Let me start off by saying - besides looking for a venue, hiring a planner was already at the top of my list. I had been a part of weddings where the bride and groom did not hire a planner and the week before the wedding seemed like a mad dash. I am so happy we found Natalie and Tyler! Natalie was so sweet at our first meeting, and had checked off our entire list of qualities we were looking for in a month of planner. Not only were they spectacular on wedding day -Natalie was able to help me find an AMAZING new florist (thank you BAUGhaus!) when my previously hired florist broke our contract just a few months before the wedding. The week before the wedding she helped coordinate all the rain plans, and on wedding day when it did rain, we trusted Natalie and Tyler completely with all decision making, and they executed flawlessly. It was a gorgeous day, as stress free as I could have hoped for and we owe it all to E&R 💕. Thank you so much!

Eucalyptus & Rose was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I did quite a bit of DIY and didn’t want to shoulder family members with the responsibility of setting it up the day of. So we went with the Month-of-Coordination option and it was perfect. Natalie was easy to communicate with, super organized, and very professional. And on the day of the wedding, her and Tyler are just the epitome of calmness. I don’t know how we would’ve done it all without them. It was invaluable having someone support you and cover the details so you and your family can enjoy your day.

Natalie and Tyler were amazing! We really cannot imagine our wedding day without them! They impressed us time and time again with their professionalism, commitment, calm presence, and understanding nature. My husband and I both still talk about how fortunate we were to have them on our team. We forgot to grab our speech, no worries, Tyler grabbed it from the groom’s room last minute and has it at your seat. End of the night, I start to think “oh what about…”,I check my phone, Natalie has a tidy and thoughtful text full of all the random things I just thought of and then some. 🤩 There are a million wonderful things I could say about them both, but I think the most important factor is they took on all the worry and tasks that truly allow the bride and groom to enjoy their wedding day. It’s a beautiful whirlwind of a day, but without these two, I don’t think we could have had the blissful and unforgettable day that we did. We are forever grateful. 🥹 They are living their purpose and it shows!

Natalie and Tyler took SO much off my plate the last month, and I could not have enjoyed my wedding without them! From the first meeting, Natalie took on all the tasks that I had put off or were too overwhelmed to handle or hadn’t finished without a second thought. She communicated with all our vendors and kept me updated regularly, and she even helped finish our seating chart for the venue. She created a timeline that I sent out to our bridal party to keep them on track and even got us a chance to rehearse at the venue when I thought it would be closed the day before! I didn’t think anybody could corral our massive wedding party day of, but everyone was in place and there wasn’t a single emergency that made it to our ears. They were professional, so helpful, provided us fantastic resources way before the month of, and most of all, SO fun and easy to work with! I cannot recommend them enough, and I’ll go as far to say that you shouldn’t even consider the wedding month without them.

I would have given Eucalyptus & Rose 10⭐️ Natalie was a joy to work with leading up to the wedding with check off sheets, organizational items and so many things the average person would never think of. The month of, she was instrumental in organizing plans and vendors. She always answered emails and calls without hesitation and her communication was professional and so kind. She and her husband were amazing the day of and we could have never done it without them. Not only are they wonderful people but also very knowledgeable and professional. Things ran so smoothly the entire process because of them!

My husband and I are so glad we hired Natalie and Tyler as our month-of coordinators for our wedding at Capen House. We knew we were in good hands during the weeks leading up to our wedding, when they took over communications with our vendors (including one that was slow to respond to messages and a source of stress for us). They helped us sort out all the last-minute details and made sure our big day ran smoothly. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and there was rain in the forecast, so they helped us come up with a suitable Plan B, which put us at ease. And here's the best part: My new husband and I were able to enjoy each other's company and spend time with our family and friends who had traveled from near and far away to support us on our wedding day. One of my bridesmaids said I was one of the most relaxed brides she's seen (and trust me -- I'm naturally anxious). We had a great day and made lasting memories with our loved ones. Natalie and Tyler were awesome during the whole planning process beginning a year out up until the day of the wedding. They were so accommodating with emails asking about vendor opinions way before their month of coordination kicked in. During the month of the wedding, we met with Natalie and Tyler and went over all of the wedding details, and I mean every detail. Natalie took care of organizing all the vendor teams and we did not have to send a single coordination email from that point on. For rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Natalie and Tyler were on point working with the DJ on timing, photographers for pictures, and the catering team. Throughout the day of the wedding, we only heard how great and professional Natalie and Tyler were from all of our family and friends. We loved working with them and they did an amazing job making sure our big day went smoothly.

I can’t speak highly enough about Natalie and Tyler. We felt like they were already friends who understood what we were looking for. I’m a procrastinator and didn’t have every aspect planned out and didn’t know what to do when. Natalie’s monthly checklist saved me and kept me from getting overwhelmed. They were always around to help and from the moment she took over during that month of I didn’t have to talk to any vendor. Her timeline and floor plan was incredible and her advice was perfect. They never made us feel pressured to do anything and just explained pros and cons. When my husband decided to change the time a week before she handled it effortlessly and kept me informed every step. And it happened so quick! On the day of I felt so calm, I don’t know if anything went wrong but if it did they handled it and we were none the wiser! She made me feel beautiful while I was feeling self conscious and nervous. They are friendly, calm and so incredibly knowledgeable. By far the best decision we made was working with them. My husband and I had a wonderful wedding where we got to celebrate us and our love with our friends and family and have zero cares in the world all because Natalie and Tyler had it together. I’m sad we don’t get to talk and hang out with them. You will love them!

I am super late writing this review but better late than never lol! I would love to recommend Natalie and Tyler for anyone’s wedding. I originally contacted eucalyptus and rose to have Tyler officiate my wedding and later on, I added on Natalie to help with last minute wedding planning. I could no longer handle all the responsibilities on my own and felt so overwhelmed. I am so glad I went with them! from the start, they put my mind at ease. At the time I lived in NY and we spoke through emails/zoom calls. They always responded quickly and answered all my concerns. I had a few DIY projects that needed some setup for both my ceremony and reception and Natalie’s execution was remarkable. To see my vision come to life was a dream come true! You won’t regret hiring them for your day.

Oh, WOW! What can I say about Natalie and Tyler...they made my wedding day magical. Every detail was perfect, and it's entirely thanks to them. Any situation that arose, Natalie was on it! Not only did she make the day special, she did something that made her a complete Saint in my eyes. We didn't hire a videographer because it wasn't in the budget, so we knew that our wedding ceremony would only afterwards exist in our minds...but not with Natalie around! She took so many little videos of the big moments of the day. My dad seeing me for the first time, which NO ONE else was in the room for, walking down the aisle, the first kiss, taking photos with the photographer and catching funny moments in between pictures, etc. These are things that would have been lost in the memories of time, but thanks to Natalie, we can relive our wedding day anytime we want. I can never thank her enough for that, and for making our wedding day the most dreamy, perfect day that we could have imagined! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, jump off that fence and hire Eucalyptus & Rose! You will not regret it and I can not recommend them enough!

Natalie and Tyler were absolutely phenomenal in helping us plan our wedding! When our officiate had to back out Tyler offered us his services and officiated our wedding! Both of them are so kind and efficient I highly recommend them!

We were recommended Eucalyptus & Rose (Natalie and Tyler) from another bride so we already knew they were excellent from another source. From the beginning Natalie was friendly, kind, and professional. She provided guidance and resources prior to the month of, but really stepped in and took the lead the month of the wedding as per her services. She took over communication with our vendors so we would not have to think about or worry over the fine details. She thought of things only a professional would and that is why you NEED her. She was receptive to our constant e-mails and last minute changes. Our wedding day exceeded expectations and E&R was a big part of that. On the day of we saw their amazing execution, professionalism, and kindness at work. If I had to do this all over I would choose to work with E&R again, with no hesitation.

We contacted Eucalyptus & Rose to help us for our month of needs. From the moment we connected, my wife and I felt instantly better and knew we were in good hands. Natalie was hands on from the start, helped coordinate with our vendors, set up a precise and realistic timeline, and made sure our needs were met. Leading up to the wedding we were having a hard time finding the right officiant for us. Natalie provided a quick and perfect solution, her husband Tyler. We met with Tyler prior to booking, and again, immediate connection. We knew he was perfect for our wedding and our needs. Even with our smaller intimate wedding, things can become very stressful, and planning can seem to become overwhelming at times. We have talked about it, and we truly believe our best decision throughout the entire process was bringing Eucalyptus & Rose on board and giving them our trust to ensure we had our "perfect" day. Natalie and Tyler were spectacular throughout the entire experience, active, responsive. We couldn't have made a better decision, and we truly feel like we have made friends in the process. Working with Eucalyptus and Rose was genuinely one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. My husband and I felt so covered and supported by Natalie and Tyler the month leading up to our wedding. Natalie was completely available to me our entire wedding planning process. She provided extremely helpful month by month checklists for our entire process. The month leading up to the wedding she became the main contact for all of our vendors. Natalie covered everything from small details to negotiating major issues with one vendor regarding an insurance issue. It’s hard to accurately communicate the peace she brought the month leading up to the wedding. Our other vendors loved working with her. They all communicated that she was kind, quick to respond, and very organized. My husband and I got married in Winter Park on 10/2/22. Days before our wedding, Hurricane Ian devastated many parts of Florida, including the Orlando area. The Day Ian hit Orlando (three days before our wedding), Tyler and Natalie drove to our wedding venue in bad weather to assess the damage and see if the power was on. They sent my husband and I videos of the area and helped answer any questions they could. I found out after the wedding that Natalie had proactively emailed all of our vendors and told them not to email or contact me at all regarding the hurricane, because she didn’t want to add to our stress, but to only contact her with hurricane related questions or updates. I am still somewhat in shock over the level Natalie and Tyler fought for and protected my husband and I from any stress they could while they were dealing with their own stress from living in an area hit hard by the hurricane. Knowing what I do now, I would literally change my wedding date if necessary to have Natalie and Tyler as my wedding coordinators. They are kind and fun, but also the strong and professional leaders you need for your planning and wedding day. Also, all of my family and other vendors loved working with them. My brother has already reached out to get their information for a friend’s wedding because he was so blown away by Natalie and Tyler on our wedding weekend. Do not hesitate to hire and work with them. They will be a gift to you and everyone involved in your wedding.

I booked Eucalyptus and Rose about two years out from my wedding, and while it was only month of services, Natalie helped me throughout the entire process. Always able to reach out to vendors, give me advice, and make sure I was on track. We met up about a month out from our wedding, and Natalie made sure everything was planned and that she understood exactly what we wanted for our big day. She reached out to all our vendors, made sure everyone was on the same page, and went above and beyond to make sure going into wedding day we were totally set. As for wedding day….. Natalie and Tyler made sure literally everything was taken care of. Set up, organization, sticking to our timeline, and clean up was taken care of by them. If something went wrong, I have zero idea because they took care of EVERYTHING. When I was told I needed a planner I thought to myself “eh, nah” but now I have no idea how I would have gotten through wedding day without Natalie and Tyler. There are people who do their job for a paycheck, and then there are people who do their job because they truly love it. Eucalyptus and Rose falls into that second category. They are thoughtful, hard working, organized, and all around the best at what they do. We would use them over and over and over. Natalie and Tyler are just great people - if they hadn’t been our planners, they are definitely the type of people we’d easily befriend and want at our wedding anyways.

Natalie and Tyler were absolutely AMAZING!!! We loved having them as our Wedding Coordinators, and they made everything run so flawlessly and smoothly. We had a TIGHT day of schedule along with a larger guest count (about 250), but they were able to pull off the schedule without a problem. They were also so much fun to work with, and we had a lot of guests mention how approachable they were. They are extremely knowledgeable, on top of everything, and organized, and we highly suggest going with Eucalyptus and Rose as your coordination vendor.

Natalie and Tyler were a treasure on my nieces’ wedding day. They made a great team. They met us when we got to the venue (The Acre) on the wedding day with decor and wedding items. The Acre is a large venue with many unique spaces. They understood my nieces vision and set up everything as she dreamed. They checked in with the mother and father of the bride through out the evening. Kept everything running on schedule and took care of any issue that came up. They were fun to work with but most importantly made sure the Bride and Groom had the most magical day and evening.

Wow is all I have to say!!! Natalie was recommended to us by one of our other vendors and it is sooo clear why. She truly went above and beyond to not only make sure everything for our wedding was under control, perfect, and beautiful but also does it with a sense of calmness that really put us at ease throughout planning and the day of. She is SO organized, professional, on top of every detail and our entire day went off without a hitch. We had a ton of moving pieces and parts and she nailed every single one of them. After our wedding, all of our other vendors also said how much they loved working with her too. Our day was beyond perfect and it really is all because of Natalie!! I can not recommend Eucalyptus Rose enough, thank you for making our day everything we dreamed of!!

I don't even know where to begin with how incredibly amazing and essential Natalie & Tyler were to our wedding. They were consistently in contact with us and our vendors leading up to the day of. Natalie helped finalize the perfect itinerary while giving recommendations with her expertise. We had some last minute additions, had to make rain plans, and make some audibles week of and they we're incredibly patient with us and helped relay all of this to our vendors. We seriously would have stressed ourselves out to death without them for that week alone. On the day of, Natalie was familiar with our venue, and ensured that everything went off with a hitch. We even DYI'd a lot of our decorations for our vision and Natalie/Tyler helped unpack the loading van and set up each individual table! You can't find another wedding planner that would go to this level of effort to ensure your vision was made. During the day, she let us know when it was time for cake, or to take photos, etc. We never had to worry about missing anything, so we could just focus on each other and tearing up the dance floor. Plus, they're both just incredibly kind & fun which is just the cherry on top. Seriously, stop looking elsewhere. This is THE wedding planner you're looking for. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

If you are that bride on the fence about whether or not you need a planner/ day of coordinator, there is only one answer and that answer is YES. I'm so glad I decided to have Natalie as my month of coordinator. While planning a wedding is stressful, Natalie is an excellent resource and has been extremely helpful since the moment I booked her. She will check in with you monthly to see how planning is going and will provide insight on what should be done next. A month prior to the wedding, Natalie will step in and become the point of contact for all your vendors and make sure everyone is on the same page with a drafted timeline. Natalie took care of basically everything on the day of the wedding (DIY decor, linen setup, everything set-up and cleanup). I forgot to mention that when you book Natalie you also book her amazing husband, Tyler! The wife-husband combo made sure the ceremony and reception ran smoothly. Everyone will tell you to enjoy your wedding because it will fly by quick and they were not kidding. Natalie and Tyler made sure to remind us to take a break and would bring us a drink in between our photo sessions. Those small gestures meant everything to us and we could not have been happier with how great the wedding turned out to be with their help. There are so many planners to choose from and I chose Natalie specifically from all the excellent reviews posted which are all spot on and hold true. I highly recommend Eucalyptus and Rose.

The BEST!!! Natalie and Tyler made our wedding day play out seamlessly. They helped execute every detail and provided such peace of mind! Natalie was excellent! She was able to work with change, help us make decisions and an overall great human being. It rained during our wedding and she was prepared with 10 back up plans. Was able to assist with random family request and always had a smile.

Natalie and her business was the best decision I made during my entire wedding planning process. I chose the month of planning but I felt supported the whole year! She emailed me every month with a to-do list so I would feel like I was staying on track. Natalie and her husband Tyler were everything we needed! I was on the fence about hiring someone to help on the day of because of our budget. However, it was the best decision we ever made! We had to delay our wedding for a year due to Covid and Natalie was there every step of the way for us. She was so sweet and assured us that it would be ok...and it was! If I ever had any doubts or questions about something, Natalie put my anxieties to rest. My dad is una wheelchair and she made sure he felt comfortable and we made it down the aisle together! I would’ve been clueless the day of and super stressed out but because she and her husband were there my husband and I got to enjoy our time. Natalie made some suggestion that made our night even more special. She suggested one final dance just is two and it was the most emotional part for us. We wouldn’t have thought to take a final moment if it weren’t for Natalie! Do your self the favor to hire this duo! Super sweet and listens to any concerns or questions! They set up my venue beautifully with the minimal instruction I gave them beforehand and were happy to change course at any moment. We had a lot of decor that we didn't have a set plan for and they placed everything creatively and romantically! Natalie was a LIFESAVER! She allowed me to panic email her in the midst of planning multiple times. She always put my mind at ease and helped me through each “crisis”. She was calm and collected. The day of our wedding she had everything in order and had numerous safety pins on deck for each time my bustle broke. Then she sent us a detailed list and recap the night of our wedding so we had everything we needed the next morning. I cannot compliment her and her husband enough. From setting up our venue, her execution of our vision, to the total peace she gave to my husband and I so we could focus on being present in the moment was truly priceless. I have to start this off with saying how incredible Natalie and Tyler are and how blessed I was to have them orchestrate the flow of my wedding. Regardless of how unpredictable 2020 has been, Natalie was the most reliable wedding coordinator I could have asked for. In the days leading up to the wedding she had answers for every crazy question I asked her and was always putting my mind at ease. On the wedding day, Florida’s weather is hard to plan for but when it came time to activate the rain plan and move my out door ceremony inside, she made the entire process seamless. I didn’t have to stress about a single thing because Natalie and Tyler had planned for every possible situation. She had great communications with all my vendors, bridal party, and guests. Hiring Eucalyptus and Rose was by far the best decision for my wedding day.

There is the cliche saying "we couldn't have done it without you". This could not have been any more accurate for our recent wedding, we literally could not have pulled it off without Natalie & Tyler (Tyler ended up becoming our officiant - keep reading). Natalie truly takes over communication with the vendors month of, and seamlessly executes without any worry to the bride or groom. They were there for our rehearsal to make sure our party was ready for the big day! Then came the fun, the wedding day. With rain in the forecast & an outdoor wedding. What was planned for 2 hours of set up, Natalie & Tyler improvised and were still able to set up the most beautiful table settings in record time. Our officiant was traveling in to Orlando from out of town & alerted Natalie that she would be about 75 min late to the wedding. Not to worry, Natalie & Tyler worked with the bridal party to handle the situation and let us know what was happening. Tyler had registered online to become a legal officiant and took the day in stride and stood up there with us, and completed the ceremony flawlessly! The night continued on without a hiccup, all thanks to these two. We truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and we absolutely could not have done it without Natalie & Tyler! If you want your special day to be even more special, pick Eucalyptus & Rose!

We cannot thank Natalie and Tyler enough for their help to make our day so special! She needs to charge more because she was not a month of coordinator, she helped us for 5 months! She had all the answers for any question. The day of was perfect as she coordinated all our vendors, set up EVERY tiny piece of decoration, and made sure everybody was where they should be. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Pay this lady whatever she wants because they are worth every dime! Love you guys!

Alex and I can't thank Natalie and Tyler enough for helping to make our wedding day perfect! We had a pretty long engagement and we were in contact with Natalie from nearly the very beginning. She helped to keep us organized with every detail. I throughly enjoyed her monthly wedding countdown emails. Natalie is so sweet and felt more like a friend. I’d reach out to her for vendor recommendations to sending her pictures of my dress. When our wedding day finally came, everyone around me kept commenting on how calm I was. That's because I had full trust in Natalie and Tyler to execute all of the details. Not only did they execute...... They went above and beyond our expectations! We had so many DIY decorations and I just sent them Inspiration pictures and they seriously turned out even better than we imagined. Eucalyptus and Rose is worth every single penny and will make your planning process so much easier. Natalie and Tyler were THE BEST WEDDING DECISION WE MADE! I will truly miss working with them.

Natalie took a lot of stress off of our plate, which is the expectation of a coordinator. She assisted with the rehearsal, day of timeline and execution, venue floor plan, ordering last minute heaters, placing our personal decorations, and cleaning up at the end. She executed the set up with all my vendors perfectly. She was easy to talk to, and remained completely calm and professional at all times. Her husband came to assist the day of, and he was needed! He made a trip to the store because we ran out of red wine very early. Thank you to you both!

My husband and I just got married exactly a week ago. Natalie and her husband Tyler threw us an amazing wedding. I was so overwhelmed with the entire wedding planning process, and Natalie helped take away all of my stress. Natalie has been amazing! She touched base with me every month counting down to the very big day. She was on top of things and did everything she could so I could relax and enjoy my special day! Esp when there was some hiccups throughout the night, Natalie could sense it and came to my rescue!! With that, she made my night so perfect!!! She will be my recommendation for everything!! She is the absolute BEST!!

From our first phone call, I immediately felt comfortable with Natalie and knew that she would help make my wedding dreams come true! I felt like she was a friend that I had known forever! She was available to chat 24/7 and would bring up items/things that I would have never even thought of. Her and her husband were extremely professional the day of my wedding and handled absolutely everything. I did not have to worry about the vendors or the set up of the venue. Everything was executed perfectly!! I would recommend Natalie over and over again!! :) If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!

Through planning my wedding I always considered highering a day-of-coordinator but due to cost I was always hesitant. When my pastor recommended that we get one during pre-marital counseling that was all the confirmation I needed and I am so glad we did! Natalie was a God sent from the start. Her attention to detail, reliability, and approach made me comfortable leaving our special day in her hands. She also worked with my fiance and maid-of-honors behind the scenes on planning surprises for me that added a special touch. She fine-tuned my vision and partnered with vendors to make it happen. She also organized practice with my crazy bunch of friends and family and made sure everyone knew their role. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch! I felt so relaxed and sure that everything would be okay because I knew Natalie had it covered. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone considering highering a month-of-coordinator!
