Eva's Bridal Of Orland Park

There are multiple Eva’s bridal salons in the area that are unaffiliated with each other. This location had a welcoming and helpful staff. As the bride they listened to my likes and dislikes for every dress I tried on, then worked to help me find a perfect dress. I was able to make a day of appointment, and they were even flexible with me when I was running late.

Eva's was soo helpful in deciding on the perfect dress for my wedding and they did an amazing job on my alterations!!! They were even nice enough to make a garter out of my mom's wedding dress for me!!! I highly recommend every bride go to Eva's for their wedding dress needs!!!

I just received my wedding gown, it was a demetrios gown, I was promised it would come end of march and it came ahead of schedule. I am so excited. The gown is beautifull, the service at Evas on John Humphrey is excellent. My sales lady Lulu is great. I am so happy I went there. They are the only bridal shop in the area that carries Dememtrios. Evas on John Humphrey Dr, has a great colleciton of gowns. They are a boutique where you get personal attention, you are not rushed and the best is all their gowns have tags in them. So you know what you are buying. Also I was not rushed to buy. Most stores told me I f I dont buy today I cant get the same price., which sounds funny to me. Evas gave me time to decide. Incredibly rude staff. I went to Eva’s with my best friend to be part of her dress buying experience. I watched as her confidence lowered throughout the appointment. Bad customer service led to a poor experience in what should have been a happy day.
