He asked us tons of questions and really took the time to get to know us beforehand to ensure our day went smoothly and exactly how WE wanted! Not to mention, he was bossy in the best kind of way! Haha! If you trust him and his eye, he may ask some weird stuff from you but I always obeyed and I don't regret it! Those ended up being some of my favorite pics! He's awkward like that, and I wouldn't have it any other way! My favorite part about his work is how true his photos are to the moment. They're absolutely gorgeous, but not in a fake, posed, magazine-cover way. In a true, real way; he actually captures memories and moments! I've never felt so beautiful, but I still felt like me. I've never known anything like it. If you're looking for a wedding photographer, remember that your wedding will be a whirlwind and the only part of that crazy day that will last is your spouse and your pictures. I'm so glad Evan captured all our memories for us!! In short, GET EVAN.

We communicated quite a bit leading up to the wedding so that he knew he had every detail covered. I felt completely confident that he would capture all the shots that were important to us. We opted for a "phone free" reception and relied solely on Evan to capture these important moments, and they turned out beautifully, we have great tangible memories to grace our home for our lifetime. Evan quickly grasped bits of our personalities from our engagement session and was able to create a volume of photos from our wedding that really reflect us as a couple. nd traveling around mandarin and all the way into downtown Jacksonville. Shortly after booking he sent us a questionnaire to get to know us as well as what type of pictures we wanted. Evan was such a calming presence on my wedding day and I enjoyed him when he photographed my maid of honors wedding as well. He arrived early and stayed until the very end. I LOVE that he usually does a sneak peak with his favorite picture the day of the wedding. He uploaded a picture around midnight even when our wedding ended around 10pm. The picture looked like it was straight from a bridal magazine. The pictures turned out very well and I will cherish them forever. Thank you Evan!!!

uction. Evan was fantastic from day 1. He made the whole process devoid of stress as he chatted with us on Skype multiple times prior to the wedding. In addition, he arrived a day early to Lakeland to do a walk-through of the venues and chat with us before the craziness that is the day of. He was super flexible with the timing, the locations of things, and our shot list. He went above and beyond from the moment he arrived, and the final product was spectacular!! The pictures captured all the aspects of our day better than we could have wished. One thing we thought was really special was how between the ceremony and reception Evan told my now husband and I to take some time for just the two of us, instead of sitting for more photos. We hadn't expected this, but really appreciated those few private moments. Thank you Evan!
