s knew the timeline. Set up our ceremony space beautifully, and made the day go by so smoothly. Callan and I met a month before the wedding and she really took it from there, contacting all of my vendors to make sure everyone knew the game plan. She also made a layout for the DJ and vendors to make sure there was no confusion on the set up. The day of Callan was on time and ready to go! I was supposed to come down and show Callan how we wanted everything set up, as the Bride I am sure all of you know or at least heard the time slips away on your wedding day. She set up everything perfectly and really made our ceremony space beautiful. Callan helped us stick to our timeline throughout the day, then when the wedding was winding down and we were on the dance floor Callan made sure all of our stuff was packed up and sent to our room. I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator but let me tell you she was worth every penny and so much more. Really she made such a difference on our wedding day and would recommend her to anyone and everyone for any event. Thank You Callan for everything!

She used our timeline with good judgement and kinda “read the room” on when the timing was right for our little moments within our wedding instead of being super strict on our timeline which let us have actual fun on our day! She was so easy going and professional and was able to handle our rowdy bunch, which I knew couldn’t of been easy! She worked so well alongside our other vendors and I would recommend her to anybody over and over again! She went above and beyond and jumped in anywhere she felt we needed help with. Highly recommend!

Weddings are hectic (obviously), but we knew that we were in good hands with Callan. She made the day so much calmer with her enthusiasm and organization. Highly recommended!

We had all the way up to plan D for my venue layout since it rained but she was well prepared and doing everything she could. Steven and I can’t thank her enough. If anything went wrong that day I never knew about it because she took on everything with such a positive attitude! I cannot recommend this girl enough! Look no further!!!!

out "plan B". By the time my fiance and I decided we needed to switch our plans to keep our special day it was a little late but I reached out to Callan (with my hands in the air) and asked for help. I had no idea where to go for a new venue, how to re-plan everything etc. Callan stepped up and helped me to find a new venue and restructure the event for a MUCH smaller micro/mini wedding. Callan was so helpful the entire planning process down to the details. She reached out to all my vendors prior to and ensured we were organized and set for our special day. On the day of the wedding my mother had thought the set-up was incorrect and started freaking out. Luckily Callan had print outs of EVERYTHING and calmed my mother down and took over setting up for our day. Callan was calm, organized and on top of everything. Best decision I made was month of planner with the Event Shop.

destination wedding. It was a devastating decision for us to make but we ended up really lucking out. We successfully had our wedding 3 months after we decided to cancel our destination one, and it would have not been a success without Callan and Carley’s help. For anyone questioning if they need a day of or month of planner the answer is YES. I initially was stressed mainly because we had to plan a wedding in less than 3 months. The thought of who is going to do what on the day of made me crazy, but with Callan and Carley’s help everything went extremely smooth. The morning of our wedding, the weather was awful in the Austin Area. Callan checked on us right away to make sure things were okay and asked if we need anything. She was patient while we waited to see if we could have our outdoor wedding. We didn’t know if outside was going to work out until 1 hour prior to the ceremony start. Luckily, everyone remained calm and we were able to take a look around the reception room while we waited it out. They set up everything how we envisioned and that was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Everything ended up turning out just like we planned. We couldn’t recommend Callan, Carley and The Event Shop enough! They will do what ever it takes to make your event a success and one you will remember forever. Thank you all!

ere going to need Callan much more than just the day of the wedding! As the wedding process continued along and COVID-19 was introduced as an additional curve ball, I realized that there was a lot about the planning process I did not have expertise in and needed additional assistance. I am about as type A as they come and had spreadsheets and lists for everything and Callan not only added to it but she made it all come together in a way that I could not have made happen. Callan was with us every step of the way to get through the difficult months leading up to the wedding. She was in constant contact with vendors making sure they had a plan in place for us if we needed to postpone or cancel the wedding. She was always open and honest with us about our options and provided her professional opinion on our next steps to take. She has an awesome network of people that she was able to recommend to us (DJ, photographer, cake baker) and made the wedding planning process that much easier. If you are unsure if you need someone at all for your wedding, I would 100% recommend hiring Callan and her team at Event Shop for the full services she offers. It is money well spent to have peace of mind that someone has your back during the most chaotic time. Our big day went off without a hitch and I owe it to Event Shop for getting us there and across the finish line!
