The second we walked into the Eustis Estate we knew it was the perfect wedding venue. It has gorgeous architecture and decor, beautiful gardens, fields, and woods surrounding it - ...
it's so picturesque! The staff were so helpful and kind - Patrick and the day-of staff helped us so much to have our perfect day.
We highly recommend Eustis Estate as a wedding venue. It is absolutely beautiful- both the house itself and the grounds, truly jaw dropping. Our guests were blown away by it. Howev...
er, the best part of holding your wedding at Eustis is working with Patrick, the Functions Manager for Historic New England. When we were reaching out to venues, we understandably received polite, brief replies. After reaching out to Patrick, I ended up speaking to him by phone for 45 minutes. He was warm, funny, and knowledgeable. He gave me a ton of advice on wedding planning, even if we did not ultimately choose a Historic New England property. I was completely won over by the conversation and knew we wanted to work with him. He was incredibly responsive to emails. On the day of the wedding, he was present throughout the day (and until the end of the reception!) to ensure that everything went smoothly and he worked seamlessly with our vendors. Truly, you cannot go wrong booking Eustis or any of the other Historic New England sites.
My husband and I got married at the Eustis Estate in June and we cannot recommend it highly enough! The grounds and building are stunning and provided a beautiful backdrop for our ...
ceremony and reception. Our guests loved touring the inside of the estate and playing games on the lawn during cocktail hour. We felt good about supporting a Historic New England property and hope that we inspired our guests to visit the other properties as well. Patrick, Maura, and the rest of the Eustis staff were wonderful - from organized up-front planning and on-site visits to calming our day-of wedding nerves, everyone we worked with was friendly and professional went above and beyond to make sure that we were cared for and that our guests were having a good time. We are so grateful that we chose Eustis for our special day!
If you are looking for a beautiful estate with history and elegance, Eustis is it! First off, the staff is absolutely amazing. Patrick is friendly and generous with his time. He ma...
de it a very personal experience and always shared pictures with us of recent weddings which got us very excited for our big day. Whenever we needed something, he made himself available right away. His experience with weddings, made him the best person for the job! He paid attention to details and was consistently by our side, keeping everyone organized and making difficult decisions (I.e. decisions impacted by rain). He kept his eye on the weather radar and coordinated with the caterers to make sure everything ran smoothly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Eustis, providing us with unique tours each time we visited. I feel so thankful to have had Patrick there to help plan our special day. We wouldn’t have wanted anyone else but him! His right hand man, Jake, was also very helpful and considerate throughout the whole day. The venue is absolutely incredible, with exquisite details in the interior and had the beauty of the grounds. We had a variety of places to take pictures, both inside and outside. The facilities inside the estate and at the visitors center made it easy for people to access the bathroom. The tent looked amazing on the back lawn, surrounded by the beauty of the grounds. Everything about Eustis makes it a beautiful place for a wedding or any event, large or small. We can’t wait to come back to visit. It is truly a special place!
I am SO happy we got married at the Eustis! Not only did it fit our vision of getting married at a beautiful historic home near Boston, but the team was amazing.

eetest, most knowledgeable person and so easy to work with. Patrick actually helped us tour several Historic New England sites prior to choosing the Eustis and he was so helpful in talking through the potential flow of an event. He is so passionate about the homes and weddings alike!
The Estate and grounds are beautiful and all of our guests raved about how gorgeous the whole event was. Given we had about 100 people, we had a wedding on the lawn, cocktail hour in and around the house, and the reception in a tent out back. This made for the most amazing flow and beautiful photos.
On top of all of this, it was so nice to know that the price of the rental was mostly going back towards additional historical restoration projects.
You will have the best time working with Patrick and an amazing event if you choose the Eustis Estate!
The Eustis Estate is a gorgeous place to hold a wedding. The estate is situated on beautiful grounds in a quiet, peaceful area right outside of Boston. The Estate is truly somethin...
g to marvel at! They New England Historic Society did a wonderful job preserving the house.
The bride and her bridesmaids get ready in the old nursery, while the groom and his groomsmen get dressed in the library. Super cool!!!
Since the estate is now a museum, it adds an extra element to your wedding or event! Guests can walk through the house and feel as though they are being transported back in time. All the furniture is a reflection of the homes era.
It is a great idea to have cocktail hour at the house, then have your reception out in the yard under a tent.
They have brand new bathrooms out by the tent which is really convenient and the perfect modern touch.
Costs add up quickly though. The venue is very reasonable in their reservation costs, however, you have to hire your own tent, caterer, and rentals and this adds up VERY quickly. They only allow two tent companies, Sperry, and PEAK. Both companies are way over priced and very difficult to deal with. The tent companies were actually the only thing we hated about planning our wedding at the Eustis.
However, if you get to plan with Patrick, you are in luck! He helps you through your entire planning process. He is super kind and helpful and will help you with any advice or help you may need. He is so encouraging and inspiring. Wedding planning, especially during COVID, is extremely stressful, but Patrick was always there to offer support and encouragement. He would often send me pictures of beautiful Eustis weddings and kind notes to lift my spirits. We were so thankful for him!
Patrick makes the whole process so wonderful and amazing. He helps you to stay centered and focused on what the wedding is really about and how beautiful it will be. He is a rock and he genuinely seems to care about your event!
Highly recommend the Eustis Estate for your beautiful estate wedding!!!
