Here at European Cake Gallery we understand the importance of your wedding day and believe that such an important celebration deserves a very special cake. We take great pride in making each and every one of our wedding cakes perfect for your special day!
All of our wedding cakes consist of 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of fillings. All cakes are iced with whipped cream, and can have white chocolate shavings on the outside.
We offer the following selections:
∙ Black Forest - Our Specialty! - A chocolate cake filled with a light chocolate mousse and whipped cream.
∙ White Bavarian - White cake filled with Bavarian cream and thin layers of raspberry jam.
∙ Carrot Cake - Filled with cram cheese, raisins, nuts and coconut. To ensure the flavor and integrity of our carrot cake, we cannot alter the ingredients.
∙ German Chocolate - Traditional filling of ground walnuts and coconut.
∙ Truffle - Dark chocolate cake with layers of boiled chocolate and cream, similar to fudge.
∙ Gluten "Friendly" Vanilla Ganache* - Vanilla cake with 3 fillings of dark chocolate. *(we are a mixed facility, we do not recommend for celiac)
Take away tasting boxes available for $15 with our 5 main flavors. Gluten friendly may be added as a cupcake for tasting upon availability for $4 more.
