Working with Evan on our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular. From his quick responsiveness, to pre wedding planning and venue walkthroughs with him, to the way that he just made my new husband and I feel so comfortable on wedding day - we knew he had it and could trust him to capture this day so perfectly. We even had a small changeup of the backdrop of the venue that would affect some of the photos, but he so easily adapted. When we got our photos back, his photography demonstrates his experience with the camera. Our portraits were natural and light and FUN, the family pictures were simple and efficiently done, and the dancing/speech photos caught the emotion of the night perfectly. None of the photos felt posed or forced whatsoever, and Evan was willing to capture whatever shot you might request. I would 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a wedding photographer to speak with Evan if you're in the Carolinas.

We could not ask for a better duo to capture our engagement session, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and entire wedding ceremony and reception. Their professionalism, promptness, sincerity, and consistently positive attitude makes Evan and Gabi such a joy to work with. Not only did they excel in capturing the essence of each event with every shot but their editing style is so stunning and unique. Exactly what we hoped for and more than we could have dreamed of. Most of all, they made sure to get to know us as a couple and somehow knew exactly how to highlight our personalities through the lens. Throughout our entire weekend we kept hearing comments from guests at how wonderful Evan and Gabi were and how they were always prepared to capture the perfect shot. They are a truly talented pair that any couple would be lucky to work with.

Evan took our vision and ran with it, creating the most beautiful images and capturing everything with such an impressive artistic eye. He cares so much about his craft that he even threw in film and polaroid shots (something we REALLY wanted, but it was not in the budget). My husband doesn't love being in front of the camera, but he has never felt more at ease. Evan is not only endlessly talented as a photographer, but he's a wonderful mix of professional and cool, calm, and collected.
