ble to get in touch with. Prior to booking, I wanted to reach out with some questions - no response to email - so I calld the number I found on the Knot and a man answered "hello" (Not "Event Rental") and seemed surprised that I was calling with photobooth questions. After booking, I received a form to complete with the details of the event, photobooth backgroup options, etc. - I never received a confirmation of receipt when I submitted this form or any further correspondence from the vendor. When it got closer to the event, I had no idea if they were even coming. I tried to reach out to confirm that my wedding was on their calendar and they had the form, asking to see a proof of the picture background, and never received a response to my email. My wedding planner had to call them to get a response. I'm giving 2 stars because the cost was so reasonable and the photobooth set-up itself was good, the props were fine, good quality photos, the guests had fun despite the attendent, etc. But our attendent was anything but helpful - in fact, it seemed like he was getting annoyed with guests when they were clicking buttons on the screen to print copies, but he wasn't proactively explaining how it worked (automatically printed) or being helpful whatsoever - before you assume that the guests were doing anything wrong, no guests were obnxious, drunk, or out of control. He had a frown on his face all night and was just not approachable or engaging. We wanted guests to tape their photo in our guestbook while leaving a note and several of the photos taped in there by the attendant or handed to guests were not even properly removed from the printer (see photo) so now the guestbook that we'll forever have is just sloppy. It was kind of a bummer.

The meet and greet service was a great alternative to traditional table pictures and we loved how the pictures turned out. We were able to view all of the pictures online and also listened to all of our audio messages too. We smiled and laughed so much when we listened to the audio messages and looked at the pictures.
