of everything, from keeping the timing smooth to packing up at the end of the night. A special thank you to our coordinator, Alyssa Dubois. She has a natural ability to connect with people and make everyone feel comfortable, including my mother-in-law—which is no small feat!
I hope I get to come back as a wedding guest at Ethereal Garden in the future. I cannot recommend this venue enough.

We especially want to give a heartfelt shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Mikaela. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for her. From start to finish, she made everything run so smoothly and seamlessly. She was calm, organized, attentive and completely on top of every detail. I never once felt stressed because I knew she had it handled.
Mikaela was exactly what we needed and fully invested in making sure our day was perfect. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her. She kept the timeline flowing, managed vendors effortlessly and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
If you’re considering getting married at Trademark Venues, we highly, highly recommend it and if you’re lucky enough to have Mikaela as your coordinator, you are in the best hands.

a semi-destination for our family and friends to experience our wedding and Ethereal Gardens transported us to a beautiful, magical space and time. We really used everything they had to offer us from the getting ready suites to the style salon to the cocktail hour games – the cherry on top was the woodland grotto as our ceremony space! It was truly something all of our guests complimented us on because it felt so intimate and lush.
Morgan and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole wedding journey. Everyone felt like a close friend who always has all the answers. Morgan was truly a support system from start to finish. She kept us on time, was realistic (especially when it came to making our timeline!) and was excited to make our dreams come true. She welcomed flexibility and creativity, and truly was a wonderful partner. During the wedding weekend, the staff was incredible. From helping us during the rehearsal to being of service to our guests, it was so wonderful to have a supportive and knowledgeable staff.
The food was also standout. Food was incredibly important for my wife and I, and we were so happy to be able to experience and serve a wonderful assortment of seasonal dishes. All of our guests loved the iconic cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres and the fact that we were able to do family style serving! It made our wedding feel much more like us which was so special. Lastly, we do have to call-out how wonderful and helpful everyone was in accommodating our different cultural traditions and heritages. It was so awesome to have everyone’s enthusiasm to be able to incorporate the intricacies of hosting multiple cultural moments. We felt so comfortable in the space. My wife and I had a wonderful time on our day of and throughout the whole process, in part because of how ethereal the staff is. We couldn’t recommend this venue enough (and have been singing their praises to all of our family and friends for the last year and a half).

Vicky Marie immediately took over, knew exactly what we wanted, and honestly read my mind! There were so many things I didn’t have an answer to being stressed, and Vicky Marie just handled it. Her team with her on the day of put in so much hard work so that we didn’t have to stress on the best day ever. We had food and drinks waiting for us after the ceremony, our families were taken care of, and we had the best time. o has commented on how magical and wonderful this venue was and how attentive the staff was. A HUGE SHOUTOUT to our coordinator BERNADETTE and her assistants like Alyssa. Without Bernadette our wedding would not have been the same. She truly is the most amazing coordinator and if you don't have her, you should try to get her because with her, nothing will be missed and your day will be nothing but smooth and care free. She communicated very well with us leading up to the wedding and checked in several times to make sure nothing was missed. She always replied with literally anything we were asking about. On the day of, she was our superhero. She was somehow everywhere all at once. Our family members even commented about how she made herself available to them for anything. She made sure everything from our vision board was set up exactly how we wanted. She made sure the whole day we were not stressed or confused on the next steps. She made sure we were never missing a drink and even saved us some appetizers and desserts since we did not have a chance to get any. Any time I needed her, she was there. She also is such a professional and expert that she knew what would and would not work in regards to things we were planning to do. I'm not sure how she managed to be there for me and my wife while also running the entire wedding day. Everyone in my family and all my friends could not stop talking about how amazing she was. We had a friend get married through trademark with another coordinator who did not have as good of an experience and it changed their outlook on the whole night. Because of Bernadette, our wedding day was the most amazing and we are sad it had to end. We cannot thank her enough, but we only hope others are as lucky to have her.
Regarding Ethereal, if you're considering this venue, DO IT. Beautiful venue, beautiful area for photos, everything all together in one huge venue, amazing drinks, amazing food, beautiful decor, professional establishment. Literally could not have picked a better venue. Ethereal knows what they're doing. If we could do it again, we would.

On our wedding day, we were running an hour behind schedule due to circumstances outside of anyone’s control, but you would have never known it. From the moment we stepped onto the venue that day, everything flowed seamlessly. Amy and her team handled everything with such grace and professionalism that we felt completely at ease.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the entire experience, and many said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to — a compliment that truly speaks to how flawless the day was. Billie was also top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

With all the uncertainties me and my husband had with our wedding planning, they really provided us the clarity and guidance we needed. On top of that, all their recommended vendors were awesome! All our vendors they recommended (DJ, photographers, officiant...ect) have all worked together before and their teamwork and chemistry with each other was something special to see, and we can't think of a better group of people to work our wedding and we are so happy to have shared our special day with them! We also like to give a shout out to Amy, our wedding coordinator, who was essential to making our day possible! From our first meeting to our last, the planning process was significantly less stressful because of her experience and advise. ’d seen. We had looked at another Trademark venue, but Ethereal Gardens was so much larger and more unique, it was the clear winner.
The day-of service was exceptional! The staff was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful, even assisting with carrying my dress and veil during photo sessions. The Trademark team handles many weddings, which sometimes meant a slight delay in response times, but Marissa our planner was always thorough and made sure every detail was covered with time to spare. While they don’t “plan” every aspect for you (you’ll still need to book certain vendors and make all decisions yourself), Marissa provided helpful guidance, options, and thoughtful opinions when we asked.
Ethereal Gardens took care of the major décor details (tables, chairs, etc.) as well as food and alcohol, which made the planning process easier. The bar service was excellent—our guests loved the drinks and had a great time. While the food wasn’t quite as amazing as we had hoped at our tasting event, there were enough good options to create a full menu that we enjoyed. The family-style service we chose worked well and felt personal, and the staff made sure we got to taste a little bit of everything on the big day!
Overall, the venue was well-managed, absolutely breathtaking, and gave us a truly unforgettable wedding day. Our guests had an amazing time, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Big thanks to Marissa and the Ethereal Gardens team for making our day so special!

We also really liked that Ethereal Gardens included their own staff because then we didn't need to worry about finding a coordinator on our own. Morgan was our coordinator and was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and especially day of! It was especially nice being able to lean on her expertise since she was already so familiar with the venue. We only met Billy, the property manager, and Kaitlyn, our bridal assistant, on the day of, but they were incredibly nice and professional.

Amy was my coordinator and was so organized and responsive to our extensive list of questions we sent her way throughout the whole planning process. Ethereal Garden is an all inclusive type of venue, so you get food, décor, table/chairs, venue coordinator/day of coordinator, and so much more. I didn't have to stress about finding/booking all the little things, and I really valued that.
You also get a bridal assistant on the day of! I felt very taken care of. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because Amy and the Ethereal Gardens team did such an amazing job coordinating and making sure that the whole day went perfectly.
Our friends and family had such an amazing time with multiple compliments saying that it was "the best wedding" that they've ever been to. I'm forever thankful to have had the wedding of my dreams at Ethereal Gardens!

ay of was absolutely perfect, it looked even better than we imagined. Our bridal assistant was so sweet and attentive and Billie was there for us perfectly throughout the day as well. If anything didn't go according to plan or was behind we didn't know because they did such a great job. The food and drinks were incredible and once again, everything was ran sooooo perfectly. The only negatives we have is that is it pricey and we forgot our bathroom baskets and when we picked them up they were completely empty and our guests did not use/take all of it. Overall it is absolutely worth it and we would definitely recommend having your wedding at Ethereal Gardens and huge shoutout again to Natalia - the absolute best coordinator we could ask for!

ridal assistant Kaitlin and my planner Gina. Kaitlin was constantly checking in on us girls and the boys, getting us drinks or anything we needed. She was also so sweet in helping to hold my dress as I was walking and taking pictures so that it wouldn’t get dirty. She was so sweet and attentive.
I like every bride was nervous in trusting people to bring my wedding vision to life and WOW was I blown away at how amazing they did setting up my decor. Their setup crew was phonmenal and not a single thing was misplaced.
Now a moment for the food…the BEST food I have ever had at a wedding. We ended up doing family style and I am so happy we did. The chicken was delicious, the trip tip was so full of flavor and those mashed potatoes were delicious. I can honestly say every one of my guests said the food was the best they have had. Highly recommend doing family style that way your guests get to enjoy everything instead of having to only choose one thing.
The staff was 10/10, every single person was so nice and attentive to me, my husband and our guests needs. My guests especially loved the two female bartenders we had (so sorry I do not recall their names).
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Ethereal has done such an amazing job in keeping up those grounds. My guests could not stop saying how beautiful the venue is and I could not agree more.
Special shoutout to my planner, Gina. She was so organized, professional and genuinely so sweet. She was there from the moment we got to the venue all the way until the end of the night. She was constantly checking in which was so appreciated. Also the one thing I appreciate is that she did not come up constantly asking me questions, if anything went wrong I would have never known because she did not have to ask me anything.
Being in the planning industry myself, I cannot express my sincerest appreciation for Ethereal Gardens, Trademark Venues and their amazing staff. If I could give more than 10/10 I absolutely would! You guys made my dream wedding come true and I am so thankful!

She was so detailed oriented and attentive, which made the planning process feel easy and fun, and she truly brought our dream wedding to life. On our wedding day there was a mixup in days with our donut vendor (so they didn’t show up) and literally within a matter of an hour Bernadette and her team found a new vendor, placed a new order, and even went to go pick up and deliver the 100+ donuts.. they made sure my husband and I knew any hiccups or stresses were taken care of by them so we could just enjoy our day day. They also let us bring our dog which was an amazing perk! The venue is stunning and the Ethereal Gardens team will do everything in their power to make your day is a DREAM - highly recommend! We then had a change in our coordinator for our final planning meeting due to a scheduling conflict and she ended up doing our day of coordination. Her name was Bernadette Monnet and she blew our expectations out of the water! The day of our wedding she handled everything and always made sure things were running smoothly and that we were taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares that your wedding day is special and runs smoothly. We also want to shout out our bridal assistant, Stefanie, who always made sure we had what we needed and was a stress reducer throughout the day. ng that I imagined and more for my wedding. I booked the venue about a year out and worked with Amy Hayashi who was our planner/coordinator that came with the venue. She was so wonderful to work with and made a lot of the process easy and seamless. On the day of she made sure everything we had discussed was set up accordingly, ensured timeline was followed and made sure me and my husband were well taken care of all day.
The trademark staff were also great and very professional.
I can't say enough things about the beautiful venue itself. There are so many options with your ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony under the Woodland Grotto which was what initially drew me to the venue in the first place. It was truly a dream come true. It's been a month and I constantly think of the wedding daily and how I wish I could relive the day. I will let the pictures speak for itself.

Our coordinator/planner Amy was there for us every step of the way in the months leading up to the big day. She is super sweet, very approachable, frequently communicated with us and responded to all of our emails and questions in a timely manner. She was very organized and detail-oriented. We had so much fun picking decor, designs, and food for the big day with their client privilege program and food tasting event. Amy made sure to be in communication with our vendors prior to and during our wedding which was extremely helpful.
On the day of the wedding, EVERYTHING went smoothly because of Amy and the amazing Trademark team, and even if something didn't go according to plan I probably have absolutely no idea because Amy took care of everything. Everyone working at the venue that day brought my wedding vision to life and truly made that day about me and my husband. Everyone constantly checked in on us and our wedding party, offered us water and drinks, made sure we were on schedule, and reminded us to just have fun and soak in every moment. Our wedding was better than anything I could have imagined/planned and it was because of Amy, the Trademark staff, our vendors, and everything in between!!

ony is the most unique venue we could have imagined. Trademark were great to work with. Angel was our wedding planner and was exceptional leading up to the day and also on the day of in ensuring we didn't need to stress. They provide great catering options which took a huge variable out of the equation for us and the bar packages were great as well. They also have a great preferred vendors list which made the vendor selection process simpler for us. If we could have our wedding again, we wouldnt change a thing about the venue. it was perfect and we highly recommend trademark venues and Ethereal gardens as a venue.

It made me feel like I was miss something but the staff at Ethereal Gardens made it so easy for me. Our wedding planner, Amy Hayashi, was fantastic! We couldn’t have done it without her. She was so quick to respond to my hundreds of silly questions. My husband and I would visit the venue when we had the time and we actually ran into Amy a few times and she always took the time to talk with us and walk around to answer more of my many questions. The food is absolutely delicious too!! I had so many of my guests asking for the recipes because they were in love with the food!

She is everything a bride dreams of in a wedding coordinator. She is professional, patient, calm, flexible, and her attention to detail is unparalleled. She thought of things I never would have and communicated thoroughly and frequently throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, Marissa was so calm and collected. She navigated obstacles with our timing and a few guests with ease. She managed our timeline and communicated with vendors to ensure that everything went according to plan. Trademark and ethereal gardens staff executed a perfect event under Marissa’s direction. They managed all of our logistics- vendors, decor, setup, and cleanup seamlessly. We had been living in a newborn fog with our 6 week old baby, and I had 100% confidence that with Marissa leading the way, our wedding would be everything we hoped for. worked with truly did their best to make things smoother for us. Granted, there were a few minor rough patches here and there but in the end it all worked out perfectly. It's definitely not a cheap venue to book, but you do get what you pay for!
One thing I do wish could have been different was I wish we had more time in the girls and guys ready rooms. We both felt like we didn't get to actually hang out in them and had to immediately get dressed and start taking pictures. The guys room in particular is epic but there just wasn't enough time to fully enjoy it. I would suggest allowing the use of those rooms at least an hour earlier than currently. That was the only part of the day that felt a bit rushed.
I recommend talking with your coordinators over the phone or in person rather than email, but either way they are very responsive and helpful! A special shoutout for our coordinator Marissa, who was just a delight to work with and be around. She impressed me so much with how she handled everything. She made sure everything went off without a hitch and on the day made sure my new wife and I were fully taken care of. She brought us food and drinks when we needed them and made sure we got to use our photo booth before it closed. Countless examples of how amazing she was.
Another shoutout to the bartending team who helped make a custom drink we wanted to share with our guests. It was a big hit! Not to mention the venue itself is just gorgeous and our guests were blown away.
Thank you thank you thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

es, we had to postpone our wedding a year from its original date. Our day-of coordinator, Amy, was connected with us from the beginning and always helpful, professional, and excited to work with us to solve potential issues and ensure everything ran smoothly.
The venue is gorgeous. Though the weekend event packages are pricey, there are many key pieces already included that helped alleviate a lot of additional costs & coordination, such as catering and decor (including tables, chairs, flatware, all that good stuff), with some well-designed specialty items that can be rented at an additional fee.
They require you select a DJ from their list of approved vendors, but otherwise you are able to bring in any other vendors you'd like. We loved that many of our vendors had worked weddings at Ethereal before, so they were comfortable with the layout (there's so many different spaces to do things!) and staff coordination. Our day went by without a hitch - Josh and Amy made sure we didn't have to stress about any of the minor details and just enjoy our time with our family and friends. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had and what a cool venue it was!
All in all, we really loved working with the Trademark staff and would recommend Ethereal highly. Thanks, Trademark team!

in love right away! I mean the venue is BEAUTIFUL. Flowers and greenery everywhere! There's also a bridal suite, a separate SALON, and a gentlemen's lounge to get ready in - and they were all decorated SOOOOO cute.
When I started my initial search for wedding venues, I did a lot of cost comparisons in terms of what is included in the package and what things you may need to outsource and estimated how much the total cost of the wedding would be and I truly felt that Ethereal was the best option because they offered a killer package! You really get a lot of value for the price. I mean, they offer farm to table food (which was actually really delicious & all our guests commented on that), furniture (e.g. farm tables, cross-back chairs, etc.), a wedding decor catalog (with some decor included in the package price like the lanterns and geometric centerpieces), a coordination team that works with you throughout the process to build your timeline, review design details, and all that, a bridal assistant on the day of your wedding, and so much more! It was really helpful to have everything basically all inclusive. OF course, you still need to secure your DJ, photographer, florist, officiant, & all of that, but they also give you a list of preferred vendors to help with your search!
The staff at Ethereal Gardens was so easy to work with. We had three different coordination meetings throughout the planning process. Our coordinator was always available to answer any questions that we had over email (and trust me, I had a lot of questions). She was just so helpful throughout the whole process, including the day of the wedding. She really kept things moving according to schedule - as well as the other day-of staff. Everyone was really great to work with. They were friendly and really had the logistics down to a tee, which helped ensure that everything went smoothly and that our guests felt welcomed and knew what to expect/where to go - from arrival to the venue to the ceremony area, from the ceremony to cocktail hour, from cocktail hour to the reception, and even with our grand exit!
Our wedding was absolutely perfect. We had a ton of guests comment on how beautiful the wedding venue was and how good the food was too! I highly recommend this venue to anyone that is looking! You will not regret it!

I remember the day my husband and I stepped foot on the Ethereal Gardens campus. We had already toured a couple of venues, but we hadn’t yet had that feeling of, “this is the one.”...
We drove up the hill with no expectations. As we walked around, we were silent. The beauty had taken our breath away. We thought to ourselves “this has to be too good to be true, no way can we afford this place.” Nonetheless, we decided to meet with the coordinator who was there, Hayley. Hayley, you were the first person we met, and you won us over. You were kind, communicative, and EXCITED FOR US! We had just met you, and you wanted to know everything about our story. Trademark made our budget work with our guest count and we were ready to plan our July 2020 wedding. Then COVID hit. Michelle, you were there to answer my countless concerned emails, calls, and texts. You understood our pain and worked to update us frequently. After rescheduling and having a small wedding during COVID at a family friend’s house, we were still kept in the loop. We knew we wanted to celebrate with our friends and family, at the place that we fell in love with. Meanwhile, we were spoiled with AMAZING client events/date nights that my husband and I got to look forward to every month. Even if we had to miss one, the team made sure to put together a “to-go” kit so we could still have a date night at home. As our anniversary celebration got closer, Amy, our coordinator kept detailed notes about the many changes we had made over the year of planning and re-planning. She was patient, understanding, and friendly to the family and friends she got to meet throughout our planning process. On our “wedding day”, Amy and my bridal assistant were attentive to my needs. They were great about keeping me on my timeline, without stressing me out. They knew it was a day to have fun and celebrate and they made sure that happened no matter what. I truly was able to enjoy my day without knowing about bumps along the way. Trademark truly was a dream come true to work with. And I am so thankful to have been able to celebrate at such a beautiful place. I do and will continue to recommend Trademark venues to my friends that are getting married (even my maid of honor picked a Trademark venue after seeing how amazing it was!) Thank you, to all the staff that made us smile, in the midst of cancellations and postponements, we are forever grateful to you.

Ethereal Gardens is BREATHTAKING! No matter where you walk on the property you are met with gorgeous views and heavenly florals.
When we selected Ethereal Gardens for our wedding...
we did so via FaceTime from over 200 miles away during a pandemic. The first time we got to see the venue in person I had tears of happiness and relief stream down my face. We selected the Grotto for our ceremony and it was like a wedding right out of a fairytale. The food was delicious and everything flowed seamlessly.
All that being said, the day was an absolute success because of the staff and their attentive and friendly attitudes.
The real Rockstar of the day (and most days leading into the wedding) was Emily. Any questions I had during the planning process? Emily had the answer. Freaking out about how to get my elderly Grandmother around the property? Emily handled it. Making sure I was hydrated and eating, Emily. Need a Tylenol, help fluffing my dress, nerves before "I do," all Emily. She is the person you want on your team on your wedding day.
Oh and don't skip the tasting prior to your wedding. It's a super fun date night and the food selection is out of this world!
