t every photo they take (not just the edited versions), their method of delivery (flash drive!) and are interactions with them before and after we signed our contract with them. They are absolutely fantastic. Update August 26, 2012: At the wedding we were told 2-3 weeks for our photos. The contract said 4 weeks. At 5 weeks I accidentally discovered my photos posted online and emailed to ask when we would be getting our photos. For the next 7 weeks I had to keep emailing to find out when we would be getting our photos. The crux of the problem seems to be our photographer had changed their method of delivery (he now does email downloads and our contract stated a flash drive) and seemed unwilling to complete our contract as written. During our last contact I was told 3 months wasn't that long to wait for photos and our contract stated it could take up to 3 months (which is doesn't). He also informed me that he no longer provides every shot he takes, only the edited shots (which is extremely disappointing). Then he complained he already gave me our photos as an email link and couldn't understand why we wanted the flash drive as well (which we were never sent). Overall, he is a decent photographer but he lacks focus and is terrible with the business end of things.
