I could give him 10 stars. He is truly a consummate professional in the Wedding Business. He helped us and guided us thru the entire process. We hired him over a year ago and was always available every time we called him. He had all of my guests up and dancing all night long and his musical choice was way beyond what we expected. We told Evan that we simply wanted to have a lot of fun and to play a good variety and that he did. At the end of the evening, we had a private last dance which he suggested and it was such a magical moment. We also just received our photos back from him and once again, his Photographer delivered way beyond what we expected. His photographer captured so many special moments that we will remember for a lifetime. Evan's Photobooth was the best thing that we could have done. Our guests loved it and it was a huge hit as well. Lastly, Evan also ministered our wedding. His heartfelt wedding vows were way more than we could have asked for. They had so many heartfelt words, that a lot of our guests were in tears. In closing, I would highly recommend Evan for all your wedding needs. His 47 years of experience truly shines as he is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.....As a side note, we had two couples that were engaged at our wedding and they were amazed at everything that he did so much that they both booked him that same evening and now they will be able to have the ultimate experience. The on site reception venue was made into a magical room with Evan providing up lighting, a photo booth, a digital registry and entertainment that kept everyone on the dance floor. From beginning to end, Evan was there every step of the way helping the bride and groom plan their unique wedding shortly after their engagement, fielding phone calls months prior to the event and meeting with them a few weeks before to go over everything. Best of all, the day of the wedding Evan and his staff arrived early and checked in several times ensuring we were on schedule, if we had any questions or needed anything. Evan’s many years of experience and knowledge of the local venue and its staff is astounding. We so appreciate the stress free day knowing Evan and his staff were in charge on my daughter’s wedding day and we could enjoy every second of this very special day.

l he loves what he does and each wedding is important to him. He gave us great advice and encouraged us to be ourselves to make our wedding day personal and memorable. Evan was very professional and was able to guide us and our wedding guests through the night so it ran seamlessly. The music was perfect and kept the dance floor busy all night. He was able to pick up on our cues and adjust to the party’s vibe. Evan was also the officiant for our wedding and he came in clutch with a back up of our vows when the maid of honor forgot the vow book. He knew how to over prepare and was extremely organized. He has multiple options for the length of the service and we loved everything he said. We can’t thank him enough!

h we were very excited! He did a great job with hooking up the microphone and sound system for the ceremony for our officiate which he charged an extra $100 to do so. However, durning the reception we could not hear the music very well under the tent on the dance floor. I believe he moved locations from where we had originally planned for him to setup due to the weather as it had rained on and off earlier in the day, I would like to say but I really wish we could hear him better. Many guests told me they didn’t even see or hear the cake cutting or knew it took place as they never heard it being announced, I had other guests wait to be called to the buffet never hearing their table being called up. My day of coordinator had asked him to play one more song and he said no as it would put him over his time limit. We were supposed to have a last dance song under the tent as our guests line up for the sparkler send off but unfortunately we were unable to hear that either. I was surprised as I read through his reviews prior to booking and all seemed really good and we were excited to book him! That’s why I decided to share my honest experience. Maybe I just got him on an off night, not sure but it was our wedding night one that we will remember the rest of our lives!

s got to be the most perfect, cost effective wedding bundle in the market today. His photographer, Amy, is a wonderful talent with a great attitude, skill, and work ethic. We had a great time getting to know her and she was able to produce some very impressive photos. Not only is Evan an extremely talented wedding planner & officiant, but his DJ skills are incredible - in a true professional fashion, he has an ability to read the crowd and mix in songs that will keep them going all night long. Evan spends the necessary time with you before the wedding, getting to know you and building a relationship with you and your partner, and that effort really shows during the event. At our wedding, we were able to completely let go of all stress related to the event and just enjoy our night, and I can say with absolute certainty that it was due to Evan Nine and his ability to take charge of timeline execution, his musical talent, his ability to cater to your music taste, and his overall professionalism and understanding of wedding planning. We used The DJ, Mirror Photobooth, The Uplighting (Absolutely Gorgeous) The Wedding Officiant, and his Photographer. Every one of his people that work with his company was more than willing to reschedule for our new date and we were so fortunate and happy for this. Our wedding was a very special themed wedding and we requested that certain songs be played thru out the evening to go with our theme and Evan came thru on his promise just like he said he would. All those theme based songs plus what he played on his own made for the perfect evening. The Mirror Photobooth was a HUGE HIT at our wedding. No one had seen anything like this before. We saw this at a Bridal Show that Evan and his team were at and I had to have it and my guests were very entertained by it. His uplighting really set the tone of the room for the evening with his color choice as well. Lastly, I can not tell you how happy I am with our wedding photos. Evan's wedding photographer was so on point and paid alot of attention to detail throughout the evening. She was perfection at its best just like the rest of Evan's team. We hired him to provide his DJ Service, Mirror Photo booth, Wedding Officiant, and Photography. We also asked him about uplighting and that was also something that we received from him which I am very glad that we did as it made the room look spectacular. ginally booked, we were told by our planner, who had worked many events with Evan in the past, that we would receive a special discount since we booked her through our venue. I let him know from the very beginning she was our planner and where our event was being held. He originally quoted me $3,295 for the ceremony, reception, up lights, and mirror photo booth, which was almost triple the amount our planner said it should be. I asked for a price without the mirror photo booth and he quoted $2,295. When I notified our planner, she spoke with him and almost minutes later I was notified by Evan that he can do the ceremony, reception, and up lights for $1,200, using his assistant Russ. He apologized and stated he didn’t realize we were working with her and he gave us his Bridal Expo pricing and also gave us a discount since I am a first responder. Evan was very professional from start to finish and answered every single text/ phone call and questions we had. A few weeks prior to the wedding we spoke over the phone in regards to our must have songs and the timeline. We were notified our must have list would take up the entire reception and we were okay with that. Come wedding day, Russ and his assistant never introduced themselves to us, the music was very low during our entrance and a few songs in the beginning, and we believe there were technical issues as 3 other songs were started and ended before our reception entrance song started. Russ informed my sister that he didn’t have enough songs to cover the reception (including the fact we were an hour off schedule due to our coordinator) and that he didn’t know what to play. We hadn’t gotten our meals yet and I recognized he started playing our must have dance songs. I asked Russ if he could play other music until it was time for us to be on the dance floor and he did that without any flaws and got the guests up and dancing. As soon as our 5 hours was up, Russ and his assistant immediately started breaking down their equipment without a second to spare. We personally didn’t feel we had the greatest wedding experience overall and there was a disconnect from us and the DJ. I recommend to anyone in the future if you book a DJ to make sure it’s them coming to the wedding and not an assistant.

Evan's professionalism was more than I could have asked for and he made sure to go over every detail with me in advance and reassure me that everything would be perfect.
