She not only set up the flowers but also took care of some of our other decor, including candles and lanterns, which added to the overall ambiance of the venue. While Helen can take a little time to respond to emails, she is incredibly thorough and detailed in phone conversations. She really takes the time to go over every aspect, ensuring nothing is overlooked. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out!

my wedding day. She was like talking to a relative - I felt like we got so close throughout the process. She truly wanted to get to know me and it never felt transactional. As someone who is very detail-oriented, I appreciated her willingness to jump on a call anytime I had questions or wanted to go over anything with her. It truly felt like she had my back/just wanted to execute my vision, all while honoring my budget - which is not something you find in vendors these days! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process (even post-wedding day to check in on me/make sure I was happy with how everything turned out). I cannot thank her enough for all of the work she did leading up to and on my actual wedding day. I am so lucky to have found her!

amazing. The amount of compliments from my guests were outstanding. Also, she went above and beyond making my center pieces, even adding lifts to my lanterns so they weren't covered by the flowers. However, the communication could have been WAY better. I didn't hear from her for months (reached out first about 7 months before my wedding), about a 1-2 weeks before the wedding I had to reach out since I did not hear anything from her. She also missed out first meeting which was a bit stressful. I do not know flowers very well and thought that we would have an in person meeting or maybe a booklet of flowers she works with for reference. Everything was over the phone and a bit confusing as she just spoke quickly about species with limited pictures. However, as mentioned, I am unfamiliar with flowers and did not have a complete idea of what I wanted. I just assumed there would be more communication and have a more visual/hands on approach for how my wedding day would be. I was also not pleased that I had to reach out about 1-2 weeks before my wedding with no idea what she was going to do and then she insisted I make up my mind on things within 2 days of the meeting since she needed to order the flowers. I was a little concerned on what would have happened if I did not reach out to her. She could be more organized, but again, the flowers ended up perfect.

Also very good about making substitutions for flowers that weren’t available due to being out of season. Her arrangements are stunning and she really takes in to account the vision you have and the aesthetic that you want. Overall extremely happy with her work and she’s a very nice person to interact with.
