an but another thing to orchestrate. I hired Michele later than I should have (about a month and a half) before our wedding date. She was so on the ball the entire time. We met weekly for touch-base calls and hit it off. She is so sweet and fun to work with! I felt confident leading up to my wedding that everything would go smoothly and it did. Michele had a huge role to play in that and I'm so grateful to her. I would hire her ten times over and highly recommend her to any bride who is on the fence about doing it herself. She took off so much pressure from not only me but also my family and friends. If you want someone who is organized, prompt, and will GET IT DONE, hire her. She is worth every penny and then some.

re out the small details for set up and timeline. I hired Michele as the month of coordinator and she really hit the ground running. So many details she ironed out that I would have not even thought of. She really made the day so smooth. She worked so hard and I am so lucky to have found her on short notice. If you are on the fence and stubborn like me. Just do it, hire her. It was WELL WORTH IT.

time that she is an expert at wedding planning/coordinating, and I’m sure at any event for that matter. She pointed out things we would not have even considered, and took initiative without us having to ask. For example, reaching out to our venue coordinator for a meeting to go see the spaces and make sure all our details lined up. She is very detail oriented and organized as she recognized some inconsistencies in our table seating. She is extremely kind, supportive and knowledgeable, making it easy to ask questions and communicate. It was clear that this was not her first rodeo. Day of coordination with Michele and her team went seamlessly and she made sure to check in with us before leaving. I have full confidence she is going to continue to grow her business and that you will have a positive experience.
