Cassandra with Event Prep was the BEST wedding planner I could’ve ever asked for! I went with her highest package, the Full Service Wedding Planning, Design, & Coordination, and I can say she was worth every penny! From Day 1, she was so helpful with organizing the planning, budgeting, and decision making on Aisle Planner, she was there every step of the way with vendor meetings, and she helped come up with beautiful designs and decor for our wedding. The day of our wedding went so smoothly because of her working behind the scenes with her amazing assistant, Amanda. She was so kind and helpful, and I really love the friendship we made along the way! I definitely recommend her services for wedding planning or any event planning! :)
Where do we begin?! Working with Cassandra and the Event Prep team was everything we could have hoped for and more. We truly don't know what we would have done without her. From our initial meeting with Cassandra, we immediately knew we were going to be in good hands, and almost instantly, so many of the worries of wedding planning faded. Not only is Cassandra so incredibly kind, fun, genuine and empathetic but she is SO talented at what she does. She is the kind of person you want to have on your side throughout the wedding planning process; she will always advocate for you and she helps you make decisions based on what YOU want and what's most effective. The week leading up to the wedding, I felt much more at ease than I expected to be and that's because I knew everything would workout with someone like Cassandra on our side. She answered every question I had and we brainstormed together; we never felt like we were alone in any of our big decisions. The day of the wedding, they executed everything PERFECTLY. There was not one moment of stress on our end which is so incredibly important on such a special day. The Event Prep team ensures that everything goes smoothly and that you're doing nothing but enjoying every second of your day and that's how it should be. I would choose to work with her a million times again if I had the opportunity and feel so blessed that we were lucky enough to work with her and her team. We love Cassandra!!
Hiring Cassandra with Event Prep was one of the best decision we made for our wedding! From start to finish, she and Madi ensured that everything ran smoothly and organized every detail flawlessly. The reception décor was absolutely stunning – she truly brought our vision to life. Any issues that arose were handled seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy our day without stress or worry. Cassandra and her team were absolutely incredible!!!! First of all, Cassandra is worth her weight in gold. She is literally the most amazing human being. She was so supportive and kind and put together and ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. She thought of everything that could possibly go wrong and had backup plans on backup plans. She was so organized and kept me feeling sane and grounded and comfortable. I felt like I was in the best of hands. She executed my vision so perfectly and she poured so much care and love into every single detail. Day of, she and her team came in and were like magical faeries and absolutely transformed the space into the most magical wedding venue. None of us could believe it. They were efficient and kind and precise. If anything went wrong I genuinely had no idea. 50/10 would recommend to a friend!!!
Cassandra and her team were exceptional to work with. I booked them for month-of coordinator services for my wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our wedding went smoothly. I highly recommend Event Prep. In my opinion they were fairly priced for the services we received. I would get married over and over if I knew Event Prep would be involved!
Cassandra Clair and the entire Event Prep team provided excellent meticulous attention to every detail of my son’s wedding. They were very professional, helpful and supportive. Cassandara from Event Prep is an absolute rock star. From our first phone call, she was just as excited about planning our wedding as we were. She had great ideas, was flexible and patient during our decision-making process, and was passionate about making our big day as special as possible.
We quickly learned that planning a wedding is a long and stressful process, but Cassandra greatly eased the burden and kept us organized every step of the way. She went above and beyond our expectations. Even more impressive was that she was able to seamlessly execute a wedding in Chicago from out of state. I was completely clueless on not only planning a wedding but all the small details that go into it and she was amazing at covering it all for us throughout our entire engagement. Between the vendors, colors, flowers, seating charts, etc. Cassandra had something perfectly planned and organized for everything and made it all so easy for us. On top of all the planning, we truly don’t know what we would’ve done without them on the day of the wedding. Cassandra and her assistant Alicia were there so early all the way till the end making sure everything was set up properly and going to plan. They both were such warm and comforting people to have around us all day at the wedding and made it all seem like a breeze. I can’t recommend Cassandra and her team to people enough & if you are looking for a planner event prep is 100% the way to go!!
There are so many good things to say about Cassandra and her team, I don't think we could write them all here! I have to believe she is the best wedding planner in Toledo. She designed the most beautiful wedding and sourced everything for us. There were so many creative ideas that made our day so special. Cassandra is extremely well organized and very timely throughout the whole wedding planning process. I couldn't have planned this wedding without her! The day of coordination was also phenomenal. Everything was executed so smoothly that we didn't have to worry about anything. If you book her you won't regret it!!
I could not be more happy with the decision to hire Cassandra and her team for our month-of planner!! I could tell how organized and on top of everything she was from our first conversation. She was so incredibly helpful with all of my questions leading up to our wedding and made me feel totally at ease. Cassandra was absolutely AMAZING! We could not have asked for a better month-of/day-of coordinator! From creating and perfecting our timeline, to communicating with our vendors, to leading our rehearsal, to assisting our vendors with deliveries, to set-up/take-down of our reception , to making sure our special day/night ran as smoothly as possible, she did it all!
I will admit, I did not think that we would need a day-of coordinator due to all the planning I had done for the wedding, but we are SO thankful that we hired Cassandra! We know that there are so many behind the scenes things that she did without us even knowing to make everything possible & she made it so that we could truly enjoy our night without any worries/stress!

Cassandra has been our family wedding and party planner for the past 3 years. She has done both of my sisters weddings and they were both flawless. Now as we move into other celebrations and babies etc. we still trust event prep for our planning needs. She has the best selection of products to rent as well. A true gem and highly recommended!!

I can’t say enough good things about Cassandra and her team. Hiring them for my wedding was the best decision I made for the entire event. They took care of every little detail that a bride shouldn’t have to worry about on her big day. My wedding was suppose to be outdoors but a big rain storm came out of no where right when the ceremony was suppose to begin. Cassandra took control and wound all of our guest and bridal party to move the event inside. I truly don’t know what I would have done if she wasn’t there that day. Her reviews seemed pretty good but when I met with her via zoom, I knew she would do a phenomenal job. She is extremely knowledge and gives helpful advice. She is on top of her game with communication (which is SO important) when it came to my questions as well as reaching out to my vendors. She thinks of every detail when it comes to weddings. Cassandra and the Event Prep Team were extraordinary in all aspects of planning and preparation prior, during, and after the wedding. At first we were hesitant to hire a wedding planner, but we could not have done it without her and are beyond thankful for all of their help. Cassandra was absolutely incredible! We hired her as our day of coordinator and would hire her again and again. She was so organized and had the best suggestions for timeline and the structure our wedding day. Cassandra took the time to get to know us and our vision for the day. We really appreciated that she got to know each vendor and coordinated the set up times. Also, she had a white wall built that we were able to use behind our band to display our neon sign. Cassandra jumped right in with very short notice only 3 weeks before my wedding! She helped to keep everyone’s minds at ease even amongst a having to fully change our reception a week and a half out. With such short notice she helped us to get everything together and in order and even helped us to score a dj 5 days out with her great connections! She was a blessing even before the day of the wedding with how she connected with all our vendors and made sure everyone had the correct timeline and was on the same page! Day of she was there at the church helping to touch base with the pianist, get flowers where they needed to be, and wrangled up the troops for their entrances! After the ceremony she helped the photographer to zoom through the list of family photos she helped to make and got us on our way to the reception! At the reception she greeted us and helped to make sure everyone was taken care of and once again the vendors were all on the same page! She made sure to keep the flow going and even got my husband and I’s food from the buffet so we could stay seated (I was having wardrobe malfunctions)! End of the reception she helped to gather up all of our belongings (vases, signs, pictures, gifts, etc.) and helped to load them in our car! Cassandra was the biggest help and things would not have run as smooth with out her at all! I 100% recommend Cassandra to any bride or anyone having an event! She helped us to go into the wedding without any worry and helped to keep things running smoothly the day of! You will not be sorry!
Cassandra was amazing. I hired her as a day of coordinator and she went above and beyond. We moved our reception venue 3 weeks before the wedding and she was extremely helpful in updating vendors and making sure everything went perfectly that day. I would book her over and over again if I could.
We hired Cassandra to help us assist with planning a surprise engagement party for the bride & groom to celebrate with our family and friends. She handled all of the logistics, design and coordination for the weekend. We were planning from out of town so it was a huge help to have her handle the details so we could show up, have the peace of mind that things were taken care of and celebrate. Holy smokes, who knew how much DETAIL went into weddings? We were so thankful to have Cass around for my cousins wedding. I was my cousins maid of honor and I felt that Cass had everything taken care of for the wedding down to every single detail. The event was stress free and everyone had the best time. Event Prep came highly recommended by my Matron of Honor, who did her wedding a few months prior. Cassandra is the real deal when it comes to wedding planning! I am a very indecisive person, and thought I had a good idea of what I wanted my big day to look like. As time went on, Cassandra helped me narrow down on the big and small details for my day. Her organization is unmatched, and she remembered so many small things throughout our time working together. Due to COVID, my now husband and I had to postpone our big wedding reception to 2021. Cassandra not only helped us rebook everything for next year, she also helped us put together a smaller wedding ceremony and reception in a matter of a month! I truly don't know many people with that same heart and dedication. I couldn't imagine our wedding without Event Prep. I would chose Event Prep over and over again for any big event I have!!
If you are questioning hiring an event planner for your big day, rest assure, this will be one of the most important and worthwhile aspects you put your money towards. Cassandra was a perfect fit for my Type A personality; so incredibly organized, thoughtful, and professional. She was the only wedding planner I interviewed with, and I immediately looked no further! She had been on our wedding planning journey for over a year, side by side through each step in the process. When the global pandemic emerged, she did not skip a beat, maintaining positivity and good energy, making minor adjustments for risk management of our family and friends seem effortless. Cassandra was our point person throughout our special day, assuring everything ran smoothly, even with a few small bumps, some of which I was completely unaware of until after the fact! We had a tight window of time between our ceremony and reception for Cassandra to travel and decorate and she executed our plan perfectly, all while being 8 months pregnant!!
Anytime my husband and I questioned something, my first response was "I'll ask Cassie!" Having additional support was so imperative and allowed us both to truly remain present and enjoy each moment of the day. How wonderful it is to have such a special vendor locally!
Hiring Event Prep for our wedding was the best decision ever! I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator and I am SO happy I did. The first time I met with Cassandra we instantly clicked. She was so so friendly and she totally understood my wedding vision. She helped me so much with coordinating vendors, creating the perfect day of timeline, setting up every little detail for me, and seriously so much for than she even needed to do. She worked so hard to make sure our wedding day was perfect and went above and beyond what she was hired to do. I had a ton of decorations that I needed set up the day of and she brought my vision to life! She knew exactly what I was looking for and everything was so perfect. I feel like I will never be able to thank her and her assistant enough for how perfect they made our wedding day. I contemplated whether I really needed a coordinator, but I can honestly say that Cassandra was the BEST decision we made for our wedding day (besides each other, of course!)
I was working full-time, in graduate school full-time, and trying to plan the wedding. She helped to keep me on task with decision making and all the little details that I had completely forgotten about. She created an extremely detailed timeline for our wedding day and helped to execute it. Because of her, I was able to truly relax on our wedding day and live in the moment, which I am so grateful for. She was the point person throughout the day, so if any issues needed to be addressed, she took care of it, allowing our families to enjoy the celebration, too. Everything on our wedding day went so smooth, and I know that is due to Cassandra.
Cassandra is easy to communicate with, creative, attentive, very detail-oriented, organized and prepared. She always was so kind, bubbly, and calm.

I am getting married this weekend and I think..no, I KNOW..that I could not have done this without Cassandra! I am a full time high school teacher, so in between grading papers and after school clubs, I wasn't sure how I was going to get everything done.
Since our very first meeting in July of 2018, Cassandra has been just a phone call, text, or email away. She is kind, and passionate and one of the most creative people I have ever encountered. Whether she is helping me contact vendors, designing our wedding, or just listening to me vent, she is giving 110%. I am normally a worrier and a "worst case scenario" type of gal, but I have have little to no doubts about ANYTHING because I know my wedding is in good hands. Cassandra has become more than just our wedding planner/designer, she has become our friend. I am so grateful for everything she has done and continues to do for us.

We worked with Cassandra on Alexus' and Jimmie's wedding day on 8/17/19, and she was an absolute dream! If anything needed done, she was on it! She kept us all on time, and as a photographer, we truly value that. We'd rather be creative, than watching a clock. She was super efficient, really nice and easy going. We'd love to work with her again, so of course we will be recommending her to our future couples!

My son got married in June and Cassandra was an amazing help. It all started from the bridal shower with a stunning balloon wall with a pink couch for a photo op to the elegant floral arrangements on every table. It was pure perfection. Her attention to detail is top notch. Then came the reception which was out of a fairytale. The candle wall, table arrangements and ambiance of the evening was breathtaking. There are not enough words to describe how Cassandra Clair transformed my daughter’s wedding from basic to the most magical night of our lives!! She is extremely creative and detail oriented!! I am not sure what I would have done without Cassandra on our big day. Not only did she help take stress off of my shoulders, she also helped my mom A LOT throughout the wedding day. She is so organized and reached out to all of my vendors the few weeks before my wedding. She is SO SWEET, positive, and relaxed. She took charge of our rowdy bridal party when she needed, but also laughed with us along the way. One of the best things she did was create and carry out our day-of timeline. I did not have time to do that and was pretty clueless about how the day was supposed to go. She made sure the entire went according to plan, and smoothed out any small glitches in plans. She even went to talk to the hotel staff when there were issues with guests rooms and welcome bags. Event Prep was the best money I spent on a vendor at my wedding. Thanks girly!!!
Cassandra was amazing to work with!!! Being a Venue Coordinator, I have worked with many Day-Of Coordinators. Cassandra had ALL her ducks in a row on August 10th!! I've not yet worked with someone so prepared and organized! She had an assistant that came to our venue while she was out with the couple during pictures. Any information I needed, she had! As cliche as it may seem Cassandra made my sisters wedding day the day she had been dreaming of! She listened to even the littlest of details and made sure that it was executed precisely. We used Event Prep month-of coordination for our wedding in August and can’t thank Cassandra enough for her help. We had a fairly simple wedding & reception at a hotel with no wedding party and not much complexity, but still decided to hire a day-of coordinator so we wouldn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Cassandra helped us finalize all the details and even provided some décor items for us to use from her collection. We were both able to totally relax on our wedding day, which was amazing and so worth the price. I know weddings are expensive, but what’s the point of paying for anything if you’re frazzled & worried about the timeline all day? You can tell Cassandra loves what she does and she is so talented. I worked with Cassandra at a recent event, and it was easy to see her passion in everything she did. I have worked with many wedding coordinators and she Was one of the best I have worked with. She made sure things flowed smoothly and that the bride and groom had nothing to worry about! I saw her do everything from sending out a pre-event itinerary to all vendors to running the ceremony rehearsal(no one else knew really how to do it, so she stepped in and did a great job), to helping clean up at the end of the night. She also worked very well with all of vendors. She was the perfect mix of definitely knowing what she was doing but also allowing all vendors to do what they do best without being overbearing. She put together timelines and reached out to all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Also, she made sure that we were all able to enjoy our day and not think twice about what needed to be accomplished. When I needed her, she was right there. Not to mention, Cassandra went out of her way numerous times to meet with us at a time and place that was most convenient for us.
