The evalyn & co team beyond exceeded our expectations with wedding photos. We fell in love with our engagement pictures but it didnt even compare to the way we felt about our wedding gallery. They made us feel so comfortable, they were very attentive and always checking in, flexible, and way more affordable than most. We got so much for our money but the most important part is the quality of the pictures that we will hold onto forever. Everyone is loving them and raving about how good they turned out! They did an amazing job and we could not be more happy that we chose them to do our pictures!

When we hired Channa I believe I had 2 expectations. I wanted good quality shots, that I knew no one else could get and I wanted professionalism and low stress on my wedding day. I got one of the two. Channa gave me decent pictures. Family formals were taken on a hillside with the sun behind us and many were blurry. Aside from that we got some decent shots of a first look and my bride with her family. With regards to her professionalism. Channa approached us mid wedding. Just myself and my bride 5 minutes before being introduced into the reception. She wanted to complain about other people at the wedding taking pictures. No one was confrontational, or ever in the way. Mother of the groom used to be a professional photographer and Channa let her ego get in the way. When pressed for more information about what exactly was said, Channa couldn't give us a decent answer. Channa didn't want to be at the wedding we hired her for and she made that clear. Throughout the process we were told to ignore emails, contracts disappeared, and a lot of promises were not met. Every phone call I heard Channa sounded like she was running around her house. I get everyone has busy lives but from a professional standpoint this got exhausting. Were the pictures good? Some shots were unique and captured the moment from an angle no one else could have got. That's what we paid her to do. Would I hire Channa again or recommend her to friends? A wedding is stressful, the last thing you should worry about is your photographer. Channa and her candor were the only bad thing that day.

Channa and her staff’s overall unprofessionalism is enough for me to never recommend her for a Wedding. I was very clear that we had things that were important to us, such as 2 shooters, family formals, pictures of our two kids, and ceremony pictures. The pictures were okay. There were some blurry and out of focus shots, but overall the photos were okay. Channa was able to capture other moments that no one else was able to, because this is what we hired her to do. However, the second shooter was little to no addition because they did not split up to capture separate moments such as girls getting ready and boys getting ready, which was promised to me. I did all my research and budgeting based on Shepard & Grace, I signed contracts, was made promises under Shepard & Grace and Channa. Without being notified, all my future contracts and contacts were through Evalyn & Co. and all my previous contracts through Shepard & Grace were deleted. In the package that we purchased included a boudoir shoot. I was told that another mini session that I did and paid for was going to be my “included” boudoir session. I was not given this choice, and if I were I would NOT have chosen this. Hair and makeup was also included in the package I chose if I went with her person, which I did. I then had to have an awkward conversation with the hair stylist because she didn’t know Channa promised this. The day of my wedding, regardless of filling out her documents of photo cues and picture locations I was bombarded with questions of what and who to photograph next. Channa provides little to no direction. Channa also took the time to find my new husband and me while we were having some quiet time before walking into our reception for the first time and told us some fabricated story about how our family was telling Channa to put her camera away because Channa’s camera wasn’t as nice as someone else. After this, I had no words. Once we asked Channa who it was so we could fix this, she was unable to provide a name or an accurate description. End of story, Channa let her ego get in the way and got upset because a mother was taking pictures of her first born son on his wedding day, when the photographer was not even in sight or activity taking pictures of us. I feel that all anyone talks about from my wedding was how rude and unorganized the photographer was, and not how beautiful of a day it was. Please, save yourself a headache and do not choose Channa or Evalyn & Co. as your photographer.

The pictures were beautiful and I received them back so fast!! I hate getting my pictures taken and Channa made it so easy and fun!

Amazing is all we can say about them! Their attention to detail insured our special day was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, they even fixed decor destroyed by the weather before taking pictures. Channa was patient with me when I had lots of questions and was calm even when I wasn’t . Thank you for the beautiful pictures, we now have something we can cherish of our wedding day, forever.

We contracted with Channa of Evalyn & Co. for our wedding as she came highly recommended by co-workers who had used her services for their own families' special events. Channa and her crew were top-notch! They were professional while still being warm and attentive. They took very good care of the wedding party, putting everyone at ease with their friendliness, helping with little details along the way and capturing precious moments on camera as the day progressed. We were so pleased with the pictures we received. The digital shots were ready and available to us within a few days of the wedding! The artist's eye was evident in the photos that were taken. Channa and crew did an excellent job considering the lighting. We shot in daylight, at dusk, and indoors where some rooms were bright and full of light, and even in dim light for our Christmas wedding ceremony. She did a superb job capturing my groom and I on the city streets as well with Christmas lights in the background, at sunset, and on the waterfront which were our main areas of concern since the lighting in those situations is more challenging. I highly recommend Evalyn & Co. She has developed a very good reputation and is able to deliver above and beyond expectations. She is creative, attentive, and fun! We are so blessed to have had Channa and crew as our photographers. They have earned a place in our hearts and we will continue to use Evalyn & Co for our future family events. Thank you Channa! The team at Evalyn and Co. were amazing. I felt so flustered before they arrived but they swooped in and already had a great handle on what and where to shoot. The team was extremely professional and friendly, I'm glad we booked them for our wedding. Channa was also extremely communicative during the editing process and we received our photos with such a quick turn around.

Evalyn and Co. was the perfect choice to help capture our special moments!! Channa was great to work with and so very detailed and knowledgeable about every single step along the way! Channa herself was able to take my fiancé and I's photographs for our engagement session! She suggested Klondike Park and it was the perfect place to capture such beautiful photos! Leading up to our big day we had two other photographers working with Evalyn & Co., Rebecca and Alex, there to capture our wedding at the Piazza Messina. Channa was able to put them in the loop about all our wedding details, needs, and wants! I was a little apprehensive the day of our wedding as it was raining all morning long and I had soon realized I had not thought to ask about a Plan B with photos. I messaged Rebecca and she replied back quickly with specific indoor photo ideas that pertained to the venue itself should the rain continue. Rebecca and Alex were great to work with and the photos they took are incredible and captured our big day perfectly!! Not to mention the patience and kindness they showed along the day!! We are so thankful to have had Channa, Rebecca, and Alex to capture moments that we will look back on and treasure forever!!

On my Wedding Day Channa and her team were awesome! They captured our Joy and Happiness as well as all the Love! Channa was very easy to work with and really gave me all the relaxing feels needed to help my day run smooth. I love how my pictures turned out and love reliving my day every time I look at them! Our photographer canceled an hour before we were supposed to start taking pics for our wedding. Evelyn & Co Photography was able to get there quickly and take some amazing shots of our Wedding. Thank you so much for saving the day and taking beautiful pictures for us to remember our big day!

My husband and I had never had professional photos captured of us before and were nervous going into our engagement session. Cash and Kristen made us feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole session. We received our engagement collection so promptly and were blown away by how beautifully they captured us! Fast forward a year and we received the same amount of professionalism, ease, and fun on our wedding day! Channa and Cash are amazing to work with and again we are blown away by the amount of beautiful and special moments they were able to capture for us on our wedding day. Channa was an absolute joy to work with from our engagement session to the big day. She truly has a talent for capturing one's personality in her photos. Our wedding was basically all outdoors and it rained most of the day. Channa and her team worked so hard in challenging conditions to make sure we had beautiful photos. Channa was amazing from the get go! I am so very happy I chose her and her team to be our photographer for the big day! Although my husband (I get to say that now!) and I are HORRIBLE about having our photos taken, Channa made sure to make us feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. The turnaround time for photos and her response rate was impeccable; not to mention the photos turned out amazing!! Another big plus was that I got to keep digital copies of every photo (instead of having to choose favorites). She has a great personality and was immediately liked by all in the wedding party (which is important since most of our day was spent with her). We were blown away with our experience with Channa & her team! From our engagement shoot to our wedding to the photo booth.... everything was more than we could have imagined. Channa was always available to talk ideas and venues; she always knew just how to get the perfect shots. I felt comfortable with her from the moment we FaceTimed with her and she made our experience seamless even when planning from out of state. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Evalyn & Co was fantastic during the entire wedding planning process. They were extremely easy to get ahold of before the event while in the planning stages. They made sure that every request we made was attended to. They captured tons of great pictures and beautiful moments of our wedding day. We would recommend them to everybody!

Channa and her associate were easy to work with. They were on time for the wedding, they were traveling an hour away in the winter. We appreciated this because it was Important for my husband and I to feel like everything was running smoothly on our big day. They got good pictures without us noticing that they were there. I was impressed the angles they caught. They used the landscape well and got some good pictures with lightening, our family and friends enjoyed them.

LOOOOOOVVVVEEEEEEEEEE my wedding photos! Channa and her team were a dream to work with, and my only regret is not booking them for a longer period of time. I am not a creative or very artistic person, so it was nice to be able to put so much faith into Channa, she knew how to work with our large group and the photos are so fun and beautiful. The personality and spirit of the day were really captured by the team, I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a photographer. I know who I will use in the future!

Channa and her team have been wonderful to work with. We had a beautiful fall engagement shoot (included with the package), and the photos turned out so great! She had them back to us really quickly too! We were able to view and download photos from an online gallery which was super convenient. On our wedding day last week, Channa was so flexible with making the most of our short amount of time. There were two photographers plus an assistant to capture every angle! We are so excited to see the photos - I have no doubt they are gorgeous!

Channa Brouk Photography did an amazing job with both our engagement and wedding photos! Our engagement session was included in the wedding package and Channa took really great photos of us with our two dogs which is no easy task!!! In the time leading up to our wedding Channa was always quick to respond via email and she sent us a questionnaire and timeline to make sure we got all of the photos we wanted. Corri and Matt did our wedding day photos and we were so impressed with their professionalism and all of the stunning photos they took! Channa and Cori were amazing!! They worked with us throughout the entire planning process to get exactly the shots we wanted on our wedding day. She was there to get pictures of my bridesmaids and myself getting ready, which was important to me. Cori was able to get some awesome shots of the groom and groomsmen before the wedding, which worked out perfectly with our timeline. We were married at the Old Stone Chapel on Main Street St. Charles and they utilized the beauty of it, inside and outside, for fantastic photos. They also brought great ideas for our fun wedding party shots at Frontier Park in St. Charles. She had our pictures to us very quickly, and they looked GORGEOUS!! Could not say enough positive things about her!Thank you so much!!

Channa did a great job, my wife and I were very happy about the finished product. The picture quality is excellent and she is very prompt with her editing of the pictures. For us she had them ready under a week. She then sends them in a convenient link so you can download your own, and she also offers printing. All of which was very important to us. It was nice to be able to brag about our wedding and show some of our pics already. We had a few grandparents that could not make the trip from out of state, so it is nice to be able to send them the pictures. She makes your feel comfortable, we would definitely recommend.

We booked Channa Brouk for our July wedding and the pictures turned out AMAZING! There are a few that I swear could be on the cover of a magazine! We actually had three photographers at one point in the day, as Channa herself was out of town in the morning and came by for a while to meet with the two photographers we were working with in the morning. All three photographers were very friendly and worked with our suggestions while using their own eye to capture some wonderful moments. Matt was especially fun to work with, and captured some really great pictures of the guys as well of some beautiful shots of Bryan and I. Our pictures were also back to us in less than two weeks. A great value for your money! I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

Channa did such an amazing job on our engagement, bridal, and wedding photos. She is great to work with and very flexible. The additional photographers are wonderful too. Overall, I have only positive things to say about Channa.

Seriously, if you're looking for a great photographer, stop right here. Channa is awesome. First of all, she's really affordable. When I was looking for photographers, everyone seemed so expensive! Channa offers a great affordable package which includes an engagement session too. We had gotten pictures done a while back when we first got engaged so we didn't really "need" an engagement shoot, but I'm so glad we did it. Channa was so personable and fun. It felt like hanging out, taking pictures with a friend. She and Corri were great at the wedding too. They have a great eye and took pictures that, in the moment I thought, oh no this won't look good with us. But those were some of my favorite pictures. Honestly though, it was hard to pick favorites. I went through our album and "favorite-d" a ton. They really rolled with us in the moment and had great ideas. We got our pictures (both engagement and wedding) back soooo quickly. Overall this was a great experience. I hope to use Channa in the future and would definitely recommend her!

Update: Channa did an amazing job on our wedding! Her pre wedding questionnaire was so inclusive that I knew ahead of time that she would capture every shot that we wanted. She was flexible and answered all of our questions quickly and promptly. It was easy to reach her. She was there from the start while us ladies were getting ready to the end of the night. Corri, her second photographer, was there with the groom once he started to get ready. She captured many other shots that I know turned out great. She also saved the day and double checked the ring boxes that I had given the best man, one was my earring box! Channa made everyone feel comfortable and I knew she was able to capture everyone's personality on the day. I cannot imagine our day without her being a part of it. She did an amazing job on our engagement photos so I know that our wedding photos will turn out amazing. I am so excited to see our pictures. Her packages are affordable and the final product is amazing! Engagement: We just had our engagement session with Channa. She did an amazing job capturing us, even my fiancé who doesn't always like getting photos taken. She takes a lot of different shots and poses so you end up with a great variety, you can tell she knows what she is doing. Having the engagement session prior to the wedding is great too, gives both parties a chance to get to know each other. She responds to messages quickly, which I loved. She has a very comprehensive questionnaire for your wedding day. And our wedding photos were ready for download in just a few days.

My fiancée and I had our Engagement pictures taken with Channa Brouk Photography and they turned out wonderful! Channa was amazing and knew exactly what I was looking for. We had the pictures taken on Saturday and everything back to us by Sunday evening. Great turn around time! Channa takes time and doesn't rush her pictures. Highly recommended!

We where very please with our choice to hire Channa to photograph our wedding. Most if not all the pictures where great and we loved how much more down to earth and friendly she is. Her prices where much more budget friendly.
