Jessica was the best coordinator we could have asked for! Jessica was extremely organized and so fun to work with while we planned our wedding. She helped us with the coordination of our timeline, helped with other vendors as needed, and was so patient when we had some last minute changes to our guest list. Our wedding day went so smoothly and I know this was in largely due to Jessica!
We have no words for everything Jessica did for us other than a wholehearted recommendation that you hire her! Jessica was kind and patient with us through the entire process. She communicated and coordinated with other vendors on our behalf and the whole day was flawless because of her!
Jessica told us in one of our early planning sessions that if she was doing her job we wouldn't have anything to think about on the day of the wedding and that was absolutely true. We feel so lucky to have been able to sit back and enjoy the day thanks to all of her efforts. Jessica went absolutely above and beyond in terms of the patience and kindness she showed us and the time that she spent with us.
She is not afraid to share opinions, which was incredibly happy when it came down to difficult vendor decisions, and everyone she recommended (floral, caterer) was amazing. That being said, we felt so heard by Jessica throughout the whole process and she worked so hard to make sure the dat felt like "us."
We feel incredibly lucky to have worked with Jessica and and we just could not be more thankful to her for playing such a huge part in out special day!

Run - don't walk, to engage Jessica for your wedding. We all agreed that the BEST money we spent for my daughter's wedding was on Jessica, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is everything the reviewers below have said: organized, knowledgeable, kind, efficient, very responsive, and more - both in the planning and the "day of". As MOB, my goal was that my daughter enjoy her day, and that I not have to deal with logistics or issues on the "day of". Jessica provided so much more. She was a guiding hand throughout the entire process; she kept us on track during the whole process, she interacted seamlessly and flawlessly with our vendors, she helped find vendors that met our needs (and budget), she responded to questions and issues immediately, and she did it all with unfailing good humor and kindness. In addition, we also added on Design Services, as neither of us are very artsy, and my daughter didn't have an explicit vision. Jessica did an excellent job of teasing out my daughter's vision, and then guiding the design towards that. We were so happy with the "look" of the wedding, and it incorporated what my daughter wanted. My daughter had several friends whose experiences with wedding planners were mediocre; we LOVED Jessica. Two words: Hire her!
Jessica with EVENTful Moments is the BEST. We cannot recommend her enough to all of our friends getting married. We received so many compliments on Jessica's team, and just how "on it" and wonderful they were! You absolutely crushed it. People always say that "things will go wrong on your wedding day" and we feel as though everything was seamless. Alternatively, if something did go wrong, Jessica and her team handled it so well that we had no idea it happened!

The one piece of advice we tell all of our newly engaged friends is to book a coordinator because of how amazing Jessica was. Jessica is so knowledgeable, kind, and organized. She is truly an expert and knows exactly what she’s doing! If there was one thing I could change about the wedding planning process, it would be to hire Jessica as a full coordinator rather than just a day-of coordinator because of how amazing she is!
Leading up to our wedding, Jessica asked us questions that we never would have thought of considering, created a detailed timeline, coordinated with all of our vendors, maintained constant communication, and made sure to make us feel like everything was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, she was the go-to person and made sure that we could enjoy our wedding stress free. She made sure everything was set up properly, managed the arrivals of our different vendors, and handled unplanned changes to the timeline so gracefully.

From the first time we spoke to her, to our wedding day, and every email and venue walk-through in between, Jessica was crucial for making our day everything we hoped it would be. Leading up to our big day I had complete confidence I could leave all of the coordination work to Jessica and knew it would be taken care of flawlessly. Knowing we had Jessica on our team allowed us to live in the moment and enjoy each and every minute of our wedding day. Jessica with the EM team was an absolute dream to work with. We clicked right away with vision, organization, and process. Being an administrative professional myself, I was extremely impressed by how prepared she was, how detail oriented the planning was, and how proactive she was with vendors and paperwork. We did a day-of package which obviously was a huge weight off our shoulders so we could enjoy our day, but the consultations included as well as having her to email or text with questions throughout the planning process gave us such peace of mind.
All of our family/guests were also so impressed by the team's professionalism at the wedding, and we heard from so many people how it was the best wedding they'd ever attended. I would recommend Jessica and the team to anyone getting married!
We hired Eventful Moments for day of planning. We had the pleasure of working with Demrie for our Chelan, WA October wedding. We didn’t think we would need a wedding planner since our venue included a wedding coordinator. But let me tell you, hiring a wedding planner was the best decision I have ever made(besides marrying my new husband).
Demrie was very organized and sent us a to do list to keep us on track. I was able to ask questions when I was questioning my decor decisions and I was offered some help. Every email we sent, Demrie or Sarah were prompt with replying. When we couldn’t reach one of our vendors, our wedding planner jumped right on it and got ahold of them for us. Watching our vision come to life on our wedding day was the most incredible feeling and we couldn’t have done it without the help of eventful moments.
Hiring Sarah was the best wedding decision we ever made. "Sarah Wedding Planner" became a household name because all year planning we were constantly excited about working with Sarah. She is incredibly communicative and responsive which was so important since we were constantly making real time decisions. She is extremely organized and doesn't let anything slip through the cracks by double and triple checking everything. Even random thoughts we'd throw out months before, she would circle back and check to be safe if they were still important to us or something we'd like to execute on. I am the first in my family to get married and this was our first time planning a wedding and she made my family feel so comfortable and respected. Sarah is so kind, thoughtful, generous, and enthusiastic - she was our biggest cheerleader as our vision came to life with her help. She is also realistic but in the most gentle way by not letting us get into a situation where an idea won't work or pan out with our venue or timing etc. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and went so smoothly (in a VERY tricky and complex venue) because of Sarah and her hard work. We were sad when our wedding was over because it meant our time with Sarah was coming to an end (we teared up saying goodbye!). Sarah moved mountains for us to have the most special experience, even beyond the actual wedding day itself. We can't recommend Sarah more - she truly is the best and is 1000/10. My husband and I can't recommend Eventful Moments enough! Jessica planned our dream wedding at the Woodmark Hotel, and I can honestly say hiring her was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. She is incredibly responsive, professional and lovely to work with, has a great eye, and made the entire process as easy as possible. We felt at ease the day (and week) of our wedding knowing that everything was handled. The first thing we say to friends /acquaintances that have gotten engaged (besides congratulations) is that they NEED to hire Jessica. She's the best!

Jessica is the BEST!! We booked a partial planning package with her/Eventful Moments for our July 2023 wedding at The Admiral's House. As the venue required us to bring everything in, I knew I wanted to work with someone who was familiar with all the nuances of the space. Enter Jessica, and from our first call she was immediately super well-prepared and had a warm, friendly personality that will put anyone at ease. As someone who is Type A and a bit of a perfectionist, this is exactly what I needed to ease my stress and provide guidance along the way.
I messaged Jessica many times throughout the 1.5 years leading up to our wedding and each time she responded incredibly quickly, thoroughly, and thoughtfully. She had great insights from her vast experience working weddings at our venue and elsewhere that really set us up for success, while also giving me the green light to personalize things in a way that worked for us!
I also met with Jessica in person a few times as was included in our partial planning package and each time, she arrived beyond prepared, took notes of our conversation, and delivered on follow-up items quickly. In addition, it was clear that she had excellent relationships with many of our vendors that she worked with often, which helped make planning all the more seamless.
On the day of the wedding, we ran consistently ahead of schedule which was a testament to her timeline and ability to keep things on track! Jessica made it clear to our vendors, wedding party, and family that she was the go-to point person for any issues or questions which allowed me to fully enjoy our wedding day - and not once did someone come to me directly! For the minor requests my husband or I brought up to Jessica throughout the day, she was able to address each ask quickly and with ease.
Our wedding day was 100% perfect and with the number of moving parts involved in a wedding, this is no easy feat! We couldn't have asked for anything more and Jessica's help each step of the way was indispensable in making that happen. THANK YOU Jessica!
Jessica from EVENTful Moments was the best wedding planner we could have asked for. She was absolutely essential in planning our wedding and she really helped to turn our dream wedding into a reality. She was there to answer every question and guide us through every step along the way. Sarah and her team are truly incredible. Sarah was amazing to work with, so friendly, and extremely helpful. I couldn't have planned my wedding without her. Two days before our wedding, Sarah was unable to make it (probably a brides nightmare right?) but Demrie stepped in and CRUSHED it. Our wedding went off without a hitch, better than I could have ever expected. So thankful to Sarah and her team for everything!
Hiring Eventful Moments and working with Jessica was one of the BEST decisions we made for our June 2023 wedding. As our day of coordinator, Jessica was already responding to questions and learning about our wedding vision the moment we signed our contract nearly a year prior.
We don’t know where she finds the time but Jessica always made us feel like her top priority. Every question was answered so quickly and enthusiastically with such expert and thoughtful feedback. There were small details and concerns I had mentioned early on during planning that I can’t believe she remembered and applied to our wedding day.
Day of the wedding, Jessica was messaging with me at 7:30am when I had concerns about the weather and she literally repaired the broken strap of my bridesmaid’s dress. Our family and friends fawned over how kind, proactive and organized Jessica and Demrie were at our event. They truly went above and beyond – we are so grateful to have had Eventful Moments and Jessica as part of our wedding experience.
From start to finish I have no idea how we would have navigated the planning or execution of our wedding without Sarah. She is professional, understanding, flexible, and the kindest person! She kept us on track and lowered our stress level for everything! She did so much work behind the scenes on the day of that made the day nothing but amazing and enjoyable for my husband and I. I whole heartedly trust her and her team to make any event incredible and I would hire her a million times over if I could!

Where do I even begin? Sarah and the EM Team are an absolute DREAM.
My husband and I hired Sarah after I had already been in two other weddings as a bridesmaid that Sarah planned and coordinated for. Once I was engaged, I just knew I needed her for the biggest day of my life.
I hired Sarah for partial planning since I was doing a wedding at the home of my parents, and needed the extra support. She helped me plan things I never even thought about! Portable fancy restrooms? Check. Recommendations for a caterer? Check. Bridal emergency kit? Check.
Sarah went absolutely above and beyond on my wedding day. Having a wedding at home was a bigger job than I realized. I literally did not lift a finger. I spent the entire day with my bridesmaids getting pampered, drinking champagne, and just having FUN. No stress included! By the time the guests arrived, EM made sure everything was set up and perfect.
I truly feel my wedding would not have gone as smooth if it weren’t for Sarah and her team. Some highlights:
-EM has amazing connections to vendors that often give discounts!
-EM assures you will not be bothered on your wedding day with issues. Ex: I had two guests show up not on my guest list! Ack! Sarah figured it all out like it was a piece of cake.
-EM makes sure you are prepared for every special moment. I still remember frantically trying to find my wedding garter. I turned around to look and Sarah was already on the ground putting it on me.
-They send you off in style. By the time my husband and I made our big exit, our suitcases were packed and we had an entire snack kit.

She was so organized and professional, and we had absolutely zero stress on our wedding day because of her. She took care of everything! Someone I knew in high school worked with EVENTful Moments for their wedding so I knew that if they liked their experience I would too.
From the moment we first met on zoom, Jessica had this extremely warm and kind personality. She was so kind, very supportive and easy to work with throughout the whole process.
We worked with Jessica to plan our wedding for over 2 years with the full planning services package. When we first booked we did not plan to have such a long engagement but since we did it gave us so much more time to plan.
Before we chose our venue we toured a few other venues with Jessica. She was always on time, made sure we asked our questions and took notes on what we did and did not like. She made sure that we were going to love and be happy with our choice of venue.
Throughout the months of securing our other vendors Jessica sent over recommendations, made sure she knew our vision and also kept me in line with what the budget we first discussed was.
While I had a checklist to work off of that they provided me, it was nice that I always had someone to go to with questions and advice. That I could continuously change my mind or knit pick at things until I could trust I was going to get what I had envisioned.
The months leading up to the wedding were a breeze. I knew what needed to be done each month, then each week as it got closer and Jessica was also reminding us.
The day of flew by so fast and I am 100% certain it was executed perfectly because of Jessica. There were some unforeseeable bumps with the venue but Jessica took care of whatever came up and also let me vent (maybe even bridezilla complain) to her with nothing less than care and compassion back that things would work out and to trust she was handling it.
The wedding planning process was so smooth and we are forever grateful to Jessica for that. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks and even book in the future if we ever are to have another large party.
I would fully recommend working with Eventful Moments. We hired them (specifically Jessica) for day-of services and I can’t begin to imagine how our wedding would have gone without her. Jessica is absolutely fantastic in every way! We hired Jessica right after our engagement in 2020 and she worked with us over two years as we navigated a postponement and a complete overhaul of our concept, venue, and all vendors. I could not be more thankful that I chose to work with Sarah from Eventful Moments! My best friend and MOH had worked with Sarah for her wedding and she came highly recommended. I hired Sarah about a year and a half prior to our wedding for day of coordination. Although I am a "type A"/planner type of person, she thought of so many details that I did not and helped to keep everything organized. Our wedding turned out incredible from the set up, vendor communication and overall flow of the day. Sarah and Sam put out so many little fires that I was not even aware of and even helped scrub mud out of my dress before our ceremony. Hiring a day of coordinator for a wedding is ESSENTIAL and I could not recommend Sarah and her team more!!! They were so kind, patient and flexible.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with !! She was the most organized person I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She answered emails right away and always had a clear and helpful answer to any questions. She also volunteered to gather ideas and options when we didn't have a clear vision of what we wanted or needed. She has a wonderful rapport with so many vendors and everyone of them that I spoke with, raved about how great it was to work with her. On the day of the wedding Sarah had things running smoothly and I never had to worry about anything. I knew I was in good hands with her! She even handled a difficult situation when someone showed up at the wedding that had not RSVPd - she quickly had extra seating arranged and their choice of meal was handled with the caterers. She had worked at our venue (The Admiral's House) many times and this was so helpful to us. She had suggestions for where to set up lounge furniture, the bar, the DJ, etc. She made the whole process so easy for us. She is absolutely the BEST and I would recommend her for any wedding or event!
WOW!! The best thing we did for our wedding was hire EVENTful Moments! Because of EVENTful moments and Jessica, our wedding day went SO smoothly. I had no moments of stress, concern, or people asking me questions. With their incredible help, the only thing we had to think about was marrying each other and having the best day. From the moment we started working with EVENTful Moments, Jessica was ON IT! She helped ask the right questions, provide resources, plan, coordinate and review contracts, while also being an excellent sounding board. Your search to find the perfect wedding planner is over because Sarah Swanson and her team are hands down THE BEST of the best! Booking Sarah and her team was the best decision we ever made - I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Our wedding day was a dream and we can owe it all to Sarah and Samantha. They were always so clam and I felt like their top priority was to make sure I was having fun. If there were issues or things that didn't go as planned on my wedding day, I had NO idea. Which is how it should be!
Like many 2020 brides, my wedding was postponed and we were navigating lots of rules/restrictions. Through all of that stress, Sarah was my saving grace. She proactively communicated updates, and she responded right away to all of my late night emails when I would be stressing about the smallest detail. So when you're up late at night worried about that tiny detail (and I promise, it will happen), trust me when I say you want Sarah on your side.
Every time one of my vendors would ask me who my wedding planner was, their response was always the same: "we LOVE Sarah!". We do, too :)

I would recommend EVENTful Moments to every single couple if I could! Jessica Campbell is absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I are so lucky we got the opportunity to work with her.
We met Jessica in 2018 when we first got engaged. She was extremely helpful right from the start and sent us venue ideas as a follow up to our consultation meeting (and we ended up committing to a venue she recommended)! On top of that, she is simply the most wonderful and friendly human being ever! We instantly decided to move forward with EVENTful Moments after meeting Jessica.
She went above and beyond for us every step of the way. From assisting with design and keeping us on track, to introducing us to the most amazing vendors. Due to COVID, we ended up postponing our 150 guest wedding originally planned for July 2020 to June 2021 and downsized to 37 guests. As soon as we made that decision, she was on it and made the process seamless for us and our vendors.
As for the actual wedding day, it exceeded our expectations in every way. It's been a few weeks since our wedding and I am still thinking about how perfect the day was. It wouldn't have been the same without Jessica's relationship with vendors, knowledge, leadership skills, organization and support. We are forever grateful as we got to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a thing.

Sarah and her team know the ins and outs of all things wedding & event planning, and were a guiding light for me and my family while planning our wedding and executing the day of. An extremely talented, kind, detail-oriented, organized, well-connected, thoughtful, and easy to work with team. They were the reason my wedding day went off without a hitch and I stayed sane during the process.
I am one of those unlucky 2020 brides and although I didn't get to use Sarah for my big day as we had to cancel due to COVID. I literally cannot say enough good things about her and EVENTful Moments. She was super responsive with every email and question I had during the initial planning process. Not to mention super warm and engaging, a lot of our interactions with other vendors seemed to be a bit transactional in tone.
As the months unfolded past March, she provided very detailed emails to all her clients about what was going on with COVID as the restrictions changed weekly. I had other 2020 brides that were friends of mine asking for her updates because they were the only ones that made sense to them!! This has been such an insane time for the wedding industry, the way Sarah and her team have been handling it shows the true character of the company. I hope I get a "do over" in a few years and can finally cross the finish line with them!
Couldn’t imagine having my wedding without EVENTful Moments! Jessica C. was the most amazing and helpful human being to work with! She was extremely nice, always had a smile on her face, and was there for us from the very beginning. We booked a “Day of Coordinator” which meant she ran the rehearsal, was onsite the day of the wedding to set everything up beforehand, coordinate with all our vendors, keep everyone on schedule, make sure everything ran smoothly, clean-up and take down afterwards, and help save the bride at the alter when she left her vows in the bridal suite. With the day of service, we were also given unlimited calls/emails leading all the way up to the wedding. Jessica was always there to help us go over vendor contracts, book services, provide vendor recommendations, create the day of timeline for everyone to follow, help with whatever questions we had and provide great input/advice. Jessica took care of everything, no matter how big or small! Wedding planning is stressful as is, and planning in 2020 just further adds to it, but Jessica always met us with a compassionate manner and made sure we knew that we were not in this alone. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and everything went so smoothly thanks to Jessica! It was such a stress-free day and I don’t know how any bride could have a wedding without a coordinator. EVENTful Moments is a fantastic company that puts their clients first! They respond in a quick, timely manner and always make you feel like you are the only one who matters. One of the best decisions we made wedding planning was hiring Sarah Swanson with Eventful Moments as our day of coordinator. From the moment we met her, I knew it was the perfect fit. Sarah is fun, friendly, organized, and professional. She was always so quick to answer any of my emails and wide range of questions we sent her way. We worked with Jess Campbell as our day-of coordinator and she was simply amazing from the day we met her. Leading up to the wedding she was incredibly organized, extremely responsive, and had detailed and thoughtful advice to share throughout the process in response to my many, many questions! She took over the final vendor communications during the last month which was so helpful and made the entire wedding come together smoothly. When you find the guy who you want to marry you go right to Pinterest create a board and start dreaming up your vision of the best day ever. Then you get engaged to that man, you then take your daydream to a whole new level of excitement. I knew who I wanted to create my magical day before I knew that I was getting engaged. I knew Sarah was my gal! I am sure there were moments where she had to really reel me in from doing too much, but I really did not have to do anything besides show up on the 28th. The year prior to planning with her and Jesse was the best, easiest 365 days EVER. At least for me :-). And our day that Sarah created, was just what I had envisioned. From the placement of our gorgeous rentals from Wander to the guest book and seating chart. When I say that I literally had a pinboard, and then Sarah did the rest….I mean it. Her knowledge of weddings, her organization, her designs, and her true partnership and so much more. I am still SO obsessed with all the things she did, and wish we could do the say all over again. Sarah is simply the best, she leaves everything better then she found it.

I got the chance to work with Sarah on two weddings recently as a sign creator and stationer. All I have to say is she BRINGS IT. This girl is beyond organized, and is probably one of the most responsive people I've met. If you need something, she is on top of it. She also has the ability to accommodate dozens of different wedding styles. The two I helped her out with- one was fine art and elegant, and the other was boho-chic with moody photography. Both were flawless and she nailed each one!

We hired Jessica as our day of coordinator, and I have to say she was wonderful. She was extremely responsive throughout our entire planning process. She helped us keep track of everything, took over communication with vendors to coordinate the entire day of set up and schedule, and I left all my DIY decor for her to take care of, and she did a spectacular job decorating. I was blown away. She also remained calm during my crazy bride moments. The whole night flowed smoothly, she was there to help when someone stepped on my dress and ripped my bussel, and clean up at the end of the night was a breeze. I highly recommend Jessica. Holy cow, I don't even know where to begin. Our investment in EVENTful Moments and Sarah was the best money we spent on the entire wedding. To say "you need her" is an understatement.
We found Sarah by word of mouth from other clients of hers, and her company has the reviews to back up everything that's said about her and EVENTful Moments. Sarah has done the weddings of three of my family friends and another planner with her company to doing my best friend's wedding next summer.
Sarah and her knowledge is invaluable to a bride. She is an expert on everything wedding related. Her attention to detail and her level of organization gave me so much comfort throughout our 18 month planning process. She thought of everything I didn't, and even things I didn't even know I needed to think about. Sarah is also a top-notch communicator, which wins her favor with clients and her fellow vendors. That was one of my favorite things about her! She was so responsive to texts and emails, I honestly don't know how she does it. With all the discounts we got from other vendors JUST because Sarah was our planner, she basically paid for herself. Everybody loves working with her that much - if that doesn't tell you everything you need to know, I don't know what will!
On the day of the actual wedding, Sarah was a dream. She coordinated all our vendors, drop off and pick up of rentals, table set up, and she even collected all of our gifts, cards, and DIY objects for us to take home at the end of the evening. Just for some insight into the finer details...Sarah and her team picked up multiple smashed glasses on the dance floor, brought the bride and groom drinks and food after the ceremony, fixed a stain on a bridesmaid's dress before walking down the aisle, and probably a dozen other things I didn't even realize - which is exactly the point of a planner. Sarah and her team acted as a buffer for me and my husband for all things negative or stressful during the most important day of our lives.
From start to finish, she was just the best. Hire her or any of her stellar co-planners and you will be as happy as I am with that decision.

My fiancee and I got engaged in September 2016 and began our wedding planning immediately. We live in San Francisco and got married in Seattle - in September 2018 (almost 2-yrs later!).
Planning remotely was extremely difficult to do alone, so we sought out a reputable and attentive wedding planner to assist us, and we definitely chose the right one!
Sarah helped us over the course of our 2-yr engagement, I can't stress enough how impressed we were with her attention to detail, friendliness, her calm, even-keeled demeanor, and her ability to liaise between us and our vendors (while helping negotiate prices across the board) in a different city in an extremely effective way. We travelled to Seattle 5-6 times in this span, and every time we visited Sarah had lined up meetings with vendors, tastings, etc. and worked with our limited availability. I don't know what we would have done without her relationships with Seattle's best wedding vendors. We took her recommendations for our florist, our DJ, and our caterers - and all 3 were simply spectacular.
To make things more complicated, we had essentially a 3-day wedding at 3 different locations (Friday at Hotel 1000, Saturday at Sodo Park, and Sunday at a private residence) - tons of vendors, tons of schedules, and tons of guests!
It feels so good when your guests say "this was the best wedding I've ever been to" - and so much of this should be attributed to the job Sarah did.
Every event (and rehearsal for each) went off without a hitch, my fiancee and I didn't even notice all the work Sarah and her team were doing behind the scenes making sure everyone was in the right place (whether guests or bridal party/family).
Sarah truly cares about her clients and their special day (or in our case, days), and it really shows through her work ethic and commitment to making sure everything was perfect.

There are no words I can string together that could ever convey just how grateful I am for Sarah Swanson. I literally could not have done it without her! Sarah took a bunch of random ideas I had in my head and made them into the most beautiful day ever. She really gave me the opportunity to just be a bride. I was afraid that I would spend most of my day worrying about things, but I was able to sit back and enjoy my day because I had complete faith that Sarah would make things beautiful and they went over and beyond my expectations. Sarah, Jessica, and Maddie made our day go so smooth, and made all of our wedding day dreams come true. If there were any bumps in the day, we had no idea.

Meeting Jessica for the first time, we immediately clicked. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. Throughout our one year of planning my wedding together, Jessica was always there for me, full of great ideas, accommodating to my need for visuals, and supportive of all of my wedding planning emotions.
Most importantly, I would not have had my fairytale wedding without Jessica's assistance. The vendor team that she pulled together was incredible. I knew that I could trust Jessica and any vendors she would be working with.

Jessica Campbell was the wedding planner for a year for our daughter and son-in-law's big event. Choosing EVENTful Moments and hiring Sarah as our day of coordinator was seriously the best decision throughout the whole wedding planning process that my husband and I ever made! Sarah's quick responses to e-mails was so comforting, and would answer any of our questions. Right away Sarah met with my husband and I to introduce herself and go over her services and we instantly knew that everything would be okay with Sarah's assistance. About 6 weeks out from our wedding we met with Sarah at our venue to go over logistics and she helped us create a To-Do List that we had NO IDEA we needed and it was so helpful! The day of...I texted Sarah in a panic forgetting so many little small items but was instantly reassured because she replied back right away and said she had them in her emergency kit bag. Her and her wonderful assistant set up all of our tables with linens and centerpieces, all of our other decorations, and checked-in with the wedding party and myself regularly. At the end of the night...Sarah and her assistant packed up all of the linens and decorations, and she had packed up containers of food and cake to take back to our hotel which was the best thing ever! Her professionalism and warmth, her correspondences with our other vendors, and more importantly her patience with the mother of the bride :) was so appreciative! Sarah...thank you for going above and beyond to help make mine and Tom's day just absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend EVENTful Moments, and Sarah Swanson enough! They are worth every penny!

I cannot put into words how much I recommend Eventful Moments! I hired Jessica for day of wedding coordination for my wedding at the Hollywood Schoolhouse in Woodinville, WA. Working with Jessica was beyond easy and more than I could have hoped for. When planning my wedding I did a ton of research on vendors and asked many of my friends as well for their recommendations. I found Eventful Moments through the Snohomish wedding show and they were also highly recommended by my photographer. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and clearly very passionate about what she does. I honestly could not have imagined doing it any other way. Hiring Eventful Moments was worth the cost and so much more!
Jessica made me feel very special throughout the entire process. I know I wasn’t the only bride she was working with, but she always made it feel like I had her full attention and that she was always there for me if I needed her for anything. She met with me a few months before my wedding, did my venue walk through, ran the rehearsal and coordinated the wedding day. In between that, she answered endless emails from me. She was so organized with coordinating all the vendors and details. She thought of things I never would have thought of. An extra bonus is that if you hire Eventful Moments, they have some discounts available with key vendors, so that was a nice surprise along the way to be able to save money on various orders (Minted, CORT, etc.)
I got so many complements from my family and wedding party about how wonderful Jessica was both at running the rehearsal and the coordination for the wedding day. She and her assistant were both so calm, efficient and had everything under control from start to finish. My family and I all got to enjoy the wedding day with such ease knowing that everything was being taken care of, we literally didn’t have to worry about a thing. My bridesmaids kept commenting on how calm I was all morning when we were getting ready – I just kept saying that I did the best I could to be organized and handed it all over to Jessica and fully trusted that she would get it all setup and executed in a way that would be amazing. I was blown both with how perfect the day went and how perfect everything looked. I truly have her to thank! I am an Interior Designer and had a very detailed vision of how I wanted the venue to look. I organized the boxes of décor, handed them over to her the wedding morning and that was all I had to do that day. The end of the night every single last item came right back to us organized in the boxes. It was all just so easy! Jessica and her assistant maintained a great attitude the entire wedding day and even by the end of clean up they still were full of energy and friendly smiles. Insurance that you will get to live the wedding of your dreams, that your immediate family and wedding party can relax and live in the moment, and that if and when something goes off the plan, they will step in and it's like it never happened!! Sarah helped us right away, kept us organized and assisted me with the final details of planning. PRE-WEDDING: We were looking for just a Day-of Coordinator for our big day. Our Officiant recommended we work with EVENTful Moments and we are so glad we did! They handled all the day-of details, setup, coordination, EVERYTHING. There was nothing better than just showing up on our big day to celebrate, embrace the moments and not have to worry about anything else.
OUR DAY-OF COORDINATOR: We had the opportunity to work with Sarah. She was extremely detailed, great with all type of communication, diligent with her followup and handled everything very nicely.
THE BIG DAY: The day-of went off without a snag! Everyone knew where they needed to be. No family, friends or bridal party members had to worry about anything - Sarah and her assistant Bridgette took care of everything! We couldn't have been more pleased!
QUICK TO FIX: During the reception filled with dancing, I had the unfortunate event of having my bustle ripped out. But Sarah came to the rescue! Her assistant immediately rolled up with this suitcase filled with EVERYTHING you would ever need on your wedding day for a mishap! She whipped out a needle, thread and got to work! She had me sewed up and back on the dance floor in about 5-7 minutes. It held the rest of the evening and onto morning.

Right after I was engaged multiple people told me I needed to hire a wedding coordinator. I ignored these comments and thought I could handle it. About four months into my engagement my mom told me she was going to look into hiring a coordinator. That's when we found EventfulMoments. We met with Sarah and immediately knew she needed to be a part of my wedding. Hands down the best decision of the whole wedding planning process.
Sarah went WAY beyond the normal "day of coordinator" package you will see elsewhere. She was constantly responding to my emails, checking in with all of my vendors, and keeping me calm during all the craziness.
Having Sarah at the rehearsal was a huge blessing. She helped arrange the bridal party, set the stage, and coordinate with the venue to ensure everything went smoothly and looked perfectly.
Day of the wedding Jessica was with Sarah and they were amazing. I have no idea if anything went wrong because they handled literally EVERYTHING. I was getting my makeup done and when I was finished the whole venue was decorated. There was not one moment of stress that day for my mom, MOH, or me thanks to these two. We did not have to do a thing and it was all thanks to Sarah and Jessica.
Having Sarah and Jessica coordinate my wedding was easily the best money I spent. Not only are they amazing at their job but they were such kind people to work with. A few guests asked me who they were and I told them they were the coordinators. They had no idea because of how kind Sarah and Jessica were to all of the guests.
The only two regrets I have is not having them involved with my wedding from the moment I got engaged and not getting a picture with them day of. Do not make the same mistakes. You need EventfulMoments. If that has not convinced you, my sister hired them the day after my wedding to coordinate her wedding. Trust us. They are the best of the best!
Hands down the best decision we made for our wedding was working with Sarah and her team for our wedding! Sarah's professional but friendly and fun demeanor, and expertise, made her an absolute pleasure to work with! She knew all the vendors we were working with and was able to suggest some new ones when we needed them. We absolutely loved everyone she recommended. We still joke that we wish we could be friends with everyone we met. We can't thank her and her team enough for helping us pull off, to date, the most important day of our lives. We (and all of our family) was able to enjoy every moment of our special day, because we knew every last detail was in Sarah and her team's very capable hands. :)
Where do I even start with this? Sarah Swanson and her staff with EVENTful Moments are simply incredible. I hired her after seeing the work that she had done at several weddings we had attended over the years. The one that sticks out the most in my mind is my sister-in-law’s wedding. The wedding day happened to be a particularly rainy summer day.. During the first look, the bride’s dress and train got completely stained and caked in mud. Sarah seamlessly and calmly attended to the stain and saved the day! After that experience, I knew that she would be the one to hire for our wedding and she was the first vendor I booked. Throughout the entire wedding planning process Sarah was absolutely exceptional. There was never a question that was too small or too big to email, text or call her about. The responses to my questions were always prompt, organized and detailed. She even had the patience and kindness to deal with my type A, neurotic attention to detail! Shortly before our wedding, I had the unfortunate experience of having a bridesmaid not be able to participate in our wedding due to unforeseen circumstances. This happened during an especially stressful time in the planning process (about a month out) and Sarah was so supportive throughout it all. She checked in on me and provided emotional support during a tough time. She is so much more than a wedding planner—she became a friend, because she genuinely cares and was more like a bridesmaid to me than a wedding planner.
On the day of my wedding my type-A personality went out the window. I knew that I could fully trust Sarah to execute on my vision. I was so calm and collected, which in turn allowed me to enjoy every second of the day and night that Sarah, my mom and I had worked so hard to put together over the past 14 months. We have received so many compliments on our wedding. Our guests were truly awestruck by the design, the experience and attention to detail. Everyone has said that it was the perfect representation of who my husband and I are as a couple. And it honestly was perfect thanks to EVENTful Moments. Weddings can become costly and I know that many people cut out planning to stay on a budget. I can honestly say that this is the best money we spent on our wedding. If I could only pick one vendor it would be EVENTful Moments. You cannot put a price tag on the ability to actually be fully present, take in every moment and enjoy each beautiful person who came to celebrate with you. Thank you Sarah and EVENTful Moments for helping us create irreplaceable memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
The first thing booked before anything was with Sarah, which is something I know myself and husband do not regret!! Sarah kept me calm the day off the wedding knowing everything would be picture perfect, but for the entire year I was planning as well.
Any question simple or complex Sarah would answer so quickly and put me at ease.

Even if you are a spreadsheet loving, occupation in operations and very detail orientated you still may over look something that Sarah can come to the rescue to help you get the wedding day we all hope and dream off.
I personally think Sarah and her team should wear super hero costumes to weddings, because that's how I felt they were to me the day off the wedding :)
