From specialty linens to ambient lighting, draping to stationery, and dessert displays to custom escort card displays; we work with you to create a well-thought-out event that translates your style into a cohesive design. She went above and beyond our expectations. Even more impressive was that she was able to seamlessly execute a wedding in Chicago from out of state. On top of all the planning, we truly don’t know what we would’ve done without them on the day of the wedding. When the global pandemic emerged, she did not skip a beat, maintaining positivity and good energy, making minor adjustments for risk management of our family and friends seem effortless. Cassandra was our point person throughout our special day, assuring everything ran smoothly, even with a few small bumps, some of which I was completely unaware of until after the fact! We had a tight window of time between our ceremony and reception for Cassandra to travel and decorate and she executed our plan perfectly, all while being 8 months pregnant!!

I was working full-time, in graduate school full-time, and trying to plan the wedding. She helped to keep me on task with decision making and all the little details that I had completely forgotten about. She created an extremely detailed timeline for our wedding day and helped to execute it. Because of her, I was able to truly relax on our wedding day and live in the moment, which I am so grateful for. She was the point person throughout the day, so if any issues needed to be addressed, she took care of it, allowing our families to enjoy the celebration, too. Everything on our wedding day went so smooth, and I know that is due to Cassandra.
Cassandra is easy to communicate with, creative, attentive, very detail-oriented, organized and prepared. She always was so kind, bubbly, and calm.

We were both able to totally relax on our wedding day, which was amazing and so worth the price. I know weddings are expensive, but what’s the point of paying for anything if you’re frazzled & worried about the timeline all day? You can tell Cassandra loves what she does and she is so talented. e exactly what you’re looking for. My husband and I reside in Cleveland and got married in Cincinnati. Because of this, we became increasingly stressed due to the inability to be as involved as we hoped to be in the process of coordinating the plans on the day of the wedding. We both have full time jobs and knew we would need all the extra help we could get. The last month of your planning is insane and I knew I had to find someone who could make this final process less stressful and enjoyable. Cassandra and Event Prep were the answers to my prayers! There were numerous small tasks that I would have never thought of prior to the day of and Cass was extremely instrumental in helping coordinate and resolve any conflicts that arose. Cassandra had a very fast response time and was there for any and all questions that not only I had, but also my husband and parents. She made our last month of planning the easiest month! She put together timelines and reached out to all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Also, she made sure that we were all able to enjoy our day and not think twice about what needed to be accomplished. When I needed her, she was right there. Not to mention, Cassandra went out of her way numerous times to meet with us at a time and place that was most convenient for us.
