One of the standout aspects of working with Evanelle Vineyards was their exceptional communication. They coordinated seamlessly with all of our other vendors, which removed so much stress from the planning process. They also provided excellent recommendations for additional vendors, all of whom upheld the same high standards of quality and reliability. It was clear that they worked closely with their partners to ensure a cohesive and worry-free experience.
The venue offers an impressive number of services and amenities included in the rental, and any additional items we needed were incredibly easy to add on. They provided security and bartending services, further streamlining the logistics and allowing us to focus on enjoying our day rather than managing details. Their attentiveness and organization were evident at every step—Evanelle truly excels at ensuring all stakeholders are informed, prepared, and supported.

I love this venue! From attending weddings, country concerts and movie nights, Evanelle puts their visitors first and is always so accommodating! I’ve had such fun and memorable moments at Evanelle and I can’t wait for all the new memories to come! The sunsets are stunning and parking is so convenient! The owners and staff are so kind and pay so much attention to detail in all areas and it really shows! I’m so grateful for a venue that feels like a little piece of luxury and elegance in our Central Valley!

Your first impression of the venue will be the breathtaking exterior, designed to make you feel like you're stepping back in time. You will have 5,000 square feet of space for your ceremony and reception, along with an outdoor patio for a scenic cocktail hour. Its large barn doors open up to the chic interior, which features a spiral staircase, sophisticated lighting, and natural wood floor. Up to 450 guests can partake in the custom-made, 19-foot-wide bar area, available with an array of wine, beer, and mixed drink options. The dedicated staff will be ready to make your dream come true, and care for your various needs. Onsite caterers can make your reception dinner memorable with anything from delicious buffets all the way to beautiful plated dinners. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, both inside and out. The beautiful scenery created a magical atmosphere for our special day. What really set Evanelle Vineyards apart was the team. They were not only helpful but also genuinely kind and easygoing. From our very first meeting, they treated us like family, taking the time to understand our vision and even helping us find local vendors that fit our budget.
On our wedding day, the team made sure everything ran smoothly. We didn't have to worry about a thing; they handled every detail and continued to check in with us throughout the night. We're also touched by their thoughtfulness—at the end of the evening, they gave us a gift to commemorate our wedding. This gesture made our special day even more unforgettable and meaningful.

door ceremony services and indoor reception. Little did we know there was a new hidden gem in Madera that would have literally everything we were looking for. The exterior and landscaping of Evanelle Vineyards is so beautiful and has so many picture perfect moments. The interiors are so grand and tastefully done with beautiful modern finishes that was the perfect backdrop for our wedding dreams.
Not only was the venue perfect but the customer service and attentiveness of working with Lauren and the Evanelle team only added to our satisfaction. Lauren was so easy to work with and was super flexible. We loved how they were so accomodating to any request, for example we wanted a specific champagne to be served and she delivered on the request. We wanted a circular ceremony and Taylor and the Evanelle team delivered to make the setup happen. They are miracle workers and can do anything.
We also can't forget that they use the Painted Table which absolutely blew us away with the food. Their presentation for our charcuterie table and level of customer service left our guests in awe and vocalized a Five Star review for food alone. We used Vanessa from the painted table as our wedding coordinator, per Lauren recommendation and that was the best decision we could have ever made. Vanessa was absolutely a dream to work with and made our vision come to life. The attention to detail was unimaginable and really took care of everything that allowed us to be stress free. WE are forever grateful to Evanelle Vineyards and Painted Table team for really giving us the BEST DAY ever. They get a Five Star recommendation from us for the best wedding venue.

When first planning our wedding, we had a checklist for what out venue needed. Picturesque, lots of parking, could accommodate our 250 guests, near an international airport, hotels...
nearby, included clean up and set up, and a little secluded to give our wedding some privacy. Evanelle Vineyards checked all those boxes. Besides logistical matters, ultimately what made Evanelle the perfect venue was that it served as the most wonderful backdrop to our special day. And there was an amazing staff to make that day magical. There were lots of little bumps in the road but Lauren was very responsive and helpful. Our guests had a wonderful time and we wouldn't change a thing of our day. Thank you Evanelle Vineyards for hosting us and making it a day to remember.

id an incredible job maintaining active communication regarding what they could and could not do. My wife and I also live outside of the area, so despite only being able to see the venue once, the communication and partnerships we had through this venue made the entire planning of our wedding simple. Honestly, it helps if you go in with little to no fixated idea because the insight Lauren provide is pretty helpful, especially if you have no idea what to do. Most importantly, Lauren worked hard to help us plan a fantastic experience while staying within our budget. She did not upsell nor pressure us to go in a direction we were not comfortable with and always communicated when needed.
In addition, the vendors we found through Lauren were just amazing, especially her florist Mimi who undoubtedly is the best florist in the game, with an impeccable eye for design! I will note that the communication with the catering company was sometimes not the best. However, that could be due to how busy the catering company was at the time because they provided a fantastic service and meal on the wedding day. Seriously our guests could not stop complimenting the food, the table layout, the friendliness of the chef, and the wait staff. Therefore, If you leverage Lauren's vendors, you will not be disappointed, will impress all your guests, and your planning process will be 100% simpler.
My wife and I highly recommend this venue, its services, and its business partners for your wedding. It's a place that does not over-commit, delivers on what they say, and will win your hearts as it won ours.

She is such a joy to work with and truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything on our big day. We literally kept hearing how beautiful everything was at the venue throughout the entire day. The catering services provided by the Painted Table is also a huge perk. The tray-served appetizers and plated dinner were all delicious. Our guests would not stop raving about the food and service, they loved it all. It was a magical day and a lot of it was due to Lauren and her team. We highly recommend this venue to all couples!

The venue is constantly improving and the service staff is great. Having the painted table was such a great bonus because the food and service was amazing. My guests had such a great time they took photos all around the venue where the photo opportunities are endless! Our big day went by so flawlessly and was beautiful I would do it all over again at Evanelle Vineyards!

We had our ceremony outside on the beautiful green in front of the vines, our cocktail hour on the patio with lots of room for guests to comfortably socialize, and our reception inside the hall which is absolutely stunning and very spacious. We highly recommend this venue as well as their catering vendor, The Painted Table. Our day was beyond perfect and all we dreamed about!

The reason we didn’t give five stars is that there were zip ties and broken glass on the lawn that the groomsmen had to clean up from an event the day before. Also, our contract would be updated without a heads up that something was going to be changed which was a little confusing at times. Overall, we had a very positive experience!

We picked up as many zip ties as we could the night prior while cleaning & cleaned up more in the morning & even ran our mower over the grass to get as much as we could off the grass, but I guess we missed a few. I apologize for that! Lastly, the proposal would only be updated with your changes based on menu selections, final timeline and extra details shared with us. You always have the option to accept the changes or decline & we are always happy to adjust the proposal if the changes do not meet your standards. I am glad you had a positive overall experience! The DJ they recommended was Top Notch (GTE). We had a hiccup with the electricity in the bridal suite and they quickly called an emergency electrician and we were back in business! All promises were kept, their caterers (The Painted Table) provided us with the best food, and the grounds were beautifully kept. Everyone keeps raving about how lovely our day went and how beautiful the venue is. Lauren even went out of her way to help make sure all fifty billion candles were lit for us and our guest come reception time. 🤍💙🤍 Thank you a million for helping us start off our forever on the "Wright" foot.
