We had a black-tie wedding in my in-laws’ backyard and hired Cassandra for full event planning services. To say she’s the best doesn’t even begin to describe how incredible she was...
. Every single detail was thoughtfully planned, and the day turned out to be everything we dreamed of and more.
Cassandra coordinated all the vendors, oversaw setup and cleanup, and made sure everything ran seamlessly, which gave my mother-in-law and me complete peace of mind. The timeline was flawless; everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. When a last-minute vendor issue came up, Cassandra handled it so calmly and came to me with solutions, so I didn’t even have to panic.. I just got to say, “Sounds good.” She even made sure I had photos waiting for me the next morning so I could relive my favorite day ever. It’s those thoughtful touches that made me so grateful for her.
I would recommend her to anyone a million times over. We received countless compliments throughout the night and afterward about how wonderful she and her team were. I truly can’t imagine our wedding day without her.
Cassandra and her teammate Amanda truly helped us have a beautiful and stress free wedding day! I don’t know what I would have done without their help- and for Cassandra keeping me...
sane and answering my hundred questions leading up. They took care of coordinating all the vendors, building the days timeline, made sure our plans included everything we needed, decorated, moved things around between the ceremony and reception, and made sure everything got home at the end of the day! I loved not having to worry about doing things ourselves, or feeling like we needed to enlist friends and family on a day we were trying to treat them and celebrate. Anyone who is on the fence about getting a coordinator DO IT and use Event Prep you will not regret it!
Event prep, Cassandra, and her team were phenomenal. I had a two part wedding that consisted of an elopement in Colorado and a reception in Sylvania, OH. She helped navigate the el...
opement process, securing rentals, and marriage licenses out of state. She made a complex process so very easy!! Not to mention - she went above and beyond to create a simple elopement into a unique upscale experience.
My reception in toledo was picture perfect because of event prep. They thought of every little detail to ensure the day went smoothly. Through her connections - I am certain I got the best vendors in town & I just felt so special all day.
People say wedding planning is stressful and complicated, but with Cassandra’s team I did not feel even an ounce of that! Thank you event prep & Cassandra!!

our ideas into something even better than we imagined. Every timeline, every vendor, every last decoration was perfectly handled. We got to be fully present on our wedding day because she took care of everything. I’ll forever be grateful for her calm energy, her organization, and her heart of gold!

have ever imagined. Cassandra is impressively talented. Her planning, creativity, and execution were everything we needed and more. Guests were blown away by every aspect of the day, and even the venue said it was the best wedding they’ve ever hosted!
Cassandra kept us on time and on budget throughout the planning process. She had answers to every question, and eased our every stress. If we had a concern she would solve it. She took charge of every vendor and every communication with them to ensure that all logistics were aligned and being done to our wishes. Cassandra met with us as often as needed. She traveled wherever necessary, and went above and beyond in every way. On the wedding day, we didn’t lift a finger, this was her top priority for us. We were able to spend the entire day together making memories while she and her team handled everything seamlessly.
Cassandra even surprised us with her own thoughtful touches and gifts and beautiful diy projects. She was able to use her vendor connections to help us save, and she did so many jobs outside her own role, which we truly can’t thank her enough for. Cassandra’s personality is so welcoming, happy and genuine. She truly celebrates with you. Cassandra wholeheartedly loves every minute of your special day and she fully understands how important it is to you. She does everything she can to make it perfect. And it was just that, perfect!
We would hire her again and again without hesitation. Event prep is an investment that pays off immediately! After your first meeting you will be filled with such excitement and ease. If you are considering Cassandra and her team, don’t wait! They are the best of the best. We are forever grateful for them and hope to work with Cassandra again on many future events.

She is the kind of person you want to have on your side throughout the wedding planning process; she will always advocate for you and she helps you make decisions based on what YOU want and what's most effective. We quickly learned that planning a wedding is a long and stressful process, but Cassandra greatly eased the burden and kept us organized every step of the way. Distance did not matter and our wedding turned out to be every bit the day we dreamed of due in large part to Cassandra and her team’s efforts.

I will admit, I did not think that we would need a day-of coordinator due to all the planning I had done for the wedding, but we are SO thankful that we hired Cassandra! We know that there are so many behind the scenes things that she did without us even knowing to make everything possible & she made it so that we could truly enjoy our night without any worries/stress!
Cassandra is very hands on and was involved with our families, bridal party, and vendors, and we had so many people tell us after wedding day how helpful and kind she was! We knew she would be, but it's extra special to hear it from the people closest to us that they loved & appreciated her as much as we did!
We are additionally SOO thankful for all the photos that she took of us behind the scenes and sent to us/posted on social media!

We’re so grateful for her and we were truly able to enjoy the day knowing we could trust her fully and that she’d ensure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated that she got to know each vendor and coordinated the set up times. Also, she had a white wall built that we were able to use behind our band to display our neon sign. It made for the perfect backdrop and couldn’t imagine it any other way! Cassandra truly felt like an old friend and we were so happy to have such a wonderful person to guide us through the final stages of planning. We’d definitely recommend her services for wedding and special event services to anyone.

eek and a half out. With such short notice she helped us to get everything together and in order and even helped us to score a dj 5 days out with her great connections! She was a blessing even before the day of the wedding with how she connected with all our vendors and made sure everyone had the correct timeline and was on the same page! Day of she was there at the church helping to touch base with the pianist, get flowers where they needed to be, and wrangled up the troops for their entrances! After the ceremony she helped the photographer to zoom through the list of family photos she helped to make and got us on our way to the reception! At the reception she greeted us and helped to make sure everyone was taken care of and once again the vendors were all on the same page! She made sure to keep the flow going and even got my husband and I’s food from the buffet so we could stay seated (I was having wardrobe malfunctions)! End of the reception she helped to gather up all of our belongings (vases, signs, pictures, gifts, etc.) and helped to load them in our car! Cassandra was the biggest help and things would not have run as smooth with out her at all! I 100% recommend Cassandra to any bride or anyone having an event! She helped us to go into the wedding without any worry and helped to keep things running smoothly the day of! You will not be sorry!

ve person, and thought I had a good idea of what I wanted my big day to look like. As time went on, Cassandra helped me narrow down on the big and small details for my day. Her organization is unmatched, and she remembered so many small things throughout our time working together. Due to COVID, my now husband and I had to postpone our big wedding reception to 2021. Cassandra not only helped us rebook everything for next year, she also helped us put together a smaller wedding ceremony and reception in a matter of a month! I truly don't know many people with that same heart and dedication. I couldn't imagine our wedding without Event Prep. I would chose Event Prep over and over again for any big event I have!!

as a perfect fit for my Type A personality; so incredibly organized, thoughtful, and professional. She was the only wedding planner I interviewed with, and I immediately looked no further! She had been on our wedding planning journey for over a year, side by side through each step in the process. When the global pandemic emerged, she did not skip a beat, maintaining positivity and good energy, making minor adjustments for risk management of our family and friends seem effortless. Cassandra was our point person throughout our special day, assuring everything ran smoothly, even with a few small bumps, some of which I was completely unaware of until after the fact! We had a tight window of time between our ceremony and reception for Cassandra to travel and decorate and she executed our plan perfectly, all while being 8 months pregnant!!
Anytime my husband and I questioned something, my first response was "I'll ask Cassie!" Having additional support was so imperative and allowed us both to truly remain present and enjoy each moment of the day. How wonderful it is to have such a special vendor locally!

She helped me so much with coordinating vendors, creating the perfect day of timeline, setting up every little detail for me, and seriously so much for than she even needed to do. She worked so hard to make sure our wedding day was perfect and went above and beyond what she was hired to do. I had a ton of decorations that I needed set up the day of and she brought my vision to life! She knew exactly what I was looking for and everything was so perfect. I feel like I will never be able to thank her and her assistant enough for how perfect they made our wedding day. If you're like me and you're on the fence about whether or not to hire a wedding planner, whether it's day of coordination or more than that, DO IT! estly say that Cassandra was the BEST decision we made for our wedding day (besides each other, of course!)
I was working full-time, in graduate school full-time, and trying to plan the wedding. She helped to keep me on task with decision making and all the little details that I had completely forgotten about. She created an extremely detailed timeline for our wedding day and helped to execute it. Because of her, I was able to truly relax on our wedding day and live in the moment, which I am so grateful for. She was the point person throughout the day, so if any issues needed to be addressed, she took care of it, allowing our families to enjoy the celebration, too. Everything on our wedding day went so smooth, and I know that is due to Cassandra.
Cassandra is easy to communicate with, creative, attentive, very detail-oriented, organized and prepared. She always was so kind, bubbly, and calm.
Cassandra, we can’t thank you enough for helping to make our wedding day exactly as we had hoped and dreamed it would be! 💛

Since our very first meeting in July of 2018, Cassandra has been just a phone call, text, or email away. She is kind, and passionate and one of the most creative people I have ever encountered. Whether she is helping me contact vendors, designing our wedding, or just listening to me vent, she is giving 110%. I am normally a worrier and a "worst case scenario" type of gal, but I have have little to no doubts about ANYTHING because I know my wedding is in good hands. Cassandra has become more than just our wedding planner/designer, she has become our friend. I am so grateful for everything she has done and continues to do for us.
If you are in need of a day of coordinator or a designer, she's your gal! I could not recommend her enough. We love her!
