Choosing ECC for our wedding ceremony and reception was one of the easiest decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Lindsay Meadors, the event coordinator, was a blas...
t to work with! She is super laid back, easy to talk to, and answered any and all questions I had in a very timely manner. We got married outside on the first tee which overlooks the entire golf course and has views of the city on the horizon, then planned on having a cocktail hour on their patio area before heading inside for the reception. As the temperature that day reached 90+ degrees, we were able to move the cocktail hour indoors. They have a great backup plan for a rained-out ceremony as well which is more than I can say for other country clubs we toured in the area. We loved that basically EVERYTHING is included at ECC and because the facility is classy and pretty on its own, we didn't have to spend a bunch of time or money trying to spruce it up. Food was top notch and portions were BIG (we had a plated meal). There is no "end time", you can party all night if you wanted to, and they allow you to pick up your decor the next day. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We got lots of compliments on the bartenders as well! I would choose ECC again and again, they truly made our special day a breeze!
Venue was amazing and Lindsay was great to work with. The day of, Gary made sure everything was right on time! A wedding works like a well oiled machine there from mimosas in the m...

There were a few minor things that had opportunity but I would still recommend to a friend! We are all human :)
We got married on June 4, 2016 at ECC. I looked at several different venues & I'm so glad I chose them! We live in Louisiana so planning a wedding from a distance wasn't easy. But ...
Lindsay Meadors made everything so easy for us! I probably emailed her once a week with an email full of questions & she was always so informative & helpful! We aren't members of ECC so I was a little clueless of how everything worked. The week of, we sat down with Lindsay & Gary to go through everything. They made everything seem so easy & were so comforting. I felt so relaxed for it being my wedding week! We spent hours in the ballroom on June 3rd decorating & Cody was so helpful as to giving us pointers. We were planning for an outdoor ceremony on the golf course, but there was a chance of rain, so Gary made sure to prepare us for both. The reason I loved ECC because I loved their Plan B too. Thank god I did, because it POURED! As a determined bride to have it outside, Gary worked with me & was so patient. But it did end up being inside & it was beautiful. The rest of the day ran so smoothly! The staff was so kind & so generous. They were all so great to the guest & the bridal party! The food was delicious as well! Everybody is still so complimentary of our wedding & how beautiful they thought it was! I don't have one regret choosing ECC!
ECC gave us our dream wedding! Lindsay made planning our reception a total breeze and was so helpful along the way. Our wedding day was perfection and there isn't one thing we woul...
