ckluster. I filed a complaint with the BBB, to shich Bischoff responsed to BBB with three inaccuracies: 1. They stated I complianed of money missing (never happened), 2. They said same money was taken from my office (I never complained about money stolen for anywhere on Bischoff property), 3. They said I accused a Bischoff employee of taking said money (again, there was no such complaint). When the BBB response was addressed with Bischoff's office team member, Jessica. She stated, somehow the BBB must have errored in posting Bischoff's response. And moved off the subject. This is the same employee who took my complaint in October 2025 of missing items from a storage room who asked for time to look into the matter...NOTE: Never did I use the words stolen or money, nor did I accuse anyone of removing the items. Now, we are four months later and she says she forwarded my complaint to others at Bischoff for review. This is a pass-the-buck move. Basically, besides owning and managing a property with leaky roofs, missing exterior trim, illfitting interior doors, odorifous interiors, and stained flooring, they (in my case) provided untruths to the BBB in representing my complaint, have failed to respond to my communication regarding my complaint as they stated, and take ownership to nothing but getting their rent. I wish I could speak positive of this company, but I can't and won't. I would not rent here if I knew what I know...hindsight. Anyone who rents from them, good luck. I hope your experience is better than mine has been.
