Words can't adequately express my gratitude to Karla from Event Studio K for the utterly magical wedding she orchestrated for us. From the beginning, Karla showed a beautiful blend of professionalism, creativity, and heartfelt dedication. I’m grateful for Karla’s gentle, sincere and firm approach. Throughout the entire process, she listened attentively to our visions and desires, presenting ideas and recommendations that made all the difference. Despite our very tight timeline --- planning the entire wedding in 2 months!!!—Karla was always light-hearted, fun, yet calm and reassuring. Her ability to help us prioritize and make decisions was invaluable, considering our busy schedules as business owners and the fact that we were on opposite coasts. Beyond her skills and talents, Karla became more than just a planner—she became a true friend. I appreciated her listening ear and reassurance when I was panicking out over not being able to reach the florist, the design feeling too “tropical,” or the terrible hair and makeup trail. Coming for a world-class project manager, Karla’s (Event Studio K) organizational skills and ability to prioritize and orchestrate are spectacular! Behind the scenes, she coordinated meetings with vendors, ironed out details I wasn’t even aware of, and expertly managed all the emails (soo many, many emails!), creating a logistical ballet! I only discovered the extent of her behind-the-scenes work when I was the final timeline—it was a testament to her professionalism. Another aspect that stood out is that Karla is bilingual! It gave me so much pleasure to be able to express myself with Karla in Spanish and also in English with my future husband! I can’t even tell you! ¡Y la señora habla español! Me dio tanto gusto poder expresarme con ella en mi idioma y también en ingles con mi futuro esposo! But what truly sets Karla (Event Studio K) apart is her love for her work. Without her remarkable talents, our special day would not have been the same. From the intricacies of timing a whole pig roast for the reception dinner, to ensuring we had fans and umbrellas in case of unusually hot weather (thank God we did that!) and even suggesting the seamstress bustle my train for dancing (I didn’t even know a bustle was a thing!)—all of her recommendations and suggestions transformed my initial ideas into a more of a masterpiece! She not only brought my vision to life, but surpassed it! My heart is filled with gratitude for the beautiful journey Karla took us on, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in search of an extraordinary wedding planner who can create sheer magic. Karla was amazing through the planning process. She truly cares about you and how your big day will be! She accompanied me to my meetings at The Grandezza and took very thorough notes. Initially I was just going to hire a day-of planner, but im so glad I went with her package that extends her help throughout the planning process. There is so much to keep track of and so many details that she helped me with that I never would have thought of. Our wedding turned out beautifully. Thank you Karla!

Wow can’t even put into words how amazing Karla is as a wedding planner!!! I had Karla be my day of coordinator for my wedding and couldn’t be more thankful! There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful Karla and her team are. Everything was been beyond my expectations. They took my inspiration photos and made them better than I could have dreamed they’d be- they made vision more than a reality. We live in the UK so it was important to have someone in Naples to help bring everything together.
